Again they didn't want to honor the warranty. Second my sister bought a 22000k 2007 dodge charger.that the day she bought it began stalling, traction light stuck on stereo crackling, dead battery, . So shovecyou butt kissing of the Japanese cars. I've worked on vehicles for 25 years, and they all break down, bit car Max is perpetrating massive fraud. Crooks.and if you amen their business practices you might as well have a mask and gun and rob people too.#dishonesty

I bought a 2008 dodge nitro, after driving it for a week the brake stated to make sounds, took it back three times they told me that all use cars have some problems, they did not fix it . They were only concern about the amount of repair not making sure the customers is satify with the purchase or thier service, which is the worst i have encounted. My recommadation is that if you don't want to get taken or ripped off do not buy a car from CARMAX.This was my first and last time buying a car from them.

Carmax sold me a car that they knew had problems. They do not inspect thier cars prior to selling them- and if they do, then they willingly sell cars that have issues such as worn out breaks, doors falling off, and faulty heat shields.

The service dept has inconvient hours, the technitions are hard to get a hold of, and they expect you to put your life on hold so that they can get to your car on thier own time. Carmax should be working for me, not making me rearange my day. My car is still under warrenty, I did not expect to have these problems.

I will never deal with Carmax again, and I advise everyone else to do the same

I was attempting to sign my documents online but i was having trouble with the process on Sunday 11-6-22 around 3:00 pm. I asked for help from "Margaret". I never received any help and i locked the signing process up. Because of "Margaret's lack of any professional help, I was forced to have someone at the Charlotte, NC, store do her job.

The service manager Sani Hadzibrahimovic (aka) Nicholas Hernandez, is very arrogant and not professional, never returns calls nor does he follow up. I was in the hospital send several emails confirmed the viewing of the car and he never called back to tell me the car was sold.

I bought a car from Carmax in Memphis on 4/2/23. I paid TN state sales tax (on a 2012 used car), received a temporary tag for 60 days and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TITLE to register & get tags so I can drive it.

CarMax not one time communicated with me that they brought my loan from my lender. never said nothing to me despite the lies that they say that they did because I got nothing in communication in any way shape or form! 20 months after I bought my vehicle they decide to repossess it 2 days b4 my 40th bday n want $13,000 to get it back for reg.

Carmax sold me a vehicle with navigation when in fact, it did not have navigation $1000 refund check was to be issued but never was. IT HAS BEEN 2 years! I want my money please.
