After like, so many years of like, not doing anything about my kitchen, we finally decided to get some bids from a bunch of contractors. And let me tell you, Payless Kitchen Cabinet totally blew our minds! Their work was like, so good, and the price was like, totally reasonable. And the way they handled everything was just so professional, you know? They transformed our boring brown cabinets into these beautiful white ones, and it made our kitchen look so much better. Avo, the guy who helped us out, had some really great ideas. We would totally recommend PKC to anyone without even thinking twice.

We waited for years to remodel our kitchen, and we chose Carpet Wagon Glendale, Inc. and we loved the job they did. From the initial consultation, to the install, it was about as smooth as it could get. They make it clear from the beginning that you're gonna have to get a contractor to do the tasks that they don't do such as plumbing, electrical, painting. Once you get those jobs covered, you'll be fine. It's a little overwhelming but you'll start to see results. A special shout out to Haig and Carlos, the project coordinator who did an outstanding job of keeping in touch. Thank you guys so much. A+++

I didnt think I'd be able to remodel an entire kitchen thru my computer. We live in Florida and bought our second house in Long Beach at the beginning of last year. With Covid craziness, we didnt know how this whole thing would get put together, but Payless Kitchen Cabinets made it happen. Our project coordinator was Carlos and he gave us updates throughout the entire remodel using pictures and Zoom. Thanks for being professional and trustworthy. Were really excited to enjoy our kitchen. And thanks to Sean Stern for the design ideas, mainly the farmhouse sink. Well be sure to call u guys when we want to do the bathroom!

12/3 - March this company redid my bathroom. They moved and changed the shower plumbing and put in a new floor. They also replaced the shower pan and doors. It was a complete bathroom makeover. The remodeling process took longer than expected, and the price kept going up as the project went on. In June , we noticed that the tile floor was completely soaked with water. We contacted the company, and they came back to replace the floor. However, today we discovered that our garage and the wall next to it are filled with water. The water has seeped into the entire bathroom floor and even into the bedroom. We could hear the sound of dripping inside the wall. Many of the boxes in our garage are soaked as well. We called the company, but they informed us that they can't do anything until Monday. This is the third time my 70-year-old mom, who has end-stage renal disease, has had to deal with this company "fixing" her bathroom. Now she is without water until Monday.

I paid Payless a deposit for a kitchen remodel on 6/13. The initial design had incorrect cabinets and drawers. They didn't inform me about the prefab cabinets' space issues. Suggesting custom cabinets, they quoted an additional charge, which I negotiated. However, further cost increases were requested. After multiple design errors, including wrong sinks and cabinets, my trust in Payless eroded. I requested a refund. They acknowledged mistakes but cited their long-standing reputation and threatened a lien and credit damage if I didn't pay half the revised quote.

I had my 2 bathrooms that needed remodeling. A specialist came to estimate the cost. I told them I wanted to replace both bathrooms. He asked me what I wanted, so I explained that I needed a new tub, sliding door, shower head, toilet bowl, and flooring. The total cost was *** for both bathrooms, which I agreed to. They offered me financing, and my husband and I used up our credit, and they approved us for *** each. The total came out to *** dollars. I signed the contract assuming it was for both bathrooms because the guy convinced me with his sales talk. I made a check deposit of ***.$ as per the agreement on December 1st. They called me to schedule the work for one bathroom only and listed all the purchased materials. I asked about my other bathroom, and they said there was no way to proceed with that price of *** $s. I'm really disappointed and shocked by the total amount of ***. It's a small bathroom, and my house is not a million-dollar mansion. I have an old condo and I'm a senior citizen. All I want is a clean bathroom. So I decided to cancel all my transactions with them. They told me I have to give them an additional 25% of the total contract as a cancellation fee, which is a lot of money for me. Now my husband and I are really stressed. If you could help us by calling them to stop this 25% charge, I would be happy and grateful.
