won 1800.00 asked for proof and sent them this sent me an email saying they go the info and they are processing the withdrawal and then the next day my account is locked my account and no payment. Here is the letter I sent them.

I honestly can't believe what is being done to all of these players. I just want $100,000 on the roulette. I was playing earlier this afternoon. As soon as the wind was counting up and paying me I got a big general error message popped up said contact support. So I contacted them and they told me it was a system that unfortunately for me and my bad luck I'm not getting paid.
So I wondered what the hell is going on and I pulled up casino rewards reviews. I looked at a site that said scam advisory. I open it up and to my surprise I'm not the only one that's dealing with this either. I just noticed there's a big list of people from all over the world that is being cheated out of getting paid from casino rewards. What the hell is going on with this casino? What are they doing to everybody that wins? My God they need to really be reported. This is so sickening. I want my payout casino rewards and I will not stop chasing you until you pay me my wind fair and square. It's bad enough that you cheat on all your slot machines every day of the week. But now you're cheating me when I'm bidding high roller roulette and then you don't want to pay me when I hit it big come on what is wrong with you guys. I am not stopping. Winner! Well, that's what I had thought. Yesterday I was quite happy winning $6,325.00. but once I tried to cash it out, casino rewards locked me out of my account. They claim this is because I have multiple accounts of luxury casino. Not true. I only ever had one account that I opened 3 years ago. I told them they are mistaken, and double check. They still try to deny this. So for 3 years they have been greedily taking my deposits. I spend hundreds of thousands in 3 years, but now they have to pay and, Oh BOY, we can't be having that now. So pretty much they are saying, we take your money, BUT we don't and won't pay you. 🥺💩 Bottom line is, they just don't pay when you win, but they gladly, greedily take your money with no questions asked. Hmmm. Sounds like lawyer time. If you wish to open an account with a shameful thieving casino, that won't pay you if you do win against their manipulated games, be my guest. I strongly suggest you don't open any account with casino rewards brand. 👎👎

I haven't played in casino rewards for a while because of all the cheating that's been going on lately, but last week I decided you know what. I'll try it again. I'll deposit $1,000 and try and see if they've become any better than what they have been in the past with their game. Manipulating. So it turned out I was right to take the chance. I hit very big on one of the brand new games. It paid me over $75,000, I could not believe my eyes when it came up after the years of being cheated. I tried to cash it out but then I was locked out of my casino account for a few days. I received a bunch of emails from risk management, and I figured it's just standard procedure. Nope. They claimed that the game just had a malfunction on it that the wind is void. I honestly can't believe what happened to me is just so sickening. I won't give up on this matter. This is just Beyond disgusting. My God is all I can say. Is there really a God for this kind of stuff to take place in the world? Not only take place but to keep seeming to get away with doing this to people. Very disgusting.

DON'T EVER OPEN ACCOUNT AT CASINO REWARDS! THIS CASINO IS THE BIGGEST THIEVES. You will not win a dime because of their cheating tactics and their game manipulating. Even when you do win like I did many times they do not pay! They have some excuse why they can't pay you or the game. Malfunctions or they claim you have multiple accounts. They'll do anything to keep accepting your deposits and they keep cheating you when it comes. Time to paying you when you do win which is rare because they manipulate these games to the fullest. This is just ridiculous. I withdrew $8000 1 month ago and they won't me.
After I won a small jackpot on 1 of the new slot games, a big message popped up. " A GENERAL ERROR OCCURRED " then I reloaded the game. My winnings was still there. I went to the banking to cash it out and as soon as I did it says, the minimum cashout is $50. It shows i have only 23 cents. I looked back in my account and my money is gone. I went on live chat to ask them where is my money gone?
The guy on chat says.. " you don't have any money left " our system shows you played it back into the casino. I NEVER DID. It was 1 minute from winning, to log back into the casino and my money is gone.
They try and claim it played $8000 back in under 1 minute. I didn't play anything after I won, I went straight to the banking to cash it out. THIEVES. They just don't want to pay me!
I'm so tired of their cheating tactics. They rig the games, now they won't pay me? THATS NOT HAPPENING casino rewards. You will pay my winnings that I won fair and square.
If not i am gonna dispute ALL deposits I ever made with my credit card provider.
