Catchtopia products not received, refund or reception of the package wanted

Hi,

I've been writing to your service several times already, concerning my order (placed in December).
Tracking number: LM107449247CN
Order number: #32082
Those were: "cosmos star projector 3 for the price of 2 - get 2 gold & get 1 blue free!"
We made the purchase on your website (https://www.catchtopia.com), on December the 2nd, 2017, and we payed in total $64.93 USD.
I'd like a total refund of my purchase, except if you can guarantee that the lamps will be send to us.
I've been trying to reach you, and to understand why the lamps didn't arrive yet, but without any success.
I'd be glad to be in contact with you about this matter.

Catchtopia return information

Catchtopia is a scam it seems. My order number is 5441. I have been dealing with this since May 2017 and I would like to return this dress. Not ALL necessary information was provided as the item runs small. I have read the sizing chart when I ordered it, however what does not fit is the arms. I cannot even get my small arms in the sleeves. Everything else fits just fine. But if I cannot get my arms in it, I cannot wear it! I have several emails but no resolution.
This item needs to be returned. Please advise how to return. According to their return policy, it does not state that it cannot be returned if not sized right. It says it can be returned if you don't absolutely LOVE your purchase, which I don't. I was shipped a replacement and that is not even close to the dress material, size, color, or anything. Absolutely looks like a older ladies night gown.
Please address my situation promptly. Photo attached.

Catchtopia cosmos star projector

So far, my experience with Catchtopia has been incredibly disappointing. My item I ordered from them was missing the remote (which is cannot operate without) and I have tried contacting their customer support on three occasions- none of which they have replied to me.
The "discount" they have listed ($99 to $29.99) is just click bait. After seeing the product in person, no way would I see it as even a $40 item. It's like a middle school science project kit- potentially really cool, but in no way a high price item. Knowing what I know now, I would probably not have even paid $35 for it.
My opinion of their product could be changed, but their customer support won't get back to me. So this is it for now.

Catchtopia service

I ordered something a month ago. In my confirmation e-mail it says that processing should take 3-7 days and I would receive a tracking number after processing is complete. One month later and still not tracking number! I tried to contact them, but they don't have a phone number. I also e-mailed them and used the provided chat on their website. In the chat I got a response of "Thank you, your question has been submitted...we usually respond within a few hours". Twelve hours later no response, but I can see that they "viewed" my messages as it says viewed next to the time stamp. So the blatantly did not respond to any of my questions.

I would NEVER use this site again.

Catchtopia my order hasn't arrived yet

I bought a cutiecat doormat and warm cat slippers in the pink color and haven't received them yet, even though they promised to ship it as soon as possible. Judging by the order status it's still in the warehouse. Do you understand? The items are available. What's the problem to finally ship them? Customer service has no clue what's going on and I am not surprised.
I guess they know their company is a joke...

Catchtopia dress

I purchased a dress after seeing a Facebook ad. Little did I know the item was shipped from a China. Took forever to arrive and no longer needed it. It was pure junk otherwise I would have just kept it I tried contacting the Catchtopia to return and the onlybresponsecwascan inquiry why I wanted to return the item which I had set forth in my initial email. No response after that despite numerous emails. Totally ignored. This company needs to be investigated. They post no numbervnprva return policy. Facebook should pull their ads. Something needs to be done about this company and I want to return the garbage they sent me.

Catchtopia not happy with what I received

If they published their phone number, it would be easier to resolve issues. Probably.
The main problem is that their delivery takes forever. It takes soooo long that you simply stop waiting and look for opportunities to return your money.
And after I got it I realised that it was completely different than in the photo on the website. I was disappointed. Why would I be happy about a wrong item I paid money for? Everything was wrong with it: it size, its color and the way it looked in real life. The return fee is bigger than the payment for the dress, so there will be no benefit at all.
I regret I hadn't read all those reviews before dealing with them. Not happy.

I had the same problem. They are totally unresponsive. What junk they are selling and it takes many weeks to get. What a rip off. Ive sent them so many emails and they ignore them. They should be shut down and taken off Facebook.
