Castle Dental ortho billing clerk in rosenberg texas.in

Zira was very unprofessional. She was rude to me. Told me that there was no corporate office number. Zira the number is [protected]. I spoke with them. And they were so nice compared to you. I had a billing question she blamed it all on my insurance. I called my insurance and they said she was wrong. Long story short the corporate office handle my situation accordingly. The right way.

Castle Dental the buda branch

I scheduled a cleaning six months ago for today (6/3/19) at 8am. When I walked into the Buda location the lights in the waiting area were off. The Office Manager asked if I had an appointment, I told her that I had an 8am and she questioned me "Are you sure? Because the doctor won't be in until 9." I told her I had my email confirmation and she told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly... the next time she spoke to me was 35 minutes later when she asked me to follow her to the back. Mean while another patient walked in who had an 830 appointment. Why do you have your hours of operations set at 7am if you won't have a doctor in until 9am? Why would you schedule patients when a doctor won't be there?

The Office Manager sat me in a room, prepped the area and then asked "Are you off today?" At this point I'm already frustrated because I've waited so long and her question made me feel like she was validating how long I had been there. 25 minutes later the doctor shows up and states that there was terrible traffic (the highway had been shut down this morning due to an accident) says he will be right with me. He checks in with the hygienist and the office manager and explains to them that he doesn't have all his things, he is waiting for some one to bring them to him.

No one comes back to the room to apologize for the wait, to see if I would like to reschedule. I left, told the Office manager I had to go and again no apologies, didn't ask if I wanted to come at a later time. No regard for my time or the inconvenience.

I understand schedule mix ups happen, unforeseen instances such as the accident on the highway happen but what ever happend to customer service? It wouldn't have cost any of them anything to recognize their error &/or apologize.

I will not return to Castle Dental ever again.

I had cleaning service appointment at 11am on Saturday 04/06/2019. The appointment was initially scheduled for 11:00am and 12:00pm but I had a call from the office to come in early if I could, because there was a cancellation and would accommodate me earlier than scheduled. I signed in at the Front Desk at 10:38 and by 11:52 I was done and out of the...

Castle Dental front desk service

On 7.18.17 I took my daughter to her appointment. She had questions about which teeth she wanted to get filled. All the lady at the front desk said was this is what the doctor wrote this is what we have to do. She would not even hear her question. So I then stepped in and asked why two different places were saying 2 different things. I then asked her to look at the other paper from the other dentist which she said was illegal for her to do and kept repeating this is what the doctor wrote. We went over this with her on 6.27.17. Thats fine but we had more questions that the lady refused to answer. So a few minuets later another customer came in and had questions. She basically told him the same thing BUT she made the following comment which I believe she was directing toward me "So we won't have this foolishness the next time you come in". Even if she didnt this is not something you say to anyone who has a question. That is what she was there for.

Castle Dental service/dentures

Went there in March 2015. Need lots of dental work. Opted to have parcials upper and lower. Was molded to have parcials made. Went later to have some upper molers extracted. Dentist (Dr. Malik) suggested pulling the front bottom teeth first. So I agreed. Pulled 6. In my opinion only four needed to be pulled. Was charged for six "surgical" extractions. Only two needed to be "surgically" extracted. So when that was over. Dentist put in the lower parcial.. They did not fit AT ALL! So dentist grinds them down to fit. He grinded down the fake back teeth. Nothing there but pink plastic. Only the front fake teeth are there. So I went with it. Cause I work. Can't go to work with no bottom front teeth. After a month. No follow up appointment was scheduled. No calls from the dentist. So I call and tell them the parcials are rocking Bite front and back of parcials pop up. Bite with back and front of parcials pop up. NOTHING will hold them down. So I call and make appointment. And complain. Dr. Malik looks at them. Then tells me they are like a flipper (temporary parcial) I tell him. You never once told me that. I don't believe him. Then he says. Oh and today is his last day at castle dental. There is no other dentist in that office. So I say. So what am I suppose to do. They are in my insurance network. They say well we can send you to another office. It is approx. 70 miles from my house.. Um absolutely NOT! I asked what bout the other castle dental right down the street? They don't have a dentist either. WHAT?! Then their other suggestion is to send me to a castle dental in a bad part of town... NO! so here I sit almost 3 months later with a bad lower parcial. No other dental work done yet.. And Castle dental doesn't seem to care at all.

Accidental got the HMO vs PPO at the hospital I work at. I could not see the dentist I have seen since '95. We went to Castle Dental on N. West Freeway (walmart shopping center) worst experience ever! Did not call in Rx's prior to procedure. The dentist did not talk to us after the procedure. My wife home after surgery on her gums, crying and in pain, obviously oblivious to staff. The after care instructions were just as bad and we had to call for help and it was like talking to a wall. I will not recommend them to anyone or go back. They absolutely have no idea how to run a business, customer satisfaction or care. No call on Monday or Saturday to check on my wife. The office did not set up a repeat visit for Monday and expected me to do this as I left the building with my wife crying and in pain. Oh yes, we were told in advance exact amt for my payment and insurance. Upon arrival for procedure they wanted $1, 400 before procedure for hidden cost. What a HORRIBLE PLACE!

Castle Dental horrible service/rude

I was a new patient and didn't get a conformation call so i called the morning of my 2:oo appt. and receptionist said i was not on books but to come in @ 2:00. I got there at 1:30 knowing i had new client forms to fill out, at 3:00got moved to chair and FINALLY got a few x-rays then was put in another dirty chair till almost 4:00 when the "doctor" came in i told him he wasn't professional making clients wait 2 hours after the appt. without being aknowledged. He was VERY rude and argued he was a professional and why was i there to get my teeth pulled. You have the x-rays, your the dentist, you tell me why! Ended up walking out more pissed then i have ever been before and still in pain! DO NOT GO HERE! Please research before you think of going here, Shame on me. NEVER AGAIN!

I went and I was very pleased with my visit. I have worked in an dental office before and I know how patients can be inpatient but you go to your general doctor and wait forever and never complain why is that? I found the doctor to be very gentle and referred my friends to the office. It a great place and I love it.

Castle Dental high price rip off

DENTAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
I have HMO dental coverage and this was the office close to my home that I picked from the list of approved companies.
I went in with a tooth that was giving me trouble and was floored when I was told what it would cost me to get it fixed. I had to ask the person " these are the charges after dental coverage?" They told me that they would remove the filling, preform a root canal, place the filling and place a crown and the cost with insurance would be almost $1300. What an outrage! I also inquired about a standard cleaning and the dental asst. told me that the cleaning recomend that I get a cleaning that was going to cost me $600. They proposed other work to be done also. If I was going to get al of their recomended work done it would have cost me almost $3500.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST!
The only thing I could afford was to have the tooth pulled.
I'm deeply disapointed with the was these people try to rip me off. They have since been purchased by Monach Dental. I'll be searching for another company and get a second opinion on the other work to include the cleaning.
DENTAL CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Castle Dental of Humble Texas are most definitely scam artist on the pricing cuz I was charged $1, 507 with HMO insurance and when I spoke to the insurance company after I received he statement in the mail. I was told with a firm voice from the lady at the insurance company that I was overcharged by Castle Dental. When I took my statement in to show them during the next procedure of a couple fillings I wasn't made to pay because they owed me a couple hundred dollars per the statement which was supposed to be sent into billing for adjustment. Now I'm being sweated by billing with messages and phone calls who doesn't want to admit that I was overcharged on the first one because they're only concerned about getting more money now. I'm back on the phone with the insurance company and they once again tell me that yes I was overcharged by them. I got a bank statement showing where they pulled out the 1507.00 I noticed it on another bill some deceitful charging buy them for an x-ray that they messed up on and turn around the charge my insurance company for that too. I can ensure you that I would be more than happy to take a lie detector test on my statement and willing to place a large sum of money on my truth telling versus there's.. One thing for sure anyone else claiming that their having problems with being scammed by them I'm willing to bet money that they're telling the truth also.

I am covered by Humana / ERS dental insurance and felt extremely taken advantage of by Castle 'Scam' Dental Center in Round Rock, TX. Firstly time spent with the dentist was less than 3 minutes and apparently Castle allows their hygienist to determine if you'll get your teeth cleaned or 'just polished'. The hygienist decided she would only polish my teeth and NOT give me the periodontal cleaning I went in for. I was given an astronomical high estimate for dental work, medication, fluoride, etc. and I feel because I said no to seeing another Castle Dentist at a later date with consultation fee of $60 OUT OF MY POCKET, for him to 'redo my root canal' WHICH CASTLE DID the root canal years prior, the hygienist decided she would only polish my teeth. What a scam! Sadly as a senior citizen we are often targets by people (the hygienist) and businesses such as Castle. I've written to my insurance to not pay Castle Dental Center claim as I am still in need of having my teeth cleaned. NO, I did not allow the hygienist to 'just polish' my teeth. I left, saying 'this is ridiculous'!

I am covered by the United Heath Care dental insurance and as their in-network provider, Castlle is obligated to charge what is set asside as the patient responsibility on top of what is paid by the UHC. However, Castle cheats the patients and charge beyong what they are obligated. So whatch out for their overcharge and their crappy business practice.

I don't agree that this was a rip off. You were given options for the types of dental treatment you could afford and quoted the fees set up by YOUR dental insurance. It is your choice to accept or refuse the treatment. That isn't a scam.

Beware this crooked dental place. I would give zero stars if I could. I called them due to a pain in a tooth and was given an appt for the next week. I gave them my 2 dental insurances so they could verify my coverage before I came to the appt. When I arrived I was told that they had talked to my insurance and my only cost for the procedure would be $250, which I had to pay before the procedure. 4 months later I received a surprise bill for $346.60. When I questioned the officer manager she was disrespectful and would not answer my question as to why I had been told my only cost would only be $250. I asked her several times and she avoided the question trying to claim it wasn't their fault and the quote was just an estimate. I asked her several times why I was told that they had pre-approved with my insurances and my ONLY cost was $250, so why was I receiving this surprise bill? She never would answer. She actually hung up on me at one point as I got more adamant trying to get her to answer, which she never did. This place doesn't care about people and will send you a surprise bill. I recommend you avoid them and go elsewhere.

Castle dental in Cedar Park, TX.
My first impression: Front desk staff was not courteous or kind.
They require that you pay in advance before they let you in the office.
To me it felt that their #1 goal was to upsell services! ( a paycheck bonus?)
Front desk clerk acted like a used car sales man (woman) during explanations of cost of fees and services.. Example: Service "x" cost $70, ( I asked why so high?) .. ohh..ohh its is actually $50, not $70.
Cost of service seemed a bit high compared to other dentist office I used before my insurance company force me to abandon them.

They do have a very rude staff. You could stand there and wait forever and they will continue to answer the phone and ignore you. I scheduled a check up and cleaning for both my kids yesterday and they told me they didn't have time to do the cleaning! Uhm. . . ok? so I took a entire day off of work for them to do a check up that lasted 5 mins? And now I have to reschedule the cleaning becasue they can't make appointments correctly. Everytime we go int here I hate it more. They messed up the xrays yesterday too. Had my sons up for my daughter and my daughters up for my son and I had to point it out! They even had double exposed one with someone else's x-ray! they are ruid, incompitant, lazy and should be put out of business.

Agree! This Castle Dental in Cedar Park, Texas is horrible. They need to be investigated by Federal, State, and Local authorities. Their office staff is rude. Their dentists make regular mistakes, misdiagnose dental problems, take faulty x-rays, etc. etc. RUN don't walk away from this dental office!
