Online order and not respecting the delivery and cancel the order without any notes
I ordered on Carrefour Online (Egypt) a

on NOV 26th 2020 with a delivery date between 2 - 4 working days!
Till date, Dec 8, nothing received and not even a call to update or to apology!
- 29/11/2020 made compliant by call center number: 2029112020783 with no response
- 30/11/2020 made another compliant by call center number: 2030112020254 with no responds again
- 2/12/2020 another compliant 2002122020418 with no responds and calls
-today I made another call to call center and the agent tell me the order is cancelled with no reason, I made another complaint today with number 200812202063

It's not a first time I made an order and they gave me a time to received the order and as usually the order is late with 7 or 8 hours.
We need to solve this problem
Yesterday I asked for order # 17113972162077
And the system gave me time from 11am to 2 pm and at 4 pm someone called me and he said the order will be there after 3 hours.
Bugs in carrefour whole wheat hard precooked 500g
I found bugs inside the Carrefour Whole Wheat hard Precooked 500g bought from Madinah Mall - Dubai on 17 Nov 2020.
This product is made in France, I am not sure if France has low food quality standard or Carrefour is selling expired items here Dubai.
After reading through other reviews I think it is not time to buy Carrefour branded food items as they are failed to control the quality.
General complaint about prices

I have been a customer to carrefour brand since long. 5 Years with Carrefour Dubai Bassem Bessada [protected] and recently once I moved to Cairo [protected].
As you can see from my history with Carrefour, I am considered a loyal customer to the chain.
Since I started buying from Carrefour Almaza City Center and I noticed that the prices are not competing to other hyper but in some items are really more expensive.
However, for some items I decided to get from Carrefour knowing that storage and quality might be better trusted for me.
What made me write to you and file a complaint this morning (no. [protected]) that some items I bought on 10th of November with a price and today I needed to buy same items and I found an increase for almost most of the items which is unexplainable to me.
I gave few examples to the customer care and I can provide you one example here.
Juhayna Full Cream Milk - 1 L Pack of6 - I bought it last week with EGP 74.75 and today it has an offer 22% saving and is sold online by EGP 95.7. EGP 20 increase in one week considering that today's has offer of 22%! Same for NAN 2 OPTIPRO BABY MILK 6-12M 400G and Nestle Natural Water - 1.5 Liter - Pack of 12.
I really feel trust issue now and I need someone from management to come back to me which didn't take place till now.

First of all many congratulation to you for scaling carrefour uae to the new heights.
As a loyal customer of carrefour it's my responsibility to aware you about the pathetic service that you are providing to your end consumers.
I bought one skyworth t. V last year from carrefour - mall of emirates store on 31.08.2019 with 2 years extended warranty, we hardly use the t. V as most of the time we are not available here.
Suddenly few days back we saw one vertical line in the panel screen & there was no picture coming, we immediately called to carrefour but we learn that carrefour only pick phone post 5:00 p.M. And on friday & saturday they are closed.
Since we call on thursday evening at 6 :00 our 3 days just get lost, anyway we connect on sunday with carrefour & they pass on us another number for extended warranty team.
After a lot of try finally they book our complaint on last sunday on 08.11.2020 with complaint no. Uae723223, can you believe till date to now I have not received any call from anyone - no sms - no update - I don't even know that they register my complaint or not.
Diwali is due in last 3 days and my kids are without t. V, I never expect such a low quality of services from carrefour.

Gas cooker I received
25th September > Cooker bought from Carrefour (Invoice Available)
27th September > Contact with Lootah gas made, and confirmed that Cooker has to be installed to get the gas activated (Emails available)
4th October > Cooker received and checked, without the gas since it has not been installed
5th October > Lootah gas requested to do the service as the gas cooker is installed (Email available)
7th October > Lootah Gas received the request (Email available)
11 October > Lootah Gas came and installed the service and turned on the gas cooker and confirmed 1 eye is not igniting (form abailable)
How am I supposed to try on the gas cooker, if I don't have gas?
How am I supposed to have gas connected in a new apartment when there is no gas cooker?
And how am I supposed to know that the gas cooker is not working properly without gas connected (Since I am not a professional technician)?
Furthermore my first call to Carrefour is on the 11th Oct when the gas was connected and was found to be faulty, which is the 7th days from receiving the item.
Now carrefour wants to repair the faulty item and they dont want to replace it, they want to repair an item that is brand new and just bought.
Customer service
Extremely poor customer services. The lady at the customer happiness desk was the least qualified to be at that desk maintaining a cold and absolutely unhelpful attitude.
In the less than 10pca counter, the check out staff allowed a customer to bill 20 plus items. What then is the purpose of mentioning 10 pcs or less?
Staff behavior (especially the lady at the customer care counter) needs to be seriously looked into
Candy 4 burner cooking range
I purchased candy cooking range and got it delivered with lots of smudges .complained to carrefour customer centre but till date have not received a call or a visit from your end to verify my complaint.It has been 17 days.My complaint number with carrefour UAE is 1754683 which is now being followed under complaint number 1763017.I have been following up almost daily at your complaint number-[protected] but never get a definite answer offering any solution.
I tried emailing at the email id given on carrefour uae [protected]@mafcarrefour.com but my email is bouncing back.
My patience is running thin.Please have my complaint addressed and this product replaced or refunded.

Mall of emirates - tv sale
23rd september 2020, bought 55"lg tv and I was told the price includes free delivery and installation in a week. 30th september the box was delivered but was told that lg will do the installation later! I am struggling ever since and finally carrefour customer care told me it may take another week. Salesperson lied to me
Price not matching
-The price charged was not the price displayed.
-I have been told that the price on the system changes every minute.
-And that the correct price was of course the highest one which is 30.90/kg
-They did not even admit their mistake.
-Very disappointed

Hair dryer and straightener
I bought two Braun appliances from Carrefour Egypt on 29th August 2020. The two product are not working the straightner, they changed it for me. After two days the hair dryer burnt into my hair and exploded. They are refusing to change it. They are asking me to repair it at the agent where I bought it from Carrefour. I should not be taking it to be repaired. I should get another one or refund my money back
Wrong item description, late delivery, useless customer service
I purchased two items from yas mall carrefour, the sales guy showed us different item and in the receipt mentioned different so I cancelled that one. For the second item I kept on calling customer service but no proper support was given as they keep on mentioning we don't have update from the supplier which is not my concern and the customer service is only for listening and not for giving solution to customer. Even after 1 week I didn't get my item as after one week they don't have any update from the supplier as they said.

Expired Chicken in Eram Hyperstar in Iran
I bought 10 packs of chicken from Hyperstar (Eram branch) which is the subsidiary of Carrefour in Iran this Wednesday. The production date of each pack was correct and they were for Wednesday so I was not worry about the expiry of the chickens. As soon as I arrived home I started to open the chicken packs but all of them smells VERY VERY bad and this means that all of them was expired. Every body knows how much is it dangerous for human health and It can cause death with Botulism.
Unfortunately it is not all the story. I washed all the chickens to reduce the bad smell of them and put them in refrigerator to send them back in Friday ( I couldn't go sooner because of my business). When I went to customer service they were completely aware about these chickens and they ask : " Is it from discounted part?" and then she shake her head because many people before me gone for to give them back.
They behaved very impolite and aggressive to me and they didn't accept the responsibility!
When I told them that it is not the matter of money and it is the matter of human health, they threaten me to call the police!
I know Carrefour as a very responsible company and I always have a good memory from shopping in different branches in different country (UAE, Qatar, Turkey, ...). They really care about ethic and politeness, but what happened to me is something very strange!
I would highly appreciate if you inform me about the management system in Hyperstar in Iran. Is it steal is a part of Carrefour branche? If it is not we should know and I think every body should know.
Westpoint fridge
I bought 2 Westpoint fridges from Carreforr in MOE, Dubai - UAE
After 3 months both fridges doors of freezer broke
Two months ago I contacted Carreforr and requested after sales repair since its still under warranty
Two months passed and they still didn't fix the fridges and they don't follow up with me and every time I call they don't have the clear answer
They even told me to contact the supplier myself! Which I find unacceptable
We are unable to use the freezer since two nonths since Carreforr has poor after sales service!
Absolutely dissapointing, feeling being ripped off!
Apple airpods
I bought the apple AirPods at 30/5/2019 and it was under one year warranty, and 12/5/2020 I faced an issue with those AirPods that people can't hear my voice so accordingly I return it to carrefour customer service to fix it, they always responding that they didn't receive it from supplier and after close follow up for almost every week either by phone call or going to customer service of mirdif city center they informed me at 31st of August 2020 that your AirPods is working perfectly, I informed them that people are not hearing me well once I used airpods for a call, I took it to try it and then realised that it is same issue and people can't hear me well once I am calling them, not only this but at the report that given to me it is mentioned that airpods sent to supplier at 25/8/2020 which is after three month from handling the airpods, and the supplier mentioned that it is out of warranty, since Seem the carrefour team not giving the airpods at the warranty time.
I really loose the trust with all carrefour employee at UAE and they really waste my time and not committed to fix my device as per the warranty received from them.

Dishwasher sales
I bought an Ariston dishwasher 3 days ago which was to be delivered the next day. I called Carrefour more than 20 times & no one helped in any way. In fact, it became clear that they started to ignore my calls. I have been grounded at home & waiting. I explained to Carrefour that I have a boy with severe autism, hence the importance of tome management. They caused a lot of upset to my household. So disappointed & regret purchasing from them, sadly.

The black olives on the frozen pizza's have their kernell inside and that's dangerous for teeth. Today was the third time I found this on the frozen pizza.
