I was the winning bid on Liquidation.com for what was listed as 21,883.00 of shelf pulls from Walgreens. After pay the bid plus taxes I received another notice that I have to pay over 1300.00 for shipping. Once I received the merchandise I took inventory and not only was items missing but most all of the chocolate was melted and old. I also found that the 21,883 MSRP was a fraud, for instance a 5.5 oz can of Pringles 27.85, the MSRP was grossly inflated. After getting no help from the merchant I disputed the transaction with Capital One. They send me an email over a week after filing the claim and needed me to provide them the original bill of sale, also a copy of the return policy, and give 5 days to provide it. this information was provided when I started the dispute. Furthermore I provided evidence of the fraudlant MSRP amount, that alone would warrant the claim being ruled in my favor. I believe that Cap One is paving the way to deny my dispute. But I am prepared for it and will take necessary steps to hold Cap One equally responsible
Desired outcome: Meechant pick up the pallet, and my account be credited the full amount
