my account was terminated on 01/30/2017 and I have Available Account Balance $302.54 USD but CCNOW is not transferring the payment to my bank account. Its been over one and half year.

I have send several emails on ccnow support and did not get any response. Also called their number [protected] but it always response we are closed try another time.

I am Mark beagle. i have used ccow as my credit card processor for many years. I didn't have any problem with them until the last year or so. Then they started to hold my payments for extra months. Now they have sent me payment notices for October and November, but haven't sent the actual payments. Now they refuse to answer emails to explain what they are doing.
I fear they are going out of business and intend to pickpocket as many clients as they can before closing their website at ccnow.com

CCNOW is a big scam company who doesnt make payment. we wait 3 months our last payments and they dont reply to any emails since months.
If you are a serious and professional company “CCNow” need to approach to solving this problem, in order to save the reputation of your company and of all the problems that can cause, such an unprofessional way of your business and cooperation with other companies !

We have been using ccnow as payment gateway on our website. It was fine until three months they stopped paying us. I submitted complaint to ccnow and received reply that he will check the reason with bank but after that I have tried to contact them several times but didn't receive any reply. They owe me around 1300$ and not replying me. It's already three months now.

They did not ship the product even though I received an email stating USPS Priority shipping method. After 4 days, I sent an email asking for tracking. I received no response. 6 days later I called and asked why my product had not shipped. I was told that they could not tell me why or when it would ship. I asked if there was a way for me to find out when the product would ship. I was told no. I then canceled my order. Don't do business with these people. The drop ship from vendors and can't tell you if the vendor has stock or when it will ship.

It may be noted that CCNOW (A digital river company) may be engaged in fraud.

Incident- I was using CCNow for Internet sales. I got an order for US$480.00 from a person in france. I found out order was fraud and cancelled the order.

CCNow didn't refunded the commission.

Now where CCNow is Fraudulent-
On my Website Visitor Statistics- It din't showed any person from France has visited the website but this person has direclty got code of my - Buy buttons (CCNow) of the product as shown by visitor statistics.

Now from where this scammer has got code of Buy Now Buttons. It is possible that CCNow or its staff is involved in fraud as they may be employing some persons to carry out fraud. They don't refund the commission even knowing order is fradulent.

I ordered herbal medicine from one company and later found out it was coming from another company which is a scam. I tried to contact the companywith no luck to cancel my order. I called my credit company immediately and this matter will be taken care of. Gordon's Herbal remedies is a scam and should not be allowed on the internet. How can you allow them to continue to scam people? CCNOW.com should also be investigated. Please post this so as many people see this as possible so this wont happen to anyone else looking for herbal help.

One of customers bought an electronic item priced as $986 from our shopping site. He paid with his credit card, and we packed the item to ship for the next day. Ccnow charged us -$49 for this transaction. That's fine also. Next day, the customer wrote us, he wanted to cancel the purchase. We told him it was shipped. Then he received the item, returned the product back to us, and we refunded the cost of the item $967 (shipping costs subtracted). Everything was until ccnow didn't credit the -$49 commission for this purchase. What a rip-off. So someone hates from your company will buy 10 items like that, you will pack them; and tomorrow morning the buyer will write you to cancel all the purchases he made. You will give your customer all the refund, but ccnow will keep 4.9% of this transaction. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE is that?

They are charging you $49 fee, for a $0 transaction. The money not even got into our account yet, because ccnow pays 2 weeks later. I read all the details on their agreement, I never read something like that.

I own a paypal account, and they give your fees if you refund the money. CCNOW sucks and beware sellers...!

CCNow is an authorized retailer for Heirloom Tomatoes, listed on numerous sites, but basically all selling seeds provided by the manufacturer: Roguelands Heirloom Vegetable Seeds Company.

Aug 21 - I made an on-line purchase and received a shipment confirmation Aug 23. Contract agreement between the two companies� states that no shipment confirmation may be sent to customer before actual shipping takes place. Web site (http://www.vegetableseed.net/index.html) indicates 4-10 days delivery.

Sept 8 - no merchandise received. My inquiry was directed to CCNow, and I was informed of a stop order and reshipment.

Sept 16 - products not received. Inquiry with CCNow and was told shipping is 1 - 2 weeks (again, website indicates 4-10 days). Also, told to wait until Sept 22. That date came and went without delivery.

Sept 23 - filed another complaint with CCNow.

Sept 24 - requested an immediate refund with both CCNow and apparent suppliers email address, veggieseeds AT yahoo.com. Neither entity acknowledged my request for refund. CCNow stated that I should wait another three days for delivery (obvious blanket message because I received it before). I responded that it was unacceptable; I wanted a full refund, immediately.

Sept 25 - received message from CCNow regarding another reshipment and an additional message stating that they had requested information or a refund from the Seller. This is, in my opinion FRAUD. CCNow is the seller, as reflected on my receipt. Additionally, I believe Credit card association rules specifically prohibit credit card factoring, that is, taking a credit card payment on behalf of another company. CCNow misrepresent their position in my transaction a has failed to provide services and refund my money.
