My lender sent my loan to the account in which Capital one stole the funds and will not give them back. To the tune of 10K for an account that was only overdrawn $25. Stay away from these crooks bc they are too protected to get any help as a consumer your basically F*cked. They lied to me for a week wouldn't tell me why or wouldn't disclose any policy they have supporting this BS. Share with your friends

Desired outcome: give me my money and stop utilizing it to build ur own interest
