I am beyond the one year mark of the original delivery of my CUSTOM order. It arrived with a crushed piece and the back leather tore up on the back of another piece. 1 year later 7 repair appointments (loss time at work) and 3 replacement deliverys and I still have the SAME crushed piece and the tore up back leather on another. They stapled the leather into place to make it look presentable.. Unfortunately, for me these 2 of 6 pieces are off the wall pieces so this is unhidable. ONE year and all I get when I ask what the company is going to do to make this right after another failed appointment. I get an email from Mervin that says thanks for letting me know the issues we not resolved with this appointment. We apprecite your continued patience. How insulting and sarcastic.
