The clothes from SugarLips are so good! I was really impressed with how well-made everything was. I got a couple of tops and a dress and they all fit really nicely. The fabric is really soft and comfortable too. I also liked that they had a lot of different styles to choose from. I found some really cute pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. The only thing I didn't like was that the shipping took a little longer than I expected. But overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely shop here again.

I just bought this top from SugarLips and I gotta say, it's pretty dope. But the thing is, it's too big for me. I've been trying to get in touch with them about it, but I've sent like 4 emails and haven't heard back yet. It's a real bummer, man. I was hoping for better service from them.

The customer service was a total nightmare, they didn't even bother to ship my dresses on time. And when they finally did arrive, the quality was just terrible. I mean, I could've gotten better stuff at a thrift store. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website at all. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to shop.

I gotta say, I'm really diggin' SugarLips. I got myself three dresses from their site and they are all super dope. The quality is on point, the sizing is spot on, and they make me look like a total babe. I've had some bad experiences with online shopping before, but SugarLips is the real deal. I just gotta say, I ordered this super pretty dress from SugarLips on a Tuesday and it came so fast, like only 3 days later! I live in NJ, so that's pretty impressive if you ask me. But when I got it, I realized it was too big for me. So I called up their customer service and talked to Lizzette. I told her I needed the dress soon because I got an event coming up next week. And you know what she said? "No worries!" She sent me the new dress in just two days, even before I sent the old one back! And get this, I didn't even have to pay for shipping! How cool is that? SugarLips, you got me hooked. I'm definitely gonna shop here again and again. Keep up the good work, guys!

So, I ordered a dress from SugarLips and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. When I received the dress, it had three stains on it. I was so disappointed! I immediately contacted their customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of the dress. I did, and I also sent them a picture of me wearing the dress without any stains. But guess what? They still accused me of damaging the dress and refused to give me a full refund.

To make things worse, they charged me a 30% restocking fee and $10 for shipping. I asked them to send me a picture of the full dress with the stains on it, but they refused. The picture they sent me was a closeup of the fabric, and it looked like a completely different dress. I was so frustrated with their horrible customer service and dishonesty.

I will never order from SugarLips again. It's just not worth the hassle and the disappointment. If you're okay with not getting a full refund when you return an item, then go ahead and order from them. But if you want to avoid all the drama, I suggest you look for another company. Trust me, you don't want to deal with SugarLips.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with SugarLips. I ordered some stuff on a Sunday night, pretty late, like after 9:30pm PST. I tried to return it within two weeks, but the online system said I was too late. I tried to contact them on Amazon Pay, social media, and their website contact form, but no luck. They wouldn't give me my money back, even though I was within the 14-day window. Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

And honestly, the clothes weren't even that great. They felt cheap and clammy, like they were made of polyester or something. And the cuts were all wrong for me. I'm pretty slim, with a BMI of like 20-21, but these dresses were cut for people with either really straight figures or really big boobs. Like, what the heck? I got a straight midi dress in a size small, but it was too tight around my hips and too loose around my chest. And then I got an A-line midi dress in a size small, but it was too loose around my hips and too loose around my chest. Like, come on, SugarLips, get your act together. I wouldn't trust this business if I were you.
