Cash America Pawn review: My ring that got pulled out with out a call from employee or your text message service 1

My name is claudia rodriguez [protected] on Monday the 20th they pulled a ring I have had in there pawned since 2019 I never had problems with any one but the girls that work there Liz and Renato or Gerardo always run report of what to is late and call well they have not been at work they have data off but just here on nov 12 I went to pay on it and angel was the manager at the time we’ll no one ran a late report to call customer to let them know it’s late we’ll I did not get any call from Amy worker or ur text messages that I have prove I did not get so I called corporate mondays and this Mary craft calllwe me saying maybe they had problems with text messages but still if there was the employee should of. Ran report and call people she basically said there nothing she can do all she can do is up my loan from 700 go 900 and I gotta pay 198.00 to put by ring back I be. A customer for years I said ok but I was not satisfied because that y’all fault not calling me or sending text messages then she like well u depend on reminders I told her yea I do why is that a problem and she like why did u not come on Sunday I said maybe cause I was sick she just plain rude well I left it at that I called again told customer care I don’t want to talkn to Mary or claudia well that Mary craft called me again and said u called again I said yea but not to talk to u inwant someone over you and claudia she like idk if any one can or will be able to help u that was Monday twice well I called Tuesday again cause I have not heard from the man that support to call me the customer Seevicr’s Adrian I believe her name is said if Mandy calls u back again call me I report it supposed she sent to upper management and still no one has return mybcalll I will call again tomorrow again I believe it’s cash ametica pawn fault for not calling or sending text messages I have messed where they text mw to remind mw or call me but this time no one did so I need this resolved or I emailing the ceo larry scott or who u under him

I need my ring put back with out me laying just me paying like I always do I am a faithful person that pays and I wanna talk to someone about this Mary craft person that claudia sends yo do all the calls and stuff I need a call asap it’s three days already and I gotta go Friday to pawn shop and I will not pay I will go further if this is not resolved o been a customer for years with y’all so call me [protected] I want someone over them womwn thanks
