Carrefour An online order I made on the 3rd of April 2021

I have made an order on the 3rd of April with order number:
[protected] and I didn't receive it till this moment and I have fully pay it via credit card.
I called the customer service on the 5th of April and they told me that I will receive my order during the same day and they didn't send it.
I called the customer service on the following days:
6/7/10/11/12 of April I didn't receive my order until this moment!
I also would like to report that customer service agent ''Hany" was very rude during the call on Monday the 12th of April at 1400, and he put me on hold for 53 minutes!
I told him to put me through the team manager to help me, but he told me that he's not available as he has another calls .
II am really pissed off, this is really unprofessional!

Desired outcome: 1- my order ,a refund for the delay and phone calls cost

Carrefour Customer service & Gift Card

Hello Carrefour,
I hope this complaint reaches your side and also to get noticed.
I've complain many times using Carrefour Egypt hotline, however I didn't get proper handline or compromised, yet always get promises from agents, shift leaders, and supervisor, which I never imagine that I get from international company like you.
The main complaint is that I got a gift card from my company without being informed that it will be expired after 12 month, so I guessed that it will be expire after my first use of it, alongside due to COVID-19 quarantine during the last year we used to stay at home. so I don't accept by any means that the agent respond to me showing him the gift card in an aggressive way telling me it is expired.

I'm really very frustrated from they way Carrefour deal with me, also I believe that all of my big company colleagues will not like at all.

Carrefour the unethical behavior, poor customer service and collection of payment without providing the item in order

On 8th April I ordered 4 boneless chicken and some other stuff from carrefour packages mall online. The rider comes and gives 3 packets of boneless and other stuff and also takes the whole amount. when I open and check my order I see 3 packets of chicken instead of 4 upon which I try to contact the customer care but there's no response. After trying for about an hour and them picking up and cutting my call I finally get a chance to get through it and talk to a lady who asks my order number and assures me I'll get the order the next day. The next day comes and there is still no outcome of my complaint, so I call and again after an hour of them not responding and cutting calls without even listening to my issue, I get through and explain my problem to a guy named asad in e-commerce who asks the order number and information again and assures me again that I'll be receiving my order shortly. still no out come. On 10 april (today) I call them again. After a long time of me Waiting and them not picking up my calls or cutting them again and again, a person picks up the call and I ask him to get me through his manager and I'm telling the manager furiously that this has happened and I'm still waiting and I'm not happy with the customer service AND THE MANAGER SAYS "DON'T GET HYPER, TELL ME YOUR ORDER NUMBER" upon which I ask him to repeat and he repeats and I tell him I'm your customer and not your friend AND HE CUTS THE CALL AGAIN ! if this is what I get from a hyper mart like carrefour I don't know how high should I keep my expectations

Carrefour Unpleasant experience

-Iam the owner of Blue Line industry Co., established here in Egypt.
-Approached Carrefour and signed a contract to get my products in the stores.
-Contract date was signed 22/9/2020
-Each and every month I hear from the services team different reasons why the contract isnt completed, below are highlights of the reasons:
1- Its ready just missing 1 signature and will start ordering products
2-Our VP is on Covid19 and once he's back he will sign (i asked no delegates, they said no)
3-We need another samples (sent again to them)
4-Samples aren't approved they will be reapproved (knowing that at the very beginning they mentioned samples were approved so we can proceed by signing contract in Sept20)
And more and more reasons..etc

-Finally, the respective category management team stopped responding to mobiles, whatsapps and emails. With no clue what would happen.

To be honest my intention for this complaint is not to start work with Carrefour, because I believe going forward, as a vendor I would have unpleasant experience given the category team handling style.
Iam just dropping this in order to let your teams show better respect to vendors who know for fact that Carrefour is a big name and for sure was built professionally not by ignorance.

Carrefour Service

Hi,

I really don't know who can help and take an action regarding this complain as I'm so much disappointed and angry from your services and customer services, I ordered last Friday March 25, 2021 order number [protected] and I received part of it and the rest up till now I didn't received it, surprisingly I called your call center more than 5 times and every time they keep saying you will receive the order into 24 hours which is never happened! When I called your customer service I described my disappointment and insatisfaction from your service and how you are dealing with your clients and I was so angry and I wanted to speak to one of your manager instead of letting me down your customer service guy got me so down and nervous when he said there is no one you can speak to and if you want you can keep on the call for one hour ! When I called once again all what I got is that one of our team leader will call you also which is never happened... Once again on another call one of your customer-service assured me that one of your manager will contact me which also never happened!

I'm so much angry and can't be believe that any local company can treat their client this way of disrespect and unprofessional!

This is an official complaint for whoever is responsible of this kind of company as this is the worst service ever and I would expect an URGENT action .

ordered ON TRUST basis from MAF carrefour app an Iphone X 64 GB a refurbished phone - on 6 sept 2020 and recieved the phone - unfortunately had to go back to our country due to job loss on 8th october 2020 during this period we didnt even opened the phone because of winding up from UAE- Once reached home in pakistan we opened up the box and found out that the phone is faulty we sent it back to UAE with my nephew and on contact with carrefour call center in december 2020 he was told that the warranty have expired - but that was not the case - we bought it on the basis of 1 year warranty - order number [protected] - now this was just excuse given to us and total loss of our money spend - looking ahead to resolve this issue that have incurred loss to us

Carrefour Carrefour egypt online service

I'm complaining about changing a product in my order without having any permission from my side to do that .
On 19 of March I ordered 12 pcs of americana full cream milk and I received them as 12pcs of greenland full cream milk .
On 21 and 24 of March I called carrefour call center and talked with the customer service and i told them my problem but there were no action from the delivery and till now I didn't change the product.!
So is it normal that customers should have been ignored from carrefour like that ?
And kindly find the attached receipt.

Carrefour Karcher steamer

I have placed online order from 15 march till now not received it, customer care is not helping to solve the issue, estimate day is 21 march and till now the courier did not collect the shipment very bad service from carrefour and my3 third party ... my advice not to order anything from carrefour .. they are repeating the same thing but till now it is not solved bad service not recommended ... and if the manager is reading this complain i am expecting him to call me

Carrefour Egypt is a disaster

Dear Carrefour Management,
Hope you are good, stay safe.
I am so upset to send you this mail as I had the best experience with Carrefour Abu Dhabi, UAE for the past 20 years.
please investigate what happened in Egypt Branches as they don't respect Carrefour customers at all.
My last experience was a disaster, as I made an order through your APP, and after two days I discovered that`s the APP not working for the past two weeks.
The customer service agent asked me to go to the Carrefour website and login, I will found my order there to proceed, but it wasn't there, So I forced to do the order again.
You can imagine the time I had been waste to do that's.
I did the order on the 07th of March 2021, they mention that I will receive the order on the 13th of March 2021, By the way, I don't have a problem waiting, as I know the technical issues they face.
But I surprised that's my order didn't come at the time they mention, between (11 AM: 02 PM).
Here I kept calling them every hour, I complained several times on the same day, then I requested the branch to contact me to tell me when I will receive my order, but nothing happens.
I received My invoice today early morning at 08:00 AM, and till this moment I didn't receive my order.

Carrefour Complaint against carefour store manager Lylpur Galleria FSD

I have long and very serious complaint while visiting your store Lylpur Galleria Fsisalabad. But 1st I want to some senior official of your carefour store to whom I would share all my details and incidents while visiting the Carefour as on 04/03/21 timing( 6:45 to 8:30)
During visiting while routine shopping and being regular customer I just asked about promotion against which a staff who says himself Manager misbehaved. I asked his name but he didn't inform then I captured his photo against which he assemble all security persons and staff and loudly begin insulting me. During this time one informed his name is haseeb. Mr. Arshad was also earlier there when Mr Haseeb threaten me and asked security staff to take me at control room etc and tried to snatched mobile from me which can be viewed from your cctv cameras. Mr. Arshad left later on while observing the situation after that Mr. Haseeb said I dm incharge of carefour FSD and will not allow to remain in store.
Is this the decorum your staff has? In presence of all customers, staff, security staff Mr. Haseeb loudly insulted and threatened me because being loyal customer I highlight lacking at store . Number of time I highlight the negligence of staff and particularly this staff Mr. Haseeb who only dont like customers to come at your esteemed store. I have many evidences about the incident occured with me but required the person who is heading this store. Your have application for complaint where 4/ 5 sentences can be written. You have call centre number which ultimately transfer to store where no one provide the number of G.M for complain. You have prescribed format paper complaint receiving of which is not provided and never received response.
So please share me the person or forum where I can initiate my complaint as this this hieght of immorality of your staff that they are making threats to customers and your floor managers are also with them. Who is responsible? I want to talk with some senior officials of your company for the unpleasant incident with me.

Carrefour Frozen shrimp

Yesterday I purchased a discounted frozen shrimp from alexandria city certre branch.. Was looking good till we returned home.. Started to suck.. Them.. On kooking it was nearly totally decayed.. Only the outer shell remains with a little brown coloured inside and a taste of decayed seafood.. Smells different than the usual cooked shrimp.. Nearly bad.. It should not have been sold to humans
This is the first and last time for me to purchase a frozen item from carrefour egypt.. I had a good experience in emirates.. But the administration here is different

The worst experience ever i made an order on the app since 8/3/21 and delivery should be 9/3/21 and till now 12/3 not delivered and i called call center several time with no response or valid execuse and no one contacted me at all i want to raise this complaint to the highest level as this is not the first time and this ruin the company good well

Carrefour Delivery yet not received and very poor response from call centre

Very poor service for Home delivery. About to be 48 Hours and no sign of delivery and the worst thing is that the call center is also a waste as they do not have any information on delivery. They are just sitting to fool customers by adding sorry words. The word sorry will not solve the problem. There is a serious problem in Carrefour online delivery they should fix it otherwise the image for Carrefour is being compromised. Would never recommend anyone to go for online purchase from Carrefour.

Carrefour I’m complaining regarding the staff name Ronald in Jashanmal

It was a bad experienced! How can the Carrefour tolerate Ronald in Jashanmal, he was really disrespectful & belittling customer, talking behind our back saying bad things. He has a bad mouth, that a customer doesn't deserve! In his bad attitude he does not deserve to work in the customer service field. He even compared us to the customer who can buy a worth of 5000 AED item. I'll rather not go there anymore to not experience that bad attitude.

Carrefour Online shopping

I placed an order online through application because there were offers online (noted that carefour egypt sent sms to inform offers will be online during weekend). I placed my order on 7 Jan 2021 and choose to arrived on 8 Jan 2021 at 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, I didn't received the order on time, I called them they told me they adjusted the time without informing me to be from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm and again didn't deliver the order. I called them on 9 Jan 2021 morning and submit complaints to for the delay and requested someone to call me to tell me when can I receive the order they told me they don't now and will check, after that I called them 5 times and the same response. They after that told me order will deliver 8 Jan 2021 from 8:00 to 11:00 pm, I called them again 2 times to make sure the last time they answered the order will deliver on time and I told him are you sure told me no 90% will not deliver today because it's not packed without apologies and bad way so I canceled the order because they are not trusted and professional. By the way no one called during the 2 days as per my request in every call.

Carrefour Transaction Number : 2700060289060 / DELL 14-3493

Dear Carrefour Team,

Please note, I had purchased a Dell Laptop from Marina Mall Store on 19-April-2020.
From the day of purchase I had been facing slow response issues, since it was lockdown time I preferred not to visit the store.
As the condition of the Laptop started becoming worse, I gave the Laptop for repair at Marina Mall Store on November 10, 2020.

I got a call on December 6 informing that the problem is resolved.
The Service sheet explained that the HDD had crashed and was replaced.
I have collected my Laptop and on the very next day while using Microsoft Office Teams and Opening Word document made my laptop crash.
I again visited Marina Mall store to hand it over for repair again on December 7, 2020.

Again I got a call from the Service Center that the problem is solved, this time I got an explanation that there was a pending Windows update, that's why the system was unresponsive.

I was not satisfied with the statement from the Service Center, and with many rounds of talk with the store personnel, Including the Store Manager agreed to hand over the Laptop to Service Center to replace the HDD with a SD card at my cost.

I was expecting to get a call for a Quote which on my approval they said they will replace it. And I am still waiting for a call from the Service Center.

Awaiting a Call, I called the Service Center Number 800 73232 on DEC 29, 2020 at 9:53 AM. Later again I called on Jan 3, 2021 at 14:02.

Please I request an explanation for such poor Customer Support for a Product purchased from your Store.

Second, I had a Warranty for 12 months, out of which for the past 2 months it has been lying with the Carrefour Service Center.

Since the service center has already informed me that its a manufacturing defect, I would request you to get a new Laptop as a replacement at the earliest as my Child's Online classes have already started.

I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis

I went carrefour fortress pakistan about 10 ‘O clock for purchasing of multynet led promotional item but unfortunately after 2 hours they told all stock sold out not a single customer take lcd to home all your staff even head office managers and section managers divide and all customers after two hours went home your services all rubbish and [censored] about promotional items

Very bad service from your supplier delonghi I bought it on the 14 jun 2020 order number 16110580437282 I took it to sharjah city center for repair on the 9/nov/2020 case number 5200080037728 6/dec/2020 received a call asking me to collect the repaired item from the store I found it very dirty inside out and broken on the top they took it again for repair I don't know how long it will take but this is truly unacceptable I give something almost brand new and after repair getting the dirty broken item.
