The beginning of the complaint is in the image provided below. So i'm continuing where I d left off at! Lord have mercy šš¾ bad enough I didn't ever receive any notifications from center point of any disconnect notifications! When I d called on [protected], the female representative told me she didn't see any disconnect notices in the system nor sent out! Bad enough I d been having trouble with accessing the online portal &with receiving male from center point entegy šš¤š¤,! I'm disabled with 5 major health conditions and having to take care of my service dog with only cold water! I m receiving the wrongful treatment on my end! I knew nothing about a disconnection notice or date! Bad enough i'm awaiting for assistance from either of the 2 organizations. Get cap and ect.. Please assist me with this! I need my gas back in as soon as possible lord! I m low income with none. But I will have a little help to pay a little something on 26th of january 2024 with gods will! And I should not get charged a reconnect fee either lord! Because I didn't know!
Claimed loss: Gas was cut off [protected]@ no hot water and all to take care of myself and service dog Prada.
Desired outcome: For my gas to be cut back on immediately!!! Without any reconnect feesšš¾and for arrangements to be able to be made as soon as possible!
