I tried to pay my bill by calling (833)-353-0549 all I got was a recording saying that this number was not in service, call back at another time. I tried to go online to reg. to pay my bill; it gave me a code; but when I put in the code; message came saying not valid! I call Castle Credit # and could not get anybody. What kind of business is you all running, where the only thing you can talk at is AI, and they can't help you at all! I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.
Claimed loss: Can't pay my bill because your system is all messed up.
Desired outcome: Need to talk to a "real" person so I can pay my bill
