Wrong labeling on Products

I have an issue that have been repeated several times which is the wrong labeling on Products as attached 2 photos the product is the original Dettole 400 it is written on the promotion label 29.95 and when i got to the cashier i found it with 55.95 which has been repeated several times before this time i insisted to complain as it such a huge embarrassing situation i was in while paying for my products on a side note i have been a loyal customer to your respectful Brand but with this issue i am considering to shift to another hyper market i am waiting for your kind reply and feedback

Refund process and enquiry is undefined
Made a purchase and my order never reflected .On calling they tell me it will be refunded not even saying when.Spoke to them and was now as if I am the faulty firm and they are my customers.
They don't even send a message to say the order is to be refunded and yet, promote ads everywhere on how they are the best .

iPhone 11, item is not working and no response from carrefour customer care team.
I have purchased an apple phone 11, from carrefour online store. But the phone was not working properly after some days of use. I have complained many times to the customer care support team, and they have created at least 3 of my complaints (757668, 757063, 761082) and they have informed me, the item will be returned and they will refund me. But then after 8 days, no one contacted me. I was followed up with the customer care team again, one miss, Merna told me the complaint expired after 8 days, so she will proceed with a refund request and I may receive the refund amount 8 to 14 days later. But then there was no replay. Again I called the Customer care team for the status of refund, one Mr. Majid, was telling me another story, I may contact the apple store and give the phone for repair. I am very disappointed, when I purchase a new phone and within a week, the phone is dead, and seeking for help, misleading the customer many times and later with no proper answer, they ignore the customer. I trusted the carrefour to purchase the item, and carrefour sold me a refurbished model as a new one and the phone is not working now. And as a customer, I have to run behind all these now. It is very disappointing and frustrating. I'm sending you this complain because your delivery service and contact center is the worste here in kuwait, i made an order On 09 of Nov, 2 items, one of it was delivered on the next day but the other is not delivered till now, i called your call center in kuwait so many times, but they are not providing any kind of service, they have no contact with the delivery team, they can't confirm when the order will be delivered, they don't have any supervisor or manager yto communicate with, every time they say we will send a request to hime in he will call you back within two hours but never happened, day before yesterday the delivery driver came with the wrong item, and he don't know what to do, he simply told me to follow up with call center

I bought gas hob luxell lx 40 black order numbers [protected] & [protected] on line, after one month I received a message it is out of stock though during the month I kept following on line and the message I received was the order was on process. I guess there was a mistake in pricing the product on line that is way they refused to deliver, as I kept seeing the product on line after they decline to deliver.

I have placed an order for grocery items last 2/11/2021 with order number [protected] via mobile application. It was divided into 2 shipment the 19items were supposed to be shipped that day from 6-7pm (labeled Now delivery) then the 10 items shipment on the next day. 3/11/2021 I received the 10 items I ordered but did not receive the 19 items which cost 184.93AED. I called customer service and was advised that they created trouble ticket for it with reference 735533. I called them everyday and even sent an email via their mobile application and did not receive any response or call back from them. The agents kept on saying that a specialized team is already looking into it and will give me a call back which I did not receive. This has been very frustrating especially when I saw the comments on their FB page regarding bad customer service and unshipped orders that were paid and not refunded for months. This must come to an end. Carrefour is scamming people already. I want to know how I can formally file a complain for future consumers.

Inaccurate item prices in mobile app and website (Egypt)
The prices which I purchased on from the mobile app for Nestle water package was EGP 40 while it was surprise when I received the invoice the price was changed to EGP 46.5 which for sure will affect the transparency policy of Carrefour and also the trustable image of the organization.

Discount offered by bank not applied during purchase and the same was communicated with customer service agent and the agent told to purchase item then he will resolve the issue was her answer. But after purchase no one responds to me just given a complaint reference no. This reference no is open from past 2 months . No one is responding. Ref no. 460826. Poor service from customer agents.

**BEWARE**
Never ever shop with them online. They are a bunch of thieves. Placed an order with them on 08th of Oct with delivery scheduled for same day between 08-10 pm. Waited all evening with no delivery and when I called the next day, the ridiculously pathetic customer service staff answers saying I don't have the system to see your order number and their is no pending order linked to your email address.
After disputing for an hour with this staff and simultaneously disputing with their whatsapp service agents where i shared the screenshots of the order as well as the debit proof on my credit card, they decided to raise a complaint for refund on 09th of Oct which has still not been refunded (which as per them would take 2 working days)
Since the 9th have spoken to Ghada, Ahmed, Elizabeth, Sara - absolutely unqualified customer service agents and 2 managers Asser and Nourihanne (even worst leaders)
Nourihanne being the worst of the whole lot who I spoke on the 12th and who shamelessly confessed that all her agents and the manager Asser have been giving me wrong info since the 09th that the refund takes 2 working days from the day of compaint, when it actually takes 6 working days. So technically my refund should have been processed by the 15th and guess what it still has not been credited. Absolute bunch of thieves and fraudsters ruining the name of such a fantastic international brand. Compaint number 626252 and 625921
Missing items
I got my order 1 day late with 14 missing items. I already followed up twice with customer service but never got a call back and the issue is not resolved. The issue was every time escalated to the concerned party but it stops here. Carrefour is the worse service ever specially when it comes to online. No follow up and not professional.
Delivery missing items, and wrong items
The delivery was over an hour late, finally arriving after 20:00. The order had one wrong product, a 4 pack of 1.5l schweppes agrumes, should have been diet, but is not. Worst of all, Gerlinéa Mijn Maaltijd Afslankrepen Chocolade Smaak, one of the most expensive items on the order is entirely missing. You've basically stolen money from me. What are you going to do about it?

My club a/c customer service
On my new phone I tried to log in to My Club. I was told my password was incorrect and a code would be sent to my mobile and email address. 10 minutes later a code was sent, too late. I tried a few times, same issue.
I tried contacting you in a message but as usual there was a problem. I called customer services, I was told the code will only be sent to the mobile number not email, despite having received 4 codes by email!
I informed the employee that the last 3 digits are incorrect and 2 digit is missing. He told me I have to re-register and all points would be lost.
I tried to re-register and even though I entered the correct mobile number i received a message to say this number was already in use and to log in not re-register.
I am not able to log in or re-register.

I bought the Mandine microwave from Carrefour two days ago.
I have come to install it today only to find that the instruction manual does not have an English version/translation.
