I bid on an on-line site. I won the bid cost was $5017. this occured on August 8th. They had set up a billing site and wanted my personal data. I called One of a Kind Coin and asked them to call me and I would give them the information over the phone. On August 10th , they called me and I gave them my Capital One information.they said watch my e-mail for shipping information. I waited 4 days and began calling One of a Kind , I called them 5 days in a row and was advised that no line had been set up to receive messages. Obviously, I was nervous. I sent them two E-mails and didn't get a response so I called Capital One and disputed the charge. On August24th One of a Kind called me apologized but said my order was cancelled and I would be charged 25%re-stocking charge. I called Capital Ome and spoke to Reggie who advised the dispute could not be cancelled until thr vendor contacts Capital One and provides detailed shipping info and the customer advises receiptof the item.I told one of a kind what reggie told me . Thet said they won't ship if the dispute is still on . On September 13 th the vendor calls Capital One and says the customer didnt wait long enough and they disagree with the dispute. Someone at Capital One then released payment to vendor with no assurance of delivery.I called Capital One and spoke to a supervisor Tiffany who advised me that Capital One shouldn't have paid the vendor. She advised me to send a letter saying the dispute shouldn't be lifted and that I should include all documentation which I did . On October 4th, I spoke to John at Capital one who avised me the case is closed. I said how ,when I don't have the goods or the money. He said Capital One is out of it I have to fight to get the money or the goods from the vendor. I said two people at Capital One said the dispute shouldn;'t be resolved who made the decision to end it? He advised Capital one said I wanted it closed ( I did but was told it couldn't until the vendoe contacts Cap One and provides shipping info and gets confirmation of receipt)I agreed with Reggie and told the vendor that information. I have all the E-Mails to prove it. John at Cap. One said too bad but Cap One is out of the case. I have no money and no merchandise. How is that fair?
Claimed loss: the two rolls of uncirculated Morgan Dollars cost $5017.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back.
