my mother went to carrefour ajman branch to purchase a washing machine ( Samsung ), Item displayed in exhibition was with 1 faucet for water ( cold water and no heater inside washing machine ) .
but she asked about washing machine with 2 faucet ( cold & hot water), and staffs their tell her that's there is in the store same washing machine with same Specifications but with 2 faucet .
shes paid and when we open the cartoon after some days it was with 1 faucet, from mky side i contact Juma Al majid Co. and they check this item, they tell me thats there is no 2 faucet for these washing machine type .!

I’ve been a loyal customer for Carrefour Jordan since it entered the Jordanian market at city mall location, however, I am not going to deal with Carrefour anymore due to the below reasons
1- The performance and customer care have been dropped dramatically during the last 6 months
2- I captured expired product more than one time or products that are very close to be expired
3- I bought twice musty food ( cheese and yogurt product) from “Alahwar Mall” branch
4- The hygiene of the delicatessen products’ area and cutting machines is very poor
5- Most of the shelves are very dusty
6- There is a problem in the availability of products “ baby dippers for example” in the small branches of Carrefour
I sent more than message to Carrefour Facebook account with pictures more than one time ; they responded by asking for my phone number and never call back. I received one phone call today from “Alahwar Mall branch manager” after I captured a musty “labeneh” yesterday and threatened that I will give official complaints to the specialized food authorities in Jordan. The branch manager was very nice and apologies, however; I believe that there will be no improvement since this is a general problem and not one branch
Carrefour was my fist shopping option in the past and I will never return back

Nous nous sommes plaints mais la sécurité nous a pratiquement insulté. Ma femme et moi avont pris des photos qui l'ont encore plus angoissé. Le gérant de nuit était très calme et nous a conseillé d'envoyer ce mail, ce que nous faisons. Fermé plus tôt que prévu et manque de revenu plus mauvaise attitude du personnel. Pas une très bonne combinaison pour ce magasin. J'envoie ceci au cas où vous aurez d'autres plaintes.

no response from technical assistance for repair in guarantee time
My dishwasher at home broke during guarantee time. I tried to contact the technical service, where first they didn´t know the brand of my dishwasher. Later they said i have to call the brand´s technical assistance and gave me a number. There they said they don´t have dishwashers, only washing machines, air conditions and refrigerator. I called a lot of times more the telephone number for customers and always they took my dates and said, i have to call the brand´s technical assistance. I said a lot of times that they don´t have dishwashers and then they said i have to wait that the technical assistance calls me back. I waited hours but nothing happened, when i called again they said i have to go personally to the carrefour market. I said that this cannot be possible that the customer has to make all the way only for his right for a guarantee service and i filled out a complaining paper and went to the local customer complaining office and i will complain on european level and in france in their headquarter.
I have purchased Lenovo Phab Model No PB1-750M from care four Salalah Garden mall oman now it's display has been damaged I am contacting Lenovo service center for repair my phone but I didnt get any reply from the customer suppor member so please help me to solve my problem I have attached invoice please find the attachment.

Dear Sirs
On 21st Sept my wife and I visited the Mall of The Emirates Carrefour shop as we urgently needed a new fridge. Our Fridge in the house had stopped working that morning so we needed a replacement.
We chose a small fridge based on it being available paid AED 699 and then took it home
When we opened the box the glass door of the fridge was smashed so I called the Customer Care department who advised that if I took it back they would refund or replace the item
I sent my driver with the fridge to the store and he was told that I didn't buy the fridge that day as it had been sold to someone else 3 months before despite the fact that we were holding the receipt.
After work I visited the store to resolve the problem and after almost 3 hours was indirectly accused of switching the fridge with a broken unit and trying to get it exchanged and that the matter was under investigation.
The Fridge was left in the store and we were assured that the next day the issue would be resolved.
We still needed a fridge so we went and purchased another fridge from another store which was thankfully fine
Now we have been told 1 week later by Carrefour customer care that the matter is still under investigation so there is nothing they can do and again have indirectly said that we are still suspected of switching fridges and that no refund is going to be provided which is not acceptable
How can a company the size of Carrefour treat customers with such disrespect
At this time we have paid for a product that was never given in working order and are being treated like a criminal
For it to be resolved we just want a refund but most importantly a formal apology for the bad a disrespectful behaviour we have received from the staff of this company

The zinger burger purchased from inside the caused food poison to my family. The burger was of substandard quality and was not prepared hygienically.
The persons who were responsible in providing such product should be punished and proper action should be taken so that in future no such product is made.

itunes voucher
While on holiday in France during August, we visited the Carrefour store in Ouistreham. My son, who has autism, was desperate to spend his holiday money and so purchased a €15 iTunes voucher. It was close to 20:00hrs and the store closed as we left. At the nearby McDonalds, where wifi was available, my son tried to activate his voucher. The message on his iPod said that the voucher needed to be activated/redeemed at the store front. Because the store had closed, this wasn't an option for him. As he is autistic, we had a lot of sulking over the next few days because we couldn't return to the Carrefour store in Ouistreham as it was 70km away from where we were staying, which created an unpleasant atmosphere for the rest of the family. We eventually learned that there was a Carrefour in Bayeux, which was fairly close to us so we took the voucher there to see if they could help us. At customer services, we were dealt with by a helpful young lady, who tried to activate the voucher for us, but she got the same message. She said we should return the voucher to the store at Ouistreham-unfortunately we were only going to go to Ouistreham again on our way home. When we revisited the store at Ouistreham we were again dealt with by helpful staff who had a good command of English. The customer services team read the small print on the back of the card and informed us that the voucher could only be redeemed in iTunes Store France. My son didn't have access to this. The staff also said they couldn't issue a refund on the voucher either and that we should contact iTunes. Since arriving home, I have contacted iTunes who said they are unable to issue refunds on vouchers purchased by retailers other than Apple stores, and that it is the retailers responsibility to issue a refund. I feel very strongly about this because it was my son's holiday money and this purchase almost ruined our holiday.
I look forward to hearing your reply. I hope you are able to help in this matter. I do have the relevant receipts and the voucher if you should need proof of purchase.

There are so many terrible staff in Gubei-Store in Shanghai China. The guy attached picture shown is one of them who I met today really makes me an angry. They have a really bad attitude to customers.

i went to carrefour burjuman dubai today to go for shopping some stuff. i took one contouring cosmetic maybelline which cost 59 dirhams but then i passed somewhere and i saw a cheaper contouring cosmetics which cost only 21 so i compared it. i left the maybelline cosmetic on the other side. then when i was about to pay security called me and bring me to a small room and didnt say the reason. then left me alone for 7minutes then two people came and interrogate me i asked them why i am here. why do you keep me in here. then he said you didnt pay one cosmetic. i said are you accusing me. i didnt took it and put it somewhere because i took other brand which is cheaper. and they told me we are not accusing you. and i told them you do. as per your word and action you accused me. this happened today 24august 6:41 pm. then they asked me to come with them and show where i put the stick and when they saw it there. they didnt say any sorry to me or anything. the one who monitor their cctv is not looking properly and the accuse me. this is not acceptable doing this to customer.

Let me start by saying that I admire Carrefour Brand specially in the countries where the brand is safeguarded by quality of service and customer orientation. Nevertheless, in Amman/ Jordan, the newly opened Madina Street Branch really needs a visit from health inspections at Carrefour Intl, this branch is simply dirty starting from the unrefrigerated receiving point where chicken, mean, fridge items are received and by the time they receive their places they are already not suitable for consumption because they were exposes to sun and dirt at the receiving point where an urgent check needs to be done. Inside the store, the quality of vegetables, the hygiene is not present at all, it will be enough for you to send an inspector who will describe to you how this branch will damage the whole Carrefour image.
If you wanna check Carrefour express, just send an inspector from Carrefour France to the receiving point where you will see all types of insects and dirts of the world in one place, then tell me if you are willing to feed your family from such a supermarket.

last night at carrefour mall of the emirates, im so disappointed and feeling critize by the cashier name ramesh chauhan counter 13 i was brought a 2pcs arwa water banana and crab salad and fillet with onion smoke fish, cashier told me ohh where is the other bottle of your water since it was still in the plastic i said ohh sorry i used the plastic as a handle, so i ddnt take off the plastic cashier told me i thought u drink the rest, i said how i wish i was that fast drinker and smile i take it as a joke, so he scan the item for payment then the smoke fish bar code isnt clear and the scanner couldnt read it, he tried to read but he couldnt as well then he turned the item to me, and said i couldnt read " can you read it!? I am really dissappointed on how bad your customer service was! It seems that no one cares to informed me about the delay of the delivery that is supposed to be today. No one even call me the whole day?!?! I am very disappointed to see how bad Carrefour Online UAE is. I am ordering an item, and the system refuses my card telling me it is my bank/my card...when I call my bank, they told me it was actually the Merchant who is always refusing the transaction, not them ! I tried different cards from different banks, they all tell me the same thing.
Then I tried to post a message to complain on their e-commerce webpage...and of course the system does not want to register my complaint, and keeps telling me there is an error in filling out the form (does not point out which one, too !). This online e-commerce website is clearly not working.
Last week I ordered at Carrefour online an iPhone 6 +free smartwatch. The next day I received the iPhone with missing item which was free smartwatch, I had to call their customer service and complain about the missing item and was informed that it will be delivered to me which I felt very disappointed since I'm going to give this as a gift if I haven't checked it I wouldn't know that there was a missing item. Just a couple of minutes today I received the smartwatch and to my shock they gave me an item that was damaged and rusty and again I felt disappointed with this store. I am a frequent shopper at Shindahga Carrefore since many years and also myclub member as well as NAJM card holder. Today, I had a very bad experience with one of your Supervisor, Mr.Shameel - A lean Dark Man(identification given in case the spelling of the name is incorrect). I asked a simple query to him. Did Carrefore change the system of coupons?. Previously - I use to activate my coupon in my mobile and Automatically while purchasing the points get added without scanning the coupons. But now since a month - the system had changed - now we have to activate the coupons in the mobile as well as scan the same. When I was explaining to him, he Instead of being gentle, he was very harsh and arguing that it was my mistake. Again I asked him - have the system changed - again with wildness - he argued that it is my mistake. I told him that I do not understand as to why he is behaving in this way. He was still harsher and starting arguing without giving me any reply about my query. It seems the staff are not trained how to handle customer complaints. I bought a platform trolley just 4 days back, which I intended to just exchange it since it is dented, i requested to exchange it with the same item without dents, but instead, they wanted to refund it instead of just exchanging it. One man is pretending to be the manager, but actually he is not really the floor manager that says, to refund or to exchange is based on his decision which I believed is not inline with the company procedures. We wasted our time in bringing the dented item and just spending more than an hour finding somebody who can properly assists us but to no avail. They are pretending that they are looking for the dept manager but nobody came forward, the same with supervisor, and etc. and later on they just ignore us and we left the store completely disappointed.

We shopped at Carrefour Antibes Pasteur during our vacation between 04/06&11/06. On two occasions, on 4th & 8th, as we prepared to pay at the check-out, the till operator demanded that she should inspect our empty bags. When challenged, she said that we might have put something in them, intending not to pay. We consider this to be offensive and insulting and we did notice that none of the other assistants adopted this procedure. We would like to draw your attention to this and ask : is it your policy to accuse customers of theft without any reason or proof ? May we also state that we were not the only customers to whom this demand was made. In 2015, we had the same experience with the same lady, and it was a shock to find that she was still doing this. I received an email from the web store about a promotion, I tired immediately to enter my account in their web store but it was giving me error, after several trials I could enter the account and placed an order for 60" TV, based on delivery time of 72 hours, no one called, and after 5 days I called their call center who advised me that they will inform the web store, the same massage was giving to me for a week, then I asked for a refund due to no answer, second day a person from distributor side called me to inform me that he no longer have the item
The joke that after I bought it online I found it in their Hypermarket but didn't took it.
I'm following with them for two weeks now for the re fund and every time they are asking me to repeat the story as they cant track the refund in the system.

Facts of the case:
I am a doctor normally resident in Pakistan. On my recent visit to Dubai (18/2/2016) I purchased a Philips Electric Shaver Series 9000 from Carrefour outlet at Deira City Center Dubai (Cost around 1000AEDs) using my credit card. At the time of purchase I was handed a sealed box and upon my inquiry I was reassured by the salesman that this was a new shaver with all the accessories etc. Upon returning to Pakistan and opening the sealed box I discovered that I had been sold the display version of the box and that there was no shaver inside the box. Hence I had paid the full amount for a new shaver but had been given an empty box.
I then contacted Carrefour (After sales Dept .. Ms Zany... by overseas phone calls and by email) explaining the blunder. I am now being advised to bring the empty box back to Dubai personally for a redressal of my problem which is absurd. I have repeatedly explained that this is not possible since I am now in Pakistan and it is very obvious that this involves considerable expense (Tickets, Visas, and Stay etc). This in my view is very obvious.
My view on the problem:
1. This was an act of extreme carelessness on the part of the Carrefour staff since it was clear to them that I was not a Dubai Resident.
2. Normally items of this nature are pre-checked before issuance also display items and their boxes are clearly marked and stored separately. Why this was not followed?
3. If at all an error has been made by the Carrefour staff then it should be accepted and the responsibility accepted. It is the responsibility of the Carrefour staff to rectify the problem as early as possible to my satisfaction.
4. The matter is quite clear and the solution to the problem is quite simple. Why should the Carrefour staff give me absurd and frivolous suggestions which they themselves know are not do-able?
5. Why should this matter not be dealt with an element of urgency? I have been communicating with them daily with a sluggish response to my queries.
Solution to the problem:
1. Carrefour should simply reimburse the amount charged to my credit card. This I am told by my Credit card people can be done very easily by Carrefour without my presence there. They already have my Card details on their system.
2. The original receipts and the empty Box (which is totally useless to me and to them as well) will be returned to them as soon as I can find someone travelling in that direction and willing to take it back. I have already sent the photos of the empty box and the scanned receipts to Carrefour by email.
I don't see what the problem is with returning the box as it is just cardboard and a few useless accessories.
My complaint:
Since my intimation to Carrefour of this blunder which was done on their part I have been subjected to a drag around for a problem which is totally of their creation. I feel it is their responsibility to resolve this matter at the earliest, to my satisfaction and at their cost.
What they are asking me to do is to rectify their negligence at my cost to their advantage.

UPDATE: Having gone through an expensive and useless time consuming discussion with the consumer affairs dept at the given store I finally decided to send the empty box with the original reciepts back to carefour on the given address at my expense from Pakistan to Dubai. This has also been sent back to me by Emirates post as carefour did not collect it despite repeated attempts by emirates post over a period of 3 weeks.

I was a CarrefourSA Maltepe Park Mall-Istanbul. I wait more than half hour for cashier service today 2th april 2016. The that market has more than 30 cashier service hovever just 12 was service. I have contacted customer service and asked why I am waititng here and why you do not open new service? There is no any satisfactory answer. There was many table which are writing Turkish langeuage " IF YOU AFTER THAT BLUE LINE SHALL BE OPEN NEW CASHIER SERVİCE"

I visited Carrefour Al jimi mall on 28th of feb 2016.I went there to buy a baby chair which was advertised or displayed at 120Aed.Ihad gotten a new piece and come to the till point it scanned for 150AED.I was taken to the back and the lady says its two different pieces thats why its marked differently.Then she calls the manager who doesnt if greet has no sense of customer service tries to convince us that this is the last piece that why its advertised lower.1stly there was not a display to say last piece or there was not a choice to say this is 120 and the new one is 150.Very misleading to the public.Furthermore we did not take it as we walked away she asked the lady helping us which is 120.1stly she did not know what we were talking about but wanted to convince us.We went to the store manager who was not so helpful as we said we wanted tovtake it for 120.He even asked us wat do we want him to do.as a manager do u ask a customer that .Well i always shop at this store but in future but in very dissapointed as we were treated as people who knows nothing
