CDKeys Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Invalid Key
So, I was looking to buy a copy of FFXIV complete addition and decided to give CDKeys a try. I purchased the key and waited for it to be delivered to me. When I finally received the key, I was excited to activate it and start playing. However, to my disappointment, the key was invalid. I was frustrated and immediately sent an email to CDKeys support team with screenshots to prove that the key was indeed invalid.
After a while, I received an email from CDKeys stating that the key was locked to the EU region and that I would be refunded. I was relieved to hear this news and explained to the support team that I am from South Africa but we still connect to EU servers. However, the support team did not seem to understand my situation and ignored my reply regarding the EU compatibility with South African servers.
A few days later, I received another email from CDKeys support team. This time, they informed me that the key had already been used or redeemed and that they could only refund unused keys. I was shocked to hear this as I had not even activated the key yet. I felt like I had been scammed and did not receive what I paid for, nor was I refunded.
I was extremely disappointed with CDKeys' customer service. I felt like they did not understand my situation and did not take the time to properly investigate the issue. I was left feeling frustrated and cheated.
It has been two days since I was contacted by CDKeys, but I have yet to receive an update on their terrible customer service. I hope that they will take the time to properly investigate the issue and provide me with a satisfactory solution. Overall, my experience with CDKeys has been disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase digital goods.
CDKeys.com is a Scam: Fortnite Bomber Skin Code Expired, No Refund, No Response!
So, I made a big purchase on CDKeys.com for the Fortnite Bomber Skin for my PS4. I followed their instructions to redeem the skin, but when I tried to redeem it, I got an error message saying that the code had expired. I tried to call them, but their phone was always busy, so I emailed their customer service team. They asked for screenshots and some other things, which I gave them. Their next email said that they were looking into it and it would take 72 hours. That was over two weeks ago! When I email them, they always say the same thing, that they are looking into it and will get back to me. The code didn't work, and all I want is a code that does work or a refund. I've sent them everything they asked for, but this is how they treat me. To make matters worse, I can't even log in to their website anymore because it says "The owner of this website cdkeys.com has banned you temporarily from accessing this website." I think they did this so I can't leave a review on the Bomber Skin pack because it's clearly a scam! Don't buy anything from their website because your code won't work, and their customer service team will just keep saying they're looking into it!
CDKeys Review: Terrible Experience with Verification and Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with CDKeys. I've ordered from them before and never had any issues, but today was a whole different story. I tried to buy something and my card got rejected, so I switched to PayPal. But then my order got stuck in 'requires verification status'. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get it approved, but then when I went to get my key, it went back to verification. And then, out of nowhere, I got a message saying my order had been cancelled and refunded. What the heck?
So I tried again with a different card, and it worked, but then it went back into verification AGAIN. I had to go through the same process all over again, and when they asked me about a PayPal charge back, I told them I didn't ask for that and just wanted my product. But then they asked me the same question AGAIN. Like, come on, guys.
And then, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they cancelled/rejected my order and said 'I hope this explains the situation'. But there was no explanation! And when I asked them why my orders were being rejected and if I should just give up on them altogether, they didn't even bother to respond. It's like they just don't care about their customers.
Honestly, if you get stuck in verification status, you're probably better off just giving up. This was a terrible experience and I don't think I'll ever order from CDKeys again.
CDKeys Review: Pathetic Excuse of a Company - Avoid at All Costs!
CDKeys is a website that was recommended to me by a close friend who had three previous transactions that went without any problems. However, my experience with them was quite different. I placed an order for a game that cost only $7, and immediately received an email saying that my order had been placed on hold. I understand that this is a security measure, but what happened next was beyond ridiculous.
CDKeys sent me another email asking me to send a picture of my payment card placed on a piece of paper with the date and time written on it. They also wanted the last digits of my card showing, expiry date, and name. Unfortunately, the card I use doesn't display my name. After a while, they sent me an email back saying that my name wasn't on the card and they needed a picture of a valid ID with my name showing, expiry date, and picture. They said that either a driver's license, passport, or national ID would suffice.
I have been shopping online for years, and never, I repeat NEVER, has a website put a $7 transaction on hold and asked me to send a picture of my driver's license. I understand the need for security, but this was just ridiculous. After going back and forth with what they call customer service, I canceled my order immediately and demanded a refund.
I suggest you avoid this pathetic excuse of a company. CDKeys has lost not only a sale but a customer for life. I understand the need to make sure that the card isn't hacked, but for a single $7 purchase? Seriously? I don't usually leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with ANY COMPANY. Please do everyone a favor and close up shop. This company is FCKIN USELESS.
CDKeys Failed to Provide Working Code for PlayStation Plus Membership
I bought a 12 month PlayStation Plus Membership from CDKeys on April 30th, 2022. I was so excited to redeem it on May 12th, 2022, but when I entered the code, I got an error message saying that the code was inactive. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I contacted their customer service, and they told me to contact PlayStation Network because it was an issue on their end. I spoke with PSN, and they confirmed that the CDKeys code was valid, but they could not get it to work because "the merchant has not activated the code at the point of sale."
I contacted CDKeys again, and they asked for a bunch of information like the code (which I already gave to them), transaction and subscription history with PSN, region, and if I had rebooted the PS5. I responded with all the information they asked for. They said it would take 72 hours for an update. I told them I wanted a refund and would buy a membership through PSN instead. They said nope - my purchase was not eligible for a refund. THEY SENT ME A NON-WORKING CODE BUT TOOK MY PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY! They again blamed PSN! Then said that they hope I can redeem my code soon.
I asked if it would be active and redeemable in a year after my new membership expired. No response until today when I received this:
Hello,
Our system shows that the code for your order has now been successfully redeemed. We hope this means that you're now enjoying your purchase!
If there's anything else that we can help with, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Jessica L

I checked my account, and only the full price membership is there. I DID NOT REDEEM THE CDKEYS CODE! They are taking no responsibility for their error and have stolen my money! I am so disappointed and frustrated with CDKeys. I trusted them to provide me with a working code, but they failed to do so. I will never buy from them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
CDKeys Review: Poor Customer Service and Overselling Products
I gotta say, I've had a couple of issues with CDKeys. The first one was a real pain in the butt - I got an invalid code and had to go through a whole rigmarole just to prove it to them. But what really got me going was how they just straight up ignored me for ages, leaving me to wonder if they were just hoping I'd forget about it. It took them a whole week to finally agree to give me a refund, and then another two weeks to actually do it.
And now, I'm having another problem with them. I bought the WWE2k23 Icon edition on March 3rd, and it was supposed to be released on March 14th at midnight in my time zone. But it's now 3:40pm on March 14th, and I still haven't gotten my code. I've tried contacting customer service, but all I get is the same canned response over and over again - "We release the keys on the official release date and the date on our product page. Rest assured we'll email you when you're given your code." But that doesn't answer my question - WHEN am I going to get my code?
So I did a little digging, and it turns out that CDKeys has oversold the number of copies they had. You'd think they'd at least come up with some kind of excuse for why people aren't getting what they paid for, but nope - they just don't seem to care. And the fact that they refuse to be accredited by the BBB.org should tell you everything you need to know.
Honestly, I'd say stay away from CDKeys unless something is at least 50% off. It's just not worth the hassle and the complete lack of customer service. These people are a bunch of $#*!s, and I'm done with them.
Mixed Experiences with CDKeys: Beware of Personal Information Requests and Payment Issues
I have had mixed experiences with CDKeys. The first time I used their site was back in 2016 and everything went smoothly. They made me use Skrill as a payment method, which I had never used before, but it worked and I received whatever I was buying.
However, in 2017, when I was purchasing a PSN code, things took a turn for the worse. CDKeys took my money but then decided to review my purchase before releasing my download. I was then told that I needed to send in a picture of my bank card with the date and time written on a piece of paper. This was completely bizarre and I should have known better, but I did it anyway. I have never had any reputable company ask for this kind of information before.
A few months later, Skrill stopped working on their site and I was forced to use PayPal instead. In 2018, I tried to purchase a code from their site using PayPal, but after checking out, I received a message saying "Your payment was declined by the payment processor." However, they still took my money from my card and I never received the code. Two weeks later, the same amount was deducted from my card for the same purchase. Luckily, I was smart enough to call my bank and alert them of the situation. They cancelled my card and I filled out a form to get my money back. The process took about three weeks, but I eventually got my money back.
After that ordeal, I got a new debit card and set PayPal to use my PayPal balance as the first choice of payment, then my card. Two months later, I decided to test CDKeys again and tried to buy a code from their site. However, I received the same message as before: "Your payment was declined by the payment processor."
In conclusion, while CDKeys may have worked for me in the past, I cannot recommend them due to the issues I have had with them. They have asked for personal information that no reputable company should ask for and have taken my money without providing the product I paid for. I would advise others to be cautious when using their site and to never give personal information to sites that ask for a photo of your ID or passport and a written piece of paper from their site.
CDKeys: Pro-Hackers Stealing Your Account and Games
So, I had a pretty bad experience with CDKeys. I woke up this morning and saw that someone had accessed my account and bought two digital copies of Dunes for PC using my PayPal account. I was pretty freaked out, but I immediately went to PayPal and CDKeys and changed my password. I contacted both PayPal and CDKeys about the fraudulent charge and changed the password for both my PayPal and CDKeys account.
After changing my password, I couldn't see the game on my CDKeys account for a bit. Then, when it did appear, all of the 11 games that I had bought from them were gone, and all of my points were gone as well. PayPal answered first and they concluded that the charge was fraudulent and gave me a refund. CDKeys, on the other hand, told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They said the order was "registered to a new account" and that the games that I had were registered to a "new account".
I told them that everything was done using my one and only account. The account that still exists and I am logged in right now. They continued saying that because I had redeemed those codes already, they couldn't send me new codes. I still have the games I bought and will continue to have them as long as I don't lose my Origin and/or Steam account. If I do, I lose those games forever.
The right thing would have been for me to send evidence of those purchases and for them to send me new codes to honor those purchases, but no. I gave CDKeys money for 11 games; 11 games that I could lose any day if I forget or someone hacks my Origin/Steam account.
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this "retailer". They seem to be pro-hackers stealing your account and games because they got the money anyways so they don't care about you. At least PayPal gave me my money back and didn't punish the legit consumer like CDKeys does.
PS: Suffice it to say, I deleted my CDKeys account after all of this. If I can't have my games, neither will the hacker.
CDKeys Customer Service Fail: My Experience Buying Hogwarts Legacy Code
So, I'm one of those people who bought a code for Hogwarts Legacy from CDKeys. I was charged for it (thankfully it was just a pending transaction), but I didn't get any confirmation or receipt. I contacted their support team and they got back to me pretty quickly, but they asked for a screenshot of the receipt that I didn't have. I told them this, but then they didn't respond to me at all.
I waited a whole day and still didn't hear anything, so I sent in another ticket with an attachment of the pending payment in my account. This time, I got a response from someone else on the team who said they would update me when they had more information.
But then, I waited for four whole days and still didn't hear anything. I sent another message asking for an update, but all I got was an automated email about issues with handing out codes for Hogwarts Legacy. I replied with the relevant information, but got the exact same automated email in response.
Another day went by and I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent another message asking for an update. But all I got was yet another automated email. At this point, I was pretty frustrated, so I lodged a complaint by sending in another ticket. I complained about how long it was taking, the lack of communication, and the poor customer service.
But even then, the person who responded just sent me a copied and pasted version of the same automated email. It was like they weren't even reading my messages.
My bank is going to cancel the pending transaction tomorrow since it's been seven days, and I have a feeling I'm not going to get the game. I've used CDKeys before and never had any issues, and neither have my friends. But this experience has been so bad that I don't think I'll ever buy a game code from them again.
CDKeys.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Unhelpful Support Staff
So, I gotta say, my experience with CDKeys.com was not great. I bought a key from them, but when I tried to use it, it didn't work. And let me tell you, their support staff was not helpful at all. They basically told me that they didn't care if I was having problems, and that I should just go away. And then they stopped replying to me altogether! I mean, come on, I paid for something and it doesn't work, and they won't even try to help me out? That's just not right.
I looked at some other reviews online, and it seems like some people have had good experiences with CDKeys. But if you have a problem like I did, don't expect any help from them. They just want your money, and they don't care about anything else.
Honestly, I think this kind of business practice is just wrong. If you're selling something to people, you should be responsible for making sure it works. And if it doesn't, you should be willing to help your customers figure out why. That's just basic customer service, right?
So, if you're thinking about buying something from CDKeys, just be aware that you might be taking a risk. If everything works out, great. But if you have a problem, don't expect any help from them. And honestly, I don't think that's how any business should operate.

CDKeys Failed to Deliver Preordered Game Key and Refused Refund for Loss
So, I was really excited about this game called 'Stray' and I decided to preorder it from CDKeys. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? I paid CHF 23.08 for the key, which seemed like a pretty good price to me. I was eagerly waiting for the release day, and when it finally arrived, I received a message from CDKeys saying that they couldn't deliver the key. I was pretty bummed out, to be honest.
To make matters worse, I got a PayPal refund in GBP, which meant that because of the exchange rate, I only got a refund of CHF 20.75. That's a loss of CHF 2.33, which might not seem like a lot, but it's the principle of the matter, you know? Plus, I missed out on the 10% preorder sale on Steam, which was a bummer.
I mean, I get it, things happen, but most shops offer various refund options, like a balance, to avoid situations like this. I contacted CDKeys support to try and get my loss refunded, but they refused to do so. I mean, come on, it's not like I'm asking for the moon here. I just want what's fair.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with CDKeys. I mean, I didn't get the product I paid for, and I lost money in the process. I don't care if they fully refunded me in their currency, the fact is I lost money and didn't get anything in return. I won't be buying anything from their page again, and I suggest you don't either. There are plenty of other places to buy games from that won't leave you feeling ripped off.
CDKeys.com Review: Legitimate Keys, but Beware of Extra Charges
I recently made a purchase on CDKeys.com and I have to say, I was pretty satisfied with my experience. The keys I received were legitimate and worked just as they were supposed to. However, there was one small issue that left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
When I received my receipt, I noticed that I had been charged an extra 26 cents that I didn't authorize or understand. I reached out to CDKeys.com to ask about the charge and was told that it must have been my bank that charged me a fee. I was pretty sure this wasn't the case, but I decided to double-check with my bank just to be sure.
After speaking with my bank, I confirmed that they had not charged me any additional fees. When I tried to follow up with CDKeys.com to let them know, I was met with silence. They stopped replying to my messages altogether.
Now, I know that 26 cents isn't a lot of money in the grand scheme of things. But it's still frustrating to think that CDKeys.com might be charging other customers extra fees without explanation. It makes me wonder if this is a common practice for them and if they're making a significant amount of money off of these small charges.
Overall, I was happy with my purchase from CDKeys.com. But the extra charge and lack of response from customer service left me feeling a bit uneasy. I hope that they'll take steps to address this issue and ensure that all of their customers are treated fairly and transparently in the future.
Warning: CdKeys.com is a Scam - Don't Trust Them with Your Money
Yo, listen up! I gotta warn you about CdKeys.com. They ain't no good, man. I pre-ordered a game from them ages ago, and they still ain't delivered it. And get this - they won't even give me a proper reason why! They just straight up stole my money and ran with it. Can you believe that? Don't trust 'em, bro.
And it gets worse. When I asked for a refund, they straight up refused. They said I could have a voucher instead, but what good is that when they don't even deliver the stuff you ordered? It's a total scam, man.
But wait, there's more. CDkeys even went and messed with my account details after I complained. They removed the button to retrieve my key, like they were trying to cover their tracks or something. Lucky for me, I took screenshots of everything. Don't fall for their tricks, guys.
So yeah, long story short - stay away from CdKeys.com. They're a bunch of crooks who don't give a damn about their customers. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Sketchy Website Alert: They Want All Your Personal Info!
This website ain't no good, they're trying to get all your personal info! When you're trying to buy something, they make you give them your phone number (they gotta verify it), and your real address (they'll know if you're using a VPN). After I made my order, they sent me an email saying they needed to approve it, and then they sent another email asking me to take a picture of my credit card with the date and time. Now they got all that info too! Then, they sent me another email saying they weren't gonna approve my order after all, and they cancelled it and refunded my money. I've used other websites like this before, but this one is just too sketchy. Don't use it!
CDKeys Review: Unreliable and Untrustworthy - Don't Waste Your Money
I've been using CDKeys for a long time now and it's been smooth sailing until recently. I decided to purchase a PSN store code worth ?35 from them, but when I tried to redeem it, I was shocked to find out that the code had already been used. I was really disappointed and frustrated, so I immediately contacted their customer service team via email to report the issue.
They responded promptly and assured me that they would investigate the matter and get back to me as soon as possible. However, days went by and I didn't hear anything from them. I followed up with them several times, but all they could tell me was that they were still looking into it. This went on for three whole weeks, and I was starting to lose my patience.
I decided to open a PayPal claim to try and get my money back, but unfortunately, it didn't work out in my favor. Since there was no way to prove who had redeemed the code, PayPal sided with CDKeys. I was really disappointed and frustrated, and to make matters worse, CDKeys didn't seem to care at all. Their customer service was the most unhelpful I've ever experienced.
I wouldn't recommend using CDKeys to anyone. While you may have had a good experience with them in the past, if something goes wrong, they won't take responsibility for it and won't do anything to help you. I lost ?30.50 and didn't even get the code I paid for, and CDKeys didn't seem to care at all. It's really disappointing to see a company that I used to trust and rely on treat their customers this way.
In conclusion, I'm really disappointed with CDKeys and won't be using them again. I hope that others will take my experience into consideration before deciding to purchase anything from them. It's important to be cautious when dealing with online retailers, and unfortunately, CDKeys has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.
CDKeys.com Review: Scammed and Ignored - Save Your Money and Go with G2A.com Instead
My first time buying from cdkeys.com was a BIG MISTAKE. Thank God it was only 21 dollars. The cd key was already redeemed and when I contacted cdkeys.com, they sent one response asking what the problem is and then they completely ignored me. LOL. I've checked and a lot of the people who buy from them get scammed and lose their money. DO NOT BUY! g2a.com is the way to go even if it's a little more, at least you can buy knowing you'll get the product and not give your money away for nothing.
I am an honest hardworking father of three. I'm not rich, but I try to give my kids everything I can, and I don't buy myself things as often as I would like. So, to lose money to a company that advertises on YouTube how they are so honest and good and affordable makes me feel very upset and disappointed. Customer service has gone out the window now, and so many people are just out to make a quick buck. If you run an honest business, you'll get soooo many more customers.
It's really frustrating to see companies like cdkeys.com take advantage of people who are just trying to save a few bucks. I mean, who doesn't want to save money, right? But when you end up losing your hard-earned cash, it's just not worth it. I wish I had read more reviews before buying from cdkeys.com, but I guess you live and learn.
I think it's important to support companies that are honest and transparent. I mean, we work hard for our money, and we deserve to get what we pay for. That's why I recommend g2a.com. Sure, it might be a little more expensive, but at least you know you're getting a legitimate product.
In conclusion, I would not recommend buying from cdkeys.com. They are not a trustworthy company, and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company like g2a.com. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
CDKeys Review: Broken Game, No Refund, and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a game key from CDKeys for a title that I was really excited to play. However, upon installation, I quickly realized that the game was extremely glitchy and performed terribly. I tried everything I could think of to fix the issue - I made sure all my software was up to date, double-checked my settings, and even reached out to the game creator's customer support team. I even went so far as to do a full reinstall of the game, but nothing seemed to work.
To make matters worse, I discovered that the game was virtually unplayable when using multiple monitors - something that I never would have guessed would be an issue in this day and age. When I reached out to CDKeys to request a refund or store credit for the broken product, I was met with a disappointing response. They basically told me that I was out of luck and that there was nothing they could do to help me.
I was extremely frustrated by this response, as I had put in a lot of effort and time trying to get the game to work properly. It felt like CDKeys was just in it for a quick buck and didn't care at all about the quality of the products they were selling. They were happy to take my money and walk away, leaving me with a broken game and no recourse.
Overall, I would strongly advise against buying from CDKeys. If you want to ensure that you're getting a quality product and that you'll be taken care of if something goes wrong, it's best to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other retailers out there who stand behind what they sell and are willing to work with you to make things right if something goes wrong. Don't waste your time or money with CDKeys - you'll only end up disappointed.
CDKeys Review: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service
I recently bought a game from CDKeys, a website that sells digital game keys at a discounted price. I was excited to play the game and chose the "worldwide" region setting, as there were only two exceptions listed - the US and Canada. I thought I was safe to purchase the game from them.
However, when I tried to activate the game, I found out that it was region locked and I couldn't play it. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I contacted the company to complain. They confirmed that the game was indeed region locked and refunded my money, which was a relief.
But what really bothered me was the false advertising. The game was advertised as having a "worldwide" region key, which was clearly not true. I tried to contact the company several times to address this issue, but my complaints and concerns were ignored. Even now, the game is still being falsely advertised as having a "worldwide" region key.
I feel like CDKeys is dishonest and untrustworthy. They should be more transparent about their products and make sure that their advertising is accurate. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't work as advertised.
To make matters worse, CDKeys support staff closed my open ticket without any contact or warning. I had provided chat scripts, screen shots, and emails to back up my claims, but they didn't seem to care. It's disappointing to see a company treat their customers this way.
Overall, I would not recommend CDKeys to anyone. While they may offer discounted prices, the risk of false advertising and poor customer service is not worth it. It's better to spend a little more money and buy from a reputable seller who values their customers.
CDKeys Scammed Me: Invalid Code for Football Manager 2023
So, I was feeling pretty down on New Year's Eve and decided to cheer myself up by buying Football Manager 2023 from CDKeys. It cost me ?32, which I thought was a pretty good deal. However, things didn't go quite as planned.
When I received the code from CDKeys, I followed the instructions to redeem it on the Football Manager website. But no matter how many times I tried, the code just wouldn't work. I tried different variations and even typed it in perfectly, but still no luck.
I contacted CDKeys support and explained the situation. I asked for a refund or a new code, but all they said was that they had sent me a real code and that I should contact Football Manager support instead. I knew that wouldn't help, but I tried anyway. The next day, I received an email from Sega support saying that the code had already been redeemed by someone else. This proved that CDKeys had sent me an invalid code.
I emailed CDKeys two more times, including screenshots and copies of Sega's email, but I never received a reply. I feel like I've been scammed out of ?32 and now I'm stuck with a useless code that I can't redeem.
I'm really disappointed with CDKeys and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's a shame because I've heard good things about them in the past, but my experience has been terrible. I'm going to keep trying to get my money back and I'll definitely be leaving negative reviews wherever I can.
Buyer Beware: My Horrible Experience with cdkeys
I gotta be real with y'all about my experience with cdkeys. Let me tell you, it's been a real rollercoaster ride.
I decided to take a chance and buy two Xbox One codes from them, but boy was that a mistake. Both codes were invalid and I had to go through the hassle of taking photos and screenshots to prove it. I sent them in with my support request and waited for a response.
And waited.
And waited.
I've sent in six support requests and two PayPal claims, but still no refund or even a simple message from cdkeys. I even tried reaching out to them on Facebook, but all I got was a rude and unhelpful response from their "official" account. It's been 17 days and I'm still left in the dark.
Honestly, buying from cdkeys is like playing a dangerous game. If something goes wrong, they'll ignore you and treat you like dirt. It's not a good look for a company that's supposed to be providing a service.
And don't even get me started on their fake positive reviews on Trustpilot. They flood the page with fake reviews until the negative ones disappear. It's not a good look, but I guess they can get away with it since they're a "paid" business account.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend cdkeys to anyone. They're a seriously disgusting company to deal with.
