More than one month ago, capital one blocked my app access and so I'm not able to see my credit cards balance, or make payments. I'm able to log in but appears a message saying that I can't access my information because they need to confirm some information and I have to call them. I never received an e-mail or phone call from them about this. since that day, I already called them 8 times. They can't tell me what is wrong, they keep transferring me to another departments, the information they give me is never accurate and I keep not having access to my balance. they can't also make payments of my credit cards thru the phone and because of all this misinformation I was late in one payment for the first time in two years. they asked me to send my documents copy's without a case number more than a month ago, i have a fedex tracking number saying it was delivered but they say that were never delivered and that they dont need it because there's no fraud process open and there's no limitations to my account. they gave me 4 case numbers that dont exist in they're system and IT department says there's no problems with my app. So, nobody can help me, i did everything i was requested to do, didnt do anything wrong but for some reason i'm not allowed to pay and see my account status as any other client. Nobody calls me or inform me about anything and because of this my credit score is suffering!
Claimed loss: access to information, unable to pay, credit score loss, hours and hours of work lost to try to solve this without help.
Desired outcome: I want to have access to my accounts, to be informed about what happened and if I have been charged late fees (that I can't see) want them to be revoked.
