I ordered a sweatshirt from Judith March on 10/29 and as of 12/6 today it still has not shipped. Everytime I email and call (when they actually answer the phone) they tell me it is shipping out but it never does. I guess I am going to have to fight charges on my credit card with them now. Never again with them.

I ordered on 10/27 and the website stated 2-3 weeks for delivery. I reached out on 11/22 and they stated it was not ready. On 11/27 I asked to cancel and they said I could not (but also stated my item was not ready yet). It has now been 6 weeks and I have not received my order and they are not allowing me to cancel - rather gave me the option to ship back once I do receive it (but they don't know when I will receive it). The customer service is terrible and I will never order from there again.

Not worth the price for the quality of clothing they sell. Ordered a "mom mode" sweatshirt from them opened from the package the "M" was coming off. They iron on their patches instead of sewing them in. I contacted customer service and they offered to sew the patch back on. First of all I shouldn't have to send a product that's $58 back to get a letter sewn back on. If I'm paying that amount for a sweatshirt I expect a high quality product. Last time I will be ordering from them. I recommend not spending your money with this company. Not worth the hype!

Do not order from this site. I ordered a matching dress and jacket back in September for the holidays. They took almost a month to send them, and when I received the order, they sent the wrong jacket. The customer service advised to send the wrong jacket back and upon receipt, they would send the correct jacket. Tracking shows they received the jacket back on November 1st, but still have not sent the correct jacket and have ignored my emails, calls and texts. And they have not credited me for the purchase. I ordered this set three months in advance of the holidays to wear to a holiday party, and now it's the day of the party, and I still have not received it or ANY response from them. I'm reporting the company to my credit card company as fraud. Warning, do not order from here! Scam

I placed an order November 26 for Christmas shirts, spending over $300 and it is now December 19 they have not shipped out, created a shipping label and never sent it. Now I have emailed 6 times, sent multiple messages via social media and the phone numbers I have found. No one has responded and now I’m out $300 and no Christmas shirts. Terrible customer service, if you can’t keep up with orders and shipping don’t be in business. It is very simple to answer your customers as well when Christmas is only a month, and you have not received items 6 days before Christmas.

I placed an order with this company and received a piece of jewelry that was work and broke right away. Company refuses to give a refund/replacement I placed an order for a necklace and bracelet almost totaling $100 for costume jewelry. The day I received it. I messaged the company via text because that is how they communicate, stating that my bracelet was all worn out and broke with in seconds of handling it. They refused to give me a refund and ignored the fact of a replacement. They also have a 20 day window to return. My order was placed on December 11th and I received it in December 28th and they are telling me I am out of the return window!? That is absolutely unacceptable that I can't return some thing because it traveled for 2 1/2 weeks. I want my money back from this company, also the customer service is absolutely terrible and the woman who was texting with me was very snarky. This is a horrible company to work with This is very upsetting. They are also marking up the retail value of this item from the original company who sells for $22 and Judith sold to me for $42. Want a REFUND FOR MY WHOLE ORDER
