I made an order of magnets for Black Friday. About a week later I made a second order. Well the second order arrived but the first didn't. I contacted the company via email. They made another duplicate order of my first order and I had to go online and submit a promo code which I did. That was weeks ago. I contacted the company again asking for a contact number to the company seeing as I work over 50 hours a week and needed this for a Christmas gift. They informed me at that time that they can't track the order and there is nothing they can do. So now I have no product for what I paid for. I have just submitted another order to a different company but they haven't even offered me a refund and have made it clear that this matter is irrelevant to them. I am a manager for a high end retail company. I understand the holidays are busy but this gift for my children's 80 year old great grandmother will now have to come late and from another company. It is unbelievable that they can sell products and careless if their customer ever recieves it.
I'm extremely disappointed!
I have made an order and never received it. When I contacted Sticky9 customer service and asked them to provide me with some sort of details regarding my order status they said that they were not able to track my order.
I'm shopping online for years now and no company ever told me that they can't track the order! Beyond ridiculous!
When I asked them to cancel my order they said that since it was already shipped they were not able to do that. Very poor customer service!

This company makes me mad.
I made an order and waited for it almost three weeks. But nothing was delivered. I emailed their customer service and they told that my item was already shipped out two weeks ago. However, after over two weeks of wait, I haven't yet received it. But then I noticed that they charged my credit card again. I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, but they ignore my messages. Few days ago I finally received an email, stating how sorry they are and they offered to resend me my item for the third time. This company makes me mad. That item was a birthday present for my sister, but now I have to think of something else for her. And I need to cancel that order as soon as possible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
