bcbgeneration stella faux - black backpack purse
Hello:
I purchased the above and the zipper broke. I have only had this for maybe 30 days from Century 21... I tried to return/exchange it in store however, I do not have the original tag and cannot locate my receipt and I paid cash. I love your brand and buy other items with your brand (i.e. shoes). I am hoping the bag can be replaced I only see pink online and I want black. Please let me know if anything can be done.

bcbgeneration anorak down vest jacket poor quality
Hello, I purchased the BCBGeneration Anorak Down Vest Jacket at Nordstrom Rack in December. It has gotten 5 rips in it since my purchase. I have simply been wearing the jacket and have not engaged in any strenuous sport or activity while in the jacket. I purchased a size Medium and it is pretty roomy on me, so I know that I have not caused the rips from being too large for the jacket. I am very disappointed in the quality of the jacket, especially since I purchased the jacket because I've heard very good things about BCBG products. One of my coworkers has generously helped me try to sew up some of the rips, but some of the rips in the seams are not fixable. I would like to know if there is any way to return the jacket or have it refunded. I am very unhappy with this product.
Shipping fee
I have ordered an item from BCBGeneration website and later shipped it back because it was way too small. Customer service rep said they'll refund my money as soon as possible and about two weeks later I finally received a refund. But they did not refund the money I spent on shipping and when I contacted customer service they sad that they were not able to refund the amount I paid for shipping. That was quite a lot!
I'm very disappointed with BCBGeneration.
