Refused to exchange / return defective item due to being only one day over return policy I placed an order on March 10, 2020; it was delivered on March 13. I contacted customer service today April 14 providing photos to show the extreme deterioration of a clothing item I had purchased for $100; at first they said they wanted me to be happy with my purchase but then said I was 3 days over the return policy and couldn't do anything. The pictures clearly show that the item has manufacturing defects and made of textile that shouldn't be used for activewear. I haven't used the item in any weird circumstances that would grant such wear and tear after one month. Simply dismissing my complaint because I am one day over (the package was delivered the 13 not the the 10) amounts to daylight robbery. It's unreasonable to expect someone to find all defects of a clothing item without the EXACT time frame they allow. I am not trying to return an item after 1 year of use, I am only one day over their "policy" but $100 shorter.

I was targeted by a Carbon38 ad on Facebook that led to purchase. Upon receipt, I didn't like the fit and needed a size exchange. Carbon38 ghosted me. I purchased some workout clothes from Carbon38 that I received on Monday, 7/20. The purchase process was easy and seamless through their site. Upon receipt, I immediately tried on what I purchased and realized I didn't like the fit of two of the items (I purchased 5 items). I decided to initiate an exchange and here's been my experience: - Submitted return request on Monday, 7/20 - I emailed them to ensure it went through on Tuesday, 7/21 (no reply - I was okay with this, figured it takes some time) - Called on Wednesday, 7/22, numerous times (no answer) - I direct messaged them on Facebook on 7/22 (same method they used to target me), no reply - Posted on their 'comments' on Instagram & Facebook on 7/23 (no reply). At this point, I realized they have numerous negative comments with the same issues. - Called them again on 7/23, numerous times (no answer) It's Friday, 7/24, and I still don't have an email reply or any other form of response from Carbon38. If they're going to be doing paid advertising on Social Media platforms, it's then their responsibility to ensure their customers receive the sort of service that allows them to transact fairly. Ghosting customers isn't right.

On april 29th I placed order and since then i received 5 different delivery times. And now Carbon is saying it was delivered on may 14th which is not Placed order on 4/29 next dayi received email saying it will be delivered on 5/5 then after it didnt arrive i reached out to carbon 38. As usual they told me just to wait and package is on its way. I received so many different updates from Carbon that finally they said package was delivered on may 14th which is not true. I have all emails and updates, as well conversations from social media team regarding my order
I placed an order on May 8, 2020. It says it was delivered on May 17, 2020. I live in an apartment building and I did not receive nor sign for it. I p I placed an order in May 8 with ORDER # ***. It says that it was delivered on May 17 but I did not receive it! Usually I sign for my packages in my building or if no signature is needed they'll buzz my doorbell and let me know I have a package downstairs! I did not get any of that! I reached out to carbon 38 where one of the reps sent me an email saying they will work with me through email and they will send another pair out but never received anything else from them! I reached out to them on over 5 occasions through email but I'm not getting any response!
Lost return I mailed an order back on July 10th and every time I check the tracking it has been pushed out another week. I am unable to provide the tracking number here. Every time I call I get a message saying they can't take calls right now and the call is disconnected. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I am just trying to get a refund as we're approaching a month since I returned the item. Most companies have a 2-week policy and they will refund the customer, but I can't even get in touch with anyone. Are they out of business or what is going on.

No one is answering e-mails or the customer service number so I am unable to return purchased items. On 7/25/20, I purchased two items from carbon38.com. They arrived on 8/4/20. They did not fit, and I went online to request a return (they are eligible for a return). Weirdly, the "return" button was not working. I tried multiple electronic devices and the button still did not work. Then I e-mailed customer care and after 48 hours I had not received a response. I looked for the phone number on the website under "Contact Us" but it was nowhere to be found, as if the number had been scrubbed from the site. I found the number in an earlier e-mail and when I called a recording answered identifying "Carbon 38" then abruptly said "We cannot take your call. Please try again later." I have tried that number for the last 24 hours and same message. Clearly, there is something disreputable happening with this business. My order number is ***. I paid via credit card. I would like a REFUND.
I placed a return request through the website for items I purchased and wished to return. Carbon38 has not sent the return label via email.I placed an order thru the Carbon38 website on July 11, 2020. I received it on July 20, 2020.I tried on the clothes, and decided to keep four items and return three items. I initiated the return through their website, and got a note saying Carbon38 would send the return label to my email within 24 hours. It did not come. I checked my spam, I emailed their customer care email address, I sent them an IM on FB, and I called their customer care number. It gave me a generic message and then the line went dead.I cannot return these items for a full refund until Carbon38 sends me the return label. I have no idea what address to send them to.
