I rented a car from the CarTrawler via Austrian.com on 9 August for my stay in Poland (PL420158960). However, after I read a lot of complaints about the company that they work at Krakow airport (Global Car Hire) I cancelled my booking. CarTrawler sent me an e-mail on 28 August stating that my cancellation was successful and that they will refund within the next 10 business days, however, they have not refunded the amount (128.78 EUR including the insurance).
I request my refund to be paid immediately.
