We ordered 2 lunch sandwich specials a steak and an Italian we split the steak for lunch and was gross the meat was ice-cold and so under cooked so we microwaved it to at least get the meat done I guess this has been an ongoing issue at the winter haven Florida location we haven't tried the Italian, yet hopefully we can get better results we used a gift card the remainder of it, so I'm glad we didn't spend too much cash as I really would have been mad

Claimed loss: 4 bucks

Desired outcome: i would definitely like to see better food for as expensive as it is maybe a redo or an apology for serving us raw meat please do get back with me at my email address [protected]@gmail.com thanks
