My kitchen faucet
I purchased my faucet about a year ago or maybe two. Love it. However, the seal leaks on my kitchen counter. I have called three times in a day. The calls are answered by a person that says I will receive a gift certificate of $100 at Wal-mart. I said I would like to talk to someone about my faucet. No chance. They won't let you. Just now I called another number on google and the lady wanted me to participate in something about a medical alert system free for trying it out. I said fine but right now I need to talk to someone about my faucet.
Did e-faucets go out of business? Why are we not being directed to them? I noted on one page they had 28 complaints and 9 were answered. Are they going bankrupt? This is ridiculous.
Please let me talk to someone. Sue Petryk, [protected]
Desired outcome: New faucet. I called a plumber. He said it is hard to put a new seal and it would be cheaper to buy another faucet. He said it should be under warranty. Help.
Billing
I ordered some faucets for a bathroom from www.efaucets.com and the coupon code did not work correctly so I called immediately and cancelled that order (like right away) and replaced with another order this all on 11/20. The faucets for only 1 order were shipped to me, but I was billed for both orders. I waited a few days for credit to be processed. I kind of forgot about it, then both charges were on my credit card statement. I called them today, as I was charged twice on credit card. This is now almost 2 months later. She said OH, it looks like accounting dept did not YET process your credit. I am like, mam, this is 2 months later almost. She is like, yes...I will see that this is done by the weekend.
Point being, watch your bills bc I it appears I would have been charged an extra $650 permanently had I not called.
Highly suspicious. Funny how they had time to process 2 charges, cancel the shipment when I called, but then "forgot" to not bill me for the shipment that was cancelled in 5 minutes and which they did not ship. So they KNEW...they didn't ship...but they still billed and were obviously waiting to see if I called to question the charge. Highly suspicious
Also, in the end Amazon would have been less expensive. Efaucets was 15% higher than the price I would have paid on Amazon. But if I return the faucets 25% restocking charge so there is no point.
Do your homework!
Delta bidet faucet and accompanying handles
In mid-July I ordered a Delta bidet faucet and, separately, the accompanying handles in the chrome finish. The faucet arrived without the handles and, therefore, no attempt was made to check it out or install it. Eventually, the handles arrived on August 5 and it was at that time that it was discovered eFaucets had sent a faucet with a different finish than what was ordered -- brushed nickel instead of chrome. Since August 5 I've been trying unsuccessfully to return the incorrect faucet and obtain the proper replacement. Contrary to their stated online return policy, eFaucets insists that I leave the package in front of my house to be picked up at some undisclosed date. That is not acceptable because the package can and will be stolen as has happened many times in the past in this neighborhood. I have asked eFaucets repeatedly to follow its stated policy, i.e. that in 1 - 3 days the customer will be sent an email with a RGA number and return instructions "to ensure a hassle free exchange."
Numerous calls to the company have gotten me nowhere. There doesn't seem to be no one in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction? Even my online complaints have gotten no response.
Can anyone out there help?

Avoid doing business with eFaucets!
We have ordered a sink from www.efaucets.com and they said that it will arrive within 4 weeks. We waited patiently but it did not show up.
I called customer service and was told that our order was on its way and will be here any time soon. Waited another few weeks and still no sink!
Then I called them again and asked them to cancel my order. We needed the sink as soon as possible so we ordered one from another company.
eFaucets support said that order can't be cancelled because it was shipped, but they said that when it will arrive I can send it back and they'll provide a full refund.
Seven weeks passed since I placed my order and I finally received the sink. I contacted eFaucets and following all the instructions sent it back.
About two weeks later they called me and said that they are sending the sink back to me and told that they will not be able to refund me because they found some signs of use! What? I never even opened the package! These people are liars and cheaters!

Gatco Bath Accessories
I ordered a Bath towel bar and two toilet tissue holder and a robe hook on March 28 on line, the order says shipped on March 30 and a partial shipment was received on April 1. I was never told that part of the shipment was back ordered. I don't know why it would have been as the website states they had 100's of each item in stock. I needed them ASAP so I called Home Depot and they could ship the remaining pieces right away and at a better price. I called eFaucets and was told that the items were already shipped so the order couldn't be cancelled. I was told that they would get here in three working days so I thought it would be OK. After finally calling to get a tracking number yesterday, I found out that the order was not shipped until the 4th of April and will not arrive until the 8th of April. My contractor is leaving on vacation so I will not have them installed when I needed them. When I received the first part of the order the packing slip said "the following are scheduled of FUTURE shipment" with no approx. date. Why was I not notified of this and given the opportunity to order else where. They will charge me 15% restocking and return shipping if I refuse the shipment. They will not offer any discount for their indiscreation.
Shady business
Total scammers! They do business with different web addresses so becareful! They dangle the carrot to get your business by saying it's in stock. Well, the tub I ordered apparently was not. It's been 2 months and I still have yet to receive anything. I get an e-mail saying that Kohler cancelled the order and it would be another 2 to 3 weeks! 3 months for an order that should be in stock? WTF! So, I call trying to cancel the order (hey if Kohler cancelled my order, I should be able to right?) They said they could not because it was a special order and it was already headed to the warehouse. WTF it was advertised as IN STOCK! They even threatened me with a 35% restocking fee if I refused shipment. Yet all this time they were pretty quick to charge my credit card the same day I placed the order. Shady shady.

Customer Service
Advertised "IN STOCK -ships from Brizo normally 5-7 business days shipping. 30 days in no contact as to why never arrived. Asked that it be overnight to meet my deadline. Told by "Edward" manager in Customer Service its my problem because I should have called. Even though they advertise 5-7 days in stock FREE shipping. Offered to ship it over night if I paid them an additional $100.00.
I promise EFaucet.com that with my connections in the construction world of Central Florida this will cost them FAR MORE than $100. Sad thing is they will probably never know how much business they missed out on.
Do business with this disreputable company at your own risk. I purchase a ton of merchandise online ... I finally got burned. This is the online company your mother warned you about ...

Return policy
In trying to return an item purchased through efaucets.com, it took almost two months to get a label from them to make the return, and then it took over a month to get my account credited. After making numerous telephone calls, and constantly being told that the credit would be issued, I have nowhere to turn but to make a formal complaint. Nothing I have tried with efaucets has helped. I've tried talking to supervisors but to no avail. HELP!

customer service shipping & refund
Horrible customer service! I placed an order on 12/4/13. On 12/9 I was sent an email stating that my item would be shipping out on that day. I called on 12/13 to get update and was told the item was on backorder until January - so I cancelled the order. On 12/16 I was sent an email stating that the order order shipped to me on 12/16. I called and explained the situation to a two different people - they were no help the told me that the item had already shipped. I refused the order on 12/23 I still have not received my refund for the order. I have contacted them 3 different times and still no refund!
Web site is not accurate. Products show in stock even though no longer available. Even though I wanted to spend $1000, customer service reps never called back. I eventually purchased from another company. Forget this company. I have purchase 1, 000 of dollars on line, this company was my worst experience ever.
Stay away from these people. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a sink and a toilet that was supposed to be delivered in 3-10 days. The toilet arrived, but when I called about the sink I was told that it would be 3-4 weeks. When I tried to cancel they would not let me. They were nasty and would not let me speak to a supervisor. I will never do business with them again.
I suggest you stay away. They tried to charge me 5% restocking fee on a product they never delivered and didn't even have in stock. Customer support was beyond rude and unhelpful.
Ordered a shower head on 9/29/11. Received invoice stating UPS Ground (3-7 Days). I never received
tracking information. I contacted customer service on 10/11/11 requesting a tracking number as there was
no tracking number associated with the order. I was never contacted. On October 14 I requested that my
order be canceled having never received the order or tracking number. I was notified that the order would
be canceled, but a refund would take 3 - 14 days. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service a efaucets
Will never order from them again
E FAUCETS.COM: I placed an online order because their phone line was closed. The site offered next day delivery for $9.99 which is what I wanted but it was not offered in the form for purchase. When I realized that I immediately sent a follow up email requesting next day and also the specifications for the product.
I also called upon their opening the next day (today) and after a long wait was told it was “on the dock” no one will retrieve it and too late and that to return it I would need to call upon delivery which was uncertain…no tracking and pay my own shipping back and 15 % restocking fee even though unopened. After holding for a supervisor for a long time was told not available and can’t do anything about it. In reading reviews now I see that the “on the dock” response is very common and a complaint by others as well as many shipping complaints about no tracking, not disclosing back order waits, etc. Response to my email request re shipping simply said to call that same phone number which I had already done to no avail.
VERY BAD SERVICE. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! MINA SOLOMON, order number 846221 I have to go to find store now to buy product for plumbers tomorrow.
One of the worst online retailers I've ever dealt with
One of the worst online retailers I've ever dealt with. I ordered a sink on July 1st, and I needed it relatively quickly so I paid about $40 for 2-day shipping. Their website said, "Usually Ships Within 3-7 Business Days, " so after about 5 or 6 days I made a call to check on the status of the sink. They said it was out of stock and would take 1-2 additional weeks to ship. I asked them about the 3-7 business day promise, and they said that was just a guess; I should have sent them an e-mail and asked for an exact shipping date.
The story gets even better. The next day I called to cancel the order, and they said they would submit the cancellation request. 10 days later they send me another e-mail letting me know they couldn't cancel and the sink would be on its way to my house.
The wonderful thing about their company is that no matter what you say to the customer service rep, they respond by telling you what you did wrong and why it is your fault instead of their fault. Their motto seems to be, "the customer is always wrong."
Luckily I disputed the transaction through my credit card company, so I hopefully won't get stuck with a piece of scrap metal.
&eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com is one of the worst online retailers I have ever dealt with
"eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com is one of the worst online retailers I have ever dealt with. I am building a new home. I ordered two vessel sinks from them. Their website said the sinks were "IN STOCK" in bold letters. After I placed the order they immediately processed my credit card and didn't ship the product. After 5 weeks of waiting, communicating with them by phone, by their online messaging system and by email they told me it would be another 5 weeks before delivery. When I canceled the order they wouldn't send me a confirmation of cancellation NOR did they credit my credit card. I had to call MasterCard and dispute the charges. It should be illegal for any company to charge your credit card BEFORE delivering your product. NEVER buy from eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com or any of their companies."
Bad experience
What an experience - June 22- Efaucets rep says new American Standard Whirlpool ships in 14 days
July 12- No Tub yet and Customer service says 2-3 weeks
Aug 2- Customer service says tub discontinued-will call back with comparable model
Aug 5- Customer service starts paper work for tub-may have to wait 30 days to get $ 2600 credited back to my Discover card
Aug 5- Request to return facet fixture as there is no tub-now a shower stall.
Aug 7- eFaucets wants 15% of 188.50 to restock the one item I have recieved
Aug 10th- speak to Ashley customer rep-cannot give name of owner of E faucets. Will have Superviser Call
Aug 13th- no calls from E-faucets.
Aug 16th- Call Discover card to try to stop payment - too late.
Aug 17th-Talked with Michelle Customer service- Cannot get amount that will be back Credited to Discover. She informs that all the other
items I have not received are subject to 15% restock. No replies from either previous emails -no call back from anyone a eFaucets. I just want my money back-too bad about the six weeks I've spent waiting. The wen site says " no exceptions" to the restock/return fee. I'm glad I not fighting to get 15% back on the $2500 Whirlpool that was discontinued!
A repulsive scam outfit
eFaucets is the most fraudulent, exploitive vendor of any kind that we have ever dealt with. We ordered from eFaucets because they were offering for sale a particular Grohe valve trim that was out of stock at other merchants. We also ordered the valve. When the parcel arrived, the valve was in it but the trim wasn't. Of course they charged to our credit card the price of both what they could provide and what they could not. The valve is useless without the trim piece, but now they insist on nicking us a 20% "restocking fee" for its return. They claim further that the relevant web page for the trim piece stated "Check Availability, " and that it's our fault we did not. However, there was no such advice, nor is there now, three weeks later.
What we have here is a variant of the Brooklyn Bridge scam. They sold us the bridge that was not theirs to sell, supplied one part that they could access but none of the rest, and now they want a "restocking fee" for the return of the one part that's useless without the other. Nice work, if you can get it, like naked shorting on Wall Street. There are at least 500 eFaucets victims protesting on the Web right now -- enough to form an association for the purpose of shutting down this criminal racket.
I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM A MONTH AGO. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE, THEY CHRAGED ME IMMEDIATELY, HOURS LATER THEY EMAILED ME SAYING ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS NOT ON STOCK AND THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT 48 HOURS FOR THE REFUND ON THE CREDIT CARD. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR $890 REFUND. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY GOT MY INFORMATION WRONG, BILLING AND SHIPPING GOT MESSED UP AND WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM THEY SAID THEY HAD THE WRONG VENDOR MIXED WITH THE TRUCK AND ZIP CODE... IT TURNED OUT THAT THE MERCHANDISE WAS ALREADY DELIVERED TO A PLACE IN OHIO WHEN THE MERCHANDISE WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE IN FLORIDA. THERE WAS A SECOND ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE AND THEY MADE A MISTAKE AGAIN ON THE ZIP CODE AND CITY... FINALLY AFTER WEEKS WAITING TO RECEIVE IT I GOT IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, THE COMPLAINT EMAIL THEY HAVE SUCKS, THE PEOPLE THERE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING, CONSNTANTLY GIVING INCORRECT INFORMATION. THEY ONLY ASK YOU TO WAIT ONE MORE DAY FOR SOMEONE TO REPLY TO YOU... NEXT DAY YOU GET ONE OF THOSE AUTOMATIC RESPONSES ASKING YOU TO WAIT ONE MORE DAY.. THEN SOMEONE REPLIES TO YOU AND WHEN YOU REPLY BACK ANOTHER AUTOMATIC RESPONSE SHOWS UP SAYING THEY ALREADY RESPONSED TO YOUR REQUEST. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
inoperable Cifial faucet parts
Ordered a Cifial Hexa faucet ($455.00) from efauctes.com. Shipped immediately, looked great, all the parts were there...but we're not plumbers so how would we know...the "clic-clac waste valve" threads were not long enough (and went in wrong direction) to reach the nut that it tightens to, The plumber said this part was European version, and did not fit standard American plumbing. I contacted efaucets, who told me they couldn't do anything about it but that it was common (!) and I should call the manufacturer directly to purchase an extension kit. Wow, $455.00 and it doesn't work and you should buy more parts?
So I contacted Cifial. Their answer: we don't sell directly to customers anyway, but THERE IS NO EXTENSION valve. Out only other option is to have an open-valve sink. When I asked what that meant she said "one that can't be closed off". Great. I wouldn't so business again with EITHER of these companies!
at 12:20 on 6/22 I ordered a faucet for my bathroom after speaking with Ruby. At 1:15 I called to cancel the order as my plumber said the info she supplied was incorrect. I was told that the order had processed and since it was a warehouse item in stock; the order could not be cancelled; but rather when I received it to send it back; AT AT 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
i will never ever use this company again
False advertising on products, what you see as the item price you choose appears as a different price in your cart.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a RIP OFF. Heed the reviews, they take your money and their product, service, return policy is horrible. I'm out a lot of money... STAY AWAY!
When you pay more for a faucet, that means that is costs the company more to send out free of charge parts. I'm assuming that's why they require you to keep your proof of purchase. I personally, don't think that's too much to ask. You keep the title to you car, don't you? Same thing if you're buying a $600-$800 faucet. For all they know, someone is scamming them and sending them a pic they pulled off of the internet to get parts an resell them for a profit. Business is business, and a company has to make money. I love all of my Cifial products. Since I have my sales receipt from purchases... I have had no problem getting the replacement parts that I need. Aldo- I have 4 towel bars, 6 robe hooks, and shelving for my bathroom all made my Cifial. Maybe you were on a bogus site.
Cifial has always been nice to me and gotten me the answers to my questions. I have NOT always liked their answers however. I swear they are living in a cave in Portugal. As an example the hand sprayer weighs a ton and does not fit well into the holder (on the vertical pole) so you have to be super careful it does not fall and hit things like a WRECKING BALL! They do not have the rudimentary accessories either. There are no hot/cold water dispensers, soap dispensers bathroom wall stuff like towel bars or hooks. These guys have some great finishes but the hardware styling is mediocre. If you want the finish however you have to work around their limitations. But you knew that when you bought the stuff because you asked if they had the other things and the answer was no... PS: yes, the fix it parts ARE a total gouge. PPS I have a Price Pfister raincan shower head that I pushed a rubber nipple into the inside when learning to clear off the hard water deposit. They sent me a new one only asking that I send them a photo of the installed one that had a problem. THAT is customer service. Cifial is a dinosaur.
We had a similar situation. My wife and I recently ordered a shower trim and valve from Efaucets. As soon as we received the order confirmation email, we noticed that the faucet model # was different than what we ordered. Within minutes we contacted Efaucets notifying them of the computer error. We received a response saying that we needed to wait for the request to be investigated. In the meantime, the items were shipped. Another request for a return and we were to told to wait until we received the order to request an RGA. After receiving the items, I again contacted them and was told that any exchange or return would incur a restocking fee of 20% and return shipping fees. I was told that I would have to prove that the error was theirs - it's policy. Seriously? OK, they got that one wrong. From their site: "Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may exchange any (non-special order) Faucet, Fixture or Accessory in its original packaging and in 100% Saleable condition for a replacement product of equal or greater value, less shipping charges and a restocking fee (We'll refund the original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error)." They are willing to refund our "free shipping" charges. So even if it their error? Seriously? Never again.
What was the incorrect info?
Rip off
Buyer's remorse: I bought a plumbing fixture for $829 and found it a few minutes later for $629 at Homeperfect. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LOW PRICE GUARANTEE. They will not meet competitor's prices and buyer beware, once you push the send button, it's over. You cannot get them to lower their price or pay for return shipping. Their prices are HUGELY inflated. In this day and age, Internet merchant's have to meet the competition and provide honest service to their customers. Caution: do your homework and compare using GOOGLE shopping before you do business with these monkeys. I'll NEVER use them again.
Never use them
I have ordered twice from eFaucets (I did not learn the first time). The first time I ordered faucets and upon delivery and installation we could tell that the faucets were cheaply made, not from the manufacturer as stated and we were summarily charged restocking fees. Next I ordered a tub and the ship date was supposed to be one week. Then an email came saying the order would take 4-5 weeks upon which I contacted them and found out from the rude, indignant rep that it would be more like 5-6 weeks. I canceled the order after several 15 minute periods of being on hold for various reasons. Then one week later I received an email that the order was placed and in transit. Btw, the item was shipped within the week of our discussion. I had already told the rep to cancel the order. Horrid.

We had purchased a clear glass show door AS SHOWN and labelled on their webpage only to receive a FROSTED one. When we called to clarify, the person on the phone had the insolence to lecture us for not reading a fine print embedded far below the web page that says if you want clear glass, you should look up a particular SKU#.
I responded, "Then why did you layout the page with an image of a clear glass door WITH NO of a frosted option in the production description or that the image isn't accurate? Where does it say FROSTED on the production description?!"
efaucets: "Well, couldn't you tell from this product number SHDR-[protected]-FR that its frosted?"
Me: "I'm your customer. Not your stock boy. Why would you expect me to know that?"
When we asked for an exchange, efaucets demanded that we return the wrong door and bear the shipping cost which was equal to the cost of the door, meaning we would end up paying twice! What thieves!
Someone please explain to me why efaucets is still in business despite all the outcries against their criminal practice?!
Beware
I purchased several items from this website late on a Sunday night. In the morning, before they opened, I called to remove an item as I ordered the wrong size. As they were not open when I called and had to go to a meeting, I emailed them to let them know I needed to cancel this item. At 2:15pm, they emailed me and told me that the item I ordered was in stock therefore I could not cancel my order. Beware of eFaucet policies! I WAS a repeat customer of course they did not even bother to look up the order although their policy says they "may" not be able to cancel the order; they did not even consider my request.
return process
I placed an order with efaucets on 3/9/11. The funds were taken from my account and after 3 days, I still had no idea where my order was. The order tracking just kept saying that it was waiting for the UPS number. After a week, I called to cancel the order because it was already too late for my plumber. Turns out one of the things I ordered was not in stock but I wasn't ever told that when I placed the order nor was I contacted by anyone at the company. So, the order wasn't going to go anywhere until everything was ready to ship.
It has been well over a month now, they still have my money for one of the items on the order. I'm being charged a re-stocking fee even though the ordered never shipped from their warehouse. I've made countless phone calls and on-line chats trying to get to the bottom of this. It's been a nightmare. I ended up ordering from faucetsdirect.com and got exactly what I needed, overnight, for $10 shipping fee. Why better experience. Stay away from efaucets, the customer does NOT come first for them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've had a similar problem with efaucets.com. I placed an order and the item was damaged when I received it. That is when all the problems began. It took well over a month to get a return label to ship the item back, and that took almost a dozen phone calls to get that far. Then, after I finally was able to ship the item back, I still haven't received a credit to my account so I've been making monthly payments and incurred interest fees and my account still has not been credited. Again, after numerous telephone calls, I was told that my account would be credited in seven to ten days - still nothing. Then another complaint and I was told that it would be credited within 24 hours with an email confirming that - still nothing. I'm sure these complaints won't help, but it sure feels good to get it off my chest and relate to someone else who went through this horrible process with efaucets.
