I gotta say, Nordcurrent Welcome ain't exactly the bee's knees. Their customer service is straight up terrible. I mean, I had a problem with one of their games and when I gave them a bad review, they knocked me down in the rankings. That's just shady, man. And don't even get me started on their in-app purchases. I bought something and they didn't even fulfill the purchase, but they sure didn't have any problem taking my money.

Honestly, I'm so fed up with them that I've disallowed any of their apps on any devices in my household. My husband and kids are gonna have to find something else to play. It's just not worth the hassle.

Overall, I'd say steer clear of Nordcurrent Welcome. There are plenty of other game developers out there who actually care about their customers and don't try to scam them.

This game is called Nordcurrent Welcome and it's a real gem! I mean, it's been around for 7 years and it's still got so much potential. They've loaded it up with ads, wiped out progress, made it impossible to get gems, and taken out updates that made the game better. It's like they don't care about their players at all.

I've been playing Nordcurrent's Welcome game for a while now and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience so far. I've made a few purchases on the pocket styler game, buying gems and bags to help me progress further in the game. However, I've noticed that sometimes when I buy items like skirts, scarfs, and other things, they disappear from my inventory and suddenly become required items to play. It's frustrating because I feel like I'm being cheated out of my hard-earned money.

To make matters worse, I can't even proceed in the game without shelling out more money for something I already paid for. It's like I'm being forced to buy the same item twice just to continue playing. I've tried contacting support to resolve these issues, but they take forever to respond and sometimes they just ignore me altogether. It's not fair and it's really starting to get on my nerves.

Overall, I think Nordcurrent needs to do a better job of addressing these kinds of issues. It's not right to take advantage of players like this and I hope they start taking their customers' concerns more seriously. Until then, I'm not sure if I'll continue playing this game or making any more purchases.

I gotta say, I tried out Nordcurrent's game Cooking Fever and it didn't really do it for me. The graphics were okay, but playing on my phone's small screen was a real pain in the neck. But let me tell you, the real problem came later.

So, I thought the game was free, right? But then, a couple of weeks later, I get an email from ***@gamesapple.com with a receipt for $25! What the heck?! They did warn me that there might be a charge, but it definitely didn't come across as something I'd have to pay for. And now they're asking for all sorts of personal information, like my Social Security number and credit card number, just to cancel the charge. No way am I giving them that!

If this happens to you, don't fall for their tricks. Report it to apple by forwarding the email to ***@apple.com. And don't worry, they're not actually charging you through apple - they're just trying to get your info for who knows what. Stay safe out there, folks.

I have played this game for a few years off and on and made numerous purchases only to have the app glitch, crash etc and gems and items purchased mysteriously disappear and conventiently to progress they demand more money/gems to repurchase the item to advance in the game. The higher the rating in the game the more you are scammed because they know missing a submission leads to your downfall. I think this app is heavily involved in fraud, stealing from game players. Talk to any game player in the app in their style houses and its all the same...players missing items purchased and missing inventory, missing gems they purchased and everyone agrees that Nordcurrent will demand and interogate you with emails asking for proof...once they receive the proof you get automated messages, no help, no refund.

So, essentially, the whole thing is a set up to get you to buy gems.

You can play a perfect game not lose a customer even upgrade and you will still lose the level. This is what makes this whole game a scam. They alleged to be out of the country and you can’t sue them.

Yes they have horrible customer service. They’re rude. You can send them snapshots of evidence. They’ll still come back with an obnoxious comment. They don’t respond for days. The slot machine rarely works. Everything is broken in the app and I’m surprised there hasn’t been a class action filed against them because they manipulate you to buy gems so you can have 500,000 coins but if you have 10 gems you really can’t get very far unless you complete some restaurant with 3 stars on every level which is very time consuming.
