I'm amazed at the customer service here. Not only do they reply within just a few hours, you often get to speak to the same employee who knows your situation. And on top of that: they are one of the kindest people ever. Honestly never experienced something like it! They handled my faulty item correctly and quickly. Many thanks!

I ordered a few items and loved the material of every piece but one sweater. I send it back and kept the rest. After the first time washing one of the sweaters was a bit torn up in the back. I texted the support immediately and they answerd with in an hour! I got an extra retour lable and was even able to get the discount from the last order transfered to my next order. Great Support! Great clothing! Love it

I needed to return 2 swimsuits i ordeted that dont fit. I followed the NA-KD steps as listed in my return email, to return my items. Step one, register return. I did that. Step 2 wait 1 to 2 days for return label to be emailed so you. Its been several days and I still have no no return label. I sent an email inquiry to customer service with no response. I searched and searched for a phone number and finally found one. I was told to get near a computer and fill out a form. I explained I already registered a return and he hung up on me. I am certain they are a scam.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping on NAKD's website. From the get-go, they made it sound like they have pretty easy returns, but let me tell you, my experience was anything but easy.

First of all, if you want to return something, you have to open a ticket with their team. And I don't know about you, but I hate dealing with customer service stuff. It's never a quick and painless process.

But I went through with it and requested a label. And then, get this: I had to call DHL myself to get my return label printed. What kind of nonsense is that? I already went through the trouble of requesting a label from NAKD, why should I have to call up some other company to actually get it printed?

But here's the kicker: when I called DHL, they straight up told me that the label didn't even exist. What?! How is that even possible?

So yeah, needless to say, I'm pretty fed up with NAKD right now, and I definitely won't be shopping on their website again. It's a shame, because I really liked some of the items I ordered, but their returns process is just way too much of a hassle. They need to figure out a way to make it easier for their customers, because this is just ridiculous.

I even tried to call them, but the number on their website doesn't seem to work. So basically, I'm pretty frustrated with their customer service.

However, I must say that I do like their clothes. I recently bought a pair of jeans from their website, and they fit like a glove. I also love the fact that they have a wide range of sizes available, which is great for people like me who don't fit into the standard size chart.

The website is easy to navigate, and I like how they have different categories so you can find what you're looking for easily. The prices are also pretty reasonable, although I have seen similar items for cheaper elsewhere.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about NA-KD. While I love their clothes and their website, their lack of customer service is a major downside. I hope they improve in that area soon, as it would make me more likely to shop with them again in the future.

So, I had some trouble with an order I put in on na-kd.com, and let me just say, I was super frustrated trying to get in touch with someone at their Swedish branch about it. I mean, I tried calling multiple times, but the phone just wouldn't stop ringing busy. Like, seriously, what's up with that? Anyway, I started to question if this company was even legit. Like, do they really exist or am I just throwing my money into a black hole? Hmmmm...

My most recent order has been delayed for over 10 days, and despite my attempts to contact them through email, Instagram, and Facebook, I haven't heard a peep back. It's honestly pretty aggravating, and I feel like I'm being left in the dark here. I mean, come on NA-KD, get it together!

So, I recently ordered from NA-KD and let's just say, I was a bit disappointed. The clothes were not as pictured, and that's a real bummer because we rely on online stores to provide accurate depictions of what we are purchasing. But no, these tops I ordered were much more cropped than the photo showed. Like, I'm talking crops-on-crops kind of short. Not a good look for me, and definitely not what I was going for.

What really grinds my gears though, is that the site doesn't have any reviews for the items they sell. I mean, come on, how are we supposed to make informed decisions about what we're buying without seeing what others have to say about it? I suspect they're trying to control the narrative and only show the positive feedback. Sneaky, sneaky.

All in all, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe to a site that actually shows honest reviews and provides accurate pictures of their products. Sorry NA-KD, but you just didn't cut it for me.

I gotta be honest, NA-KD (na-kd.com) was a big disappointment for me. Honestly, I got some pretty cheap-looking clothes that did NOT live up to the pics in the videos, and tbh, I don't think I've ever gotten worse clothes in my life. Like, I know that sounds harsh, but it's true.

The colors and the materials were not at all what I was expecting. They were nothing like what was shown online, and the quality was seriously lacking. I mean, seriously, it was like they used the cheapest possible fabrics and dyes.

Plus, even though I ordered items in the same size, some of them were way too loose and others way too tight. Talk about inconsistent sizing, am I right?! It was honestly like a joke.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from NA-KD, I would seriously recommend staying away. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

NA-KD website sells some trendy clothes that are affordable. It's true that their clothes are not the highest quality, but it's still decent for what you pay for. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of the three items in my order as it was faulty. When I reached out to the customer service team to initiate a return, it hasn't been the smoothest experience. I have contacted them several times, and only received one response so far, asking me what items I am returning, which I had already filled out online. The returns process has been a bit confusing and frustrating. At this point, I am not sure if I will ever receive my refund at all. I highly doubt I will order from this site again after this experience. Overall, it's a hit or miss when it comes to ordering from NA-KD, and I would advise shopping elsewhere.

So I bought some clothes from NA-KD based on the killer pics on their website. Out of the five items I snagged, only two were actually what I ordered. The other three were all jacked up. Wrong sizes and the wrong colors too. Talk about a buzzkill.

Trying to fix this was a pain, too. I had to jump through hoops to get my return processed through DHL, including them having to show up at my house. What a hassle! Even worse, I waited over a month to finally see my money back in my account.

Overall, not a great experience. Definitely not worth the headache.

lookin at the NA-KD website. Tried them out and boy was I disappointed with the quality and sizing. I had really high hopes, and truth be told, I was let down. The fittin was off, and I knew something was wrong when I wore those new tops and it felt like I was wearin somethin from Pretty Little Thing. Ain't nothin wrong with PLT, but I was expectin better from NA-KD. I don't know what was goin on with the sizes they sent me, but I ordered an 8 for the trousers thinkin it would be fine since I usually wear a 6 around my waist, but it felt like I was wearin a size 4.

Ladies, don't waste your time or money on NA-KD. Terrible quality and sizin issues. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.

So, I'm not too happy with NA-KD, if I'm being completely honest. First of all, they sent me the wrong clothes, three times! Like, seriously? How hard is it to get an order right? And when I contacted them to fix the error, they took ages to respond. I mean, come on. I don't have all day to wait around for them to sort out their mistakes.

And let me just say, their clothes look cheap. Like, really cheap. I feel like I could have gotten better quality clothes at a thrift store or something. It's just not worth the money. I was so disappointed when I received my order, and it was just a hassle to even return it.

If I were you, I would save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other online shops that actually care about their customers and take pride in their products. Don't waste your time with NA-KD. I have never had such a terrible experience shopping online before. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

So, I bought a couple of things from NA-KD's site and unfortunately, I got the wrong size sent to me and one of the items had some stitching coming loose. I was super disappointed. The quality just wasn't there, and sending it back was frustrating. I had to deal with DHL and give them all sorts of information that I didn't feel like dealing with. It's not like they even checked what they were sending before they sent it, which really stinks. They should've made sure everything was good because I mean come on, these things are going to a whole other country! I think it's pretty clear that I won't be buying from them again. Who has the time for that level of hassle?
