Worst customer service ever! We got charged for things they can't explain, didn't get things we asked for, and they even charged us for things they said wouldn't cost extra. And to top it off, they charged us a month later for something they forgot to charge for! I would never recommend this company. Nothing but headaches.

There aint enough room to write 'bout our experience with Caribbean Pools. Let's keep it short and definitely not sweet, avoid this company at all costs. They full of false promises and definitely deadlines. The only thing they know how to do well is collect your money! DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM U LESS YOU LIKE FRUSTRATION AND BEING LIED TO!

Caribbean Pools did a grate job. *** was such a grate person to work with. He sure was on top of everything and he made sure we were happy. We also worked with *** and she was grate too. She will answer all are calls and any issue we had she always made sure we were taken care of. The only reason we gave them four stars is because some of the other staff we worked with seem like they didnt care. Even when trying to reach out to those specific people there was never an answer back or even a clear one. But other than that their work is grate.

These guys don't do the job! They messed up the bolt on our filter before our Autistic 4-year-old's pool party and said they'd come back at 7:30 am to fix it. They never showed up, told us they're not coming, and said we'd have to pay if they did. So, her party got canceled! These guys are so mean and unprofessional! As a business owner myself, I'd never recommend Caribbean Pools to anyone! On that note, Islander *** came out the same day and fixed it! If you're looking for a good company, I'd suggest Islander! They're really professional, reliable, and have good character! You can trust them! Stay away from Caribbean Pools!

I gotta say, I've only ever written a bad review once before, about a hotel, and now I'm here to warn y'all about this company. Caribbean Pools & Spas Inc. seems to think they're all that and a bag of chips. My hubby and I signed a contract and paid the down payment weeks before our neighbors did. But guess what? Those neighbors got bumped up and are getting their pool installed in October, while we're stuck waiting until May. No apology, no compensation, no nothin'. They're giving us our deposit back, but now my family and I won't have a pool for next spring. I guess that other family is more important than us. We had such high hopes for Caribbean, but dang, their customer service is a major letdown.

I'm really disappointed and frustrated with Caribbean Pools & Spas Inc. My sisters and neighbor highly recommended them, but I've had a terrible experience. We started the project in May, and I understand that COVID and the labor shortage have caused delays, but the lack of communication is my biggest issue. The salesperson hasn't responded to my texts since May 27, and the office staff keeps giving me the runaround. It's now September, and our pool is still not finished. No one has worked on it in the past two weeks, even though we've already paid 90% of the total cost. It feels like the more money we give, the harder it is to get any communication. We've tried texting, emailing, and calling the company since August 23rd, but they haven't responded to any of our attempts. The website where we could check the progress of our pool is also outdated. I've had to constantly reach out to them for updates, and I feel like if I hadn't been so persistent, the pool would have taken even longer to complete. Unlike the people who recommended this company, my experience has been nothing but disappointing, stressful, and frustrating.

I'm really frustrated with Caribbean Pools & Spas Inc. They messed up big time with the communication and scheduling. It's like they don't care about finishing my pool. It's so hard to get a hold of them. I have to send so many emails just to get a response, and even then, they don't answer all my questions. It's like they don't listen to anything we say. But guess what? I have all the info written down on paper. I even sent a private email to the boss, but no response. They've been lying to us and ignoring us. We already paid them in full, so they better finish this pool ASAP.

Caribbean Pools can't read layouts. We had lots of problems with our sales person ***, who was really rude and kept making us change things because he was confused. Even though we asked not to work with ***, we still went ahead with the company. They messed up the concrete that we specifically asked them to keep for our bbq. The pump is in the wrong place, not where the plans said it would be. It's right next to the house and our patio area. We can't get a response from them now. We just noticed that they also bent our gate and buried one of our sage plants in rocks. It's been a nightmare for us and our 4 dogs because we don't have a yard anymore. They don't seem to care. They also included things in the plans that we asked them to remove. Honestly, I regret choosing this company and I'm not even excited about getting our pool anymore.

I ain't too happy with the service I got from Caribbean Pools and Spas. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this company. Our pool was finished at the end of July, but it took them a whole 3 months after I complained to the president, Kevin, multiple times about their unprofessional work. Since then, I've had to call their office several times just to get someone to come out and fix the deck jet. We got two deck jets, but one of 'em ain't pushin' out any water. They've been to our house at least 4 times to try and fix it, but the problem keeps happenin'. I left a voicemail for Mr. Kevin on Monday 11/30, but he hasn't bothered to call me back or respond to my emails in the last 4 days to fix the deck jets, even though it's still under warranty. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
