I am enclosing herewith complaint regarding Carrefour Galleria Faisalabad which is definitely damaging your international reputation. I visited the store as on 31/07/2019 for routine shopping and considered to have cheaper prices as per market. Next day as on when I stopped at a very well known mart of our city cash and Carry Fsd I was surprised to see that there was huge difference of prices and significant cheaper prices observed at this store as compared to Carefour.
I also did shopping there and got bill and approached at your Carefour store to claim 20x as I had bill alongwith physical items but the staff not only misbehave (as per pictures) but also did not listen my view point. They just want to keep complaint/suggestions paper but did not provide and receiving and undue arguments with me that the bill of other store not may have NTN etc. I have even check that store website etc. They have network and tax status as well.
In view of above it is submitted that strict action should be taken against staff. Further the items highlighted in my attached complaint should be checked to consider my claim of 20X as per your policy.
