Address verification process
I have had a reasonably good experience using the CEX crypto exchange. It was very straightforward to setup my account and deposit funds onto the platform which I appreciated. There are good educational resources on their website available to help users understand cryptocurrencies and how to trade.
But I have had some frustrations with the address verification process when trying to withdraw funds from my account. The first time I attempted to withdraw my crypto, CEX declined the request due to an issue with my provided address. I was not given a clear explanation of what the specific problem was, which made it difficult for me to resubmit the correct info.
Desired outcome: Access to withdrawal
After contacting support team they have resolved the issue with my verification documents. As of now I'm not having any issues with the platform and I have access to withdraw my funds.

Unable to withdraw funds
Again, like so many, can't withdraw my funds. Unrealistic requests for evidence of previous trading. Already sent so much data and information. I would not have to provide some of this information for a mortgage (this is for £700 ish) it's ridiculous. Stalling tactics until I give up! Well I won't, will be seeking advice

Trading options
I have compared two features which they offer for trader. First is their regular spot trading platform which is looks and feels absolutely ok for beginners. The seconds one is their new trading option called Plus. It's more proficient in terms of the functions and has more options which I prefer in my trading process. TradingView support is must have, so I'm glad it's included. So they cover both camps. For now, I'm absolutely satisfied.

Suspension of transactions

I deposited funds into cex, after the deposit confirmation, I tried to withdraw but couldn't and was told my transactions have been suspended due to kyc, was asked to send screenshots and documents, I did so but has never been assisted. That's was beginning of March, around the 6th of March, it is over a month now since I submitted my documents. I tried to raise complaints, and recently support have decided not to respond to my queries. When I withdrew the money from the trading platform it was because I needed the funds urgently, I had to terminate my contract before time, but is now paining me because if the funds were still where I was withdrawing from, it could be more Dan 10 000 usd now instead it is losing value in cex, I deposited 303 now is 256.

I provided Cex support with my documents and screen shots for Kyc verification on the 6th of March 2023.Since March 2023 on the 6th, I have been waiting to be assisted, is more like 7 weeks now because just yesterday on the 18th they sent me a message requesting for additional documents and the information they are requesting for cannot be derived easily because some of the platforms I I was investing or trading in, in 2021 are no longer there, their sides are not accessible at the moment, where would I get their screen shot, some of the deposits I was assisting my referrals from their accounts to withdraw to their bank accounts or buying crypto for them to fund their crypto wallets, right now I am not in touch with those people, and cannot even remember who they were, how will I get the required information from them, some of the people I was assisting using my cex accounts are late they passed away due to covid 19 and other tragedies, so if I am asked to account for every transaction I ever did, how can that be possible on my side. I am starting to lose hope because what is required of me is just difficult to deal with. Every time I try to raise a query they will tell me that I was long asked to do kyc, I tried to tell them that I had depression by then and I quited everything and was not even using cex by then, I just came back this year, this was my first deposit after so long. They are also saying that I deposited the funds knowing that the account is under limitations but I didn't know because they processed the deposit after that they sent me an email that my transactions are suspended.
This is not right at all, I want my funds to be released and will leave cex for good because you realy don't care about us, even if we suffer inconvenience under you, you don't boarder. You cannot suspend my funds for 7 weeks only to come back and tell me that I should submit more documents and for that matter documents that you know I cannot get them anywhere. If you are doing this because of the requirements from the financial body that's governing you, give me the contacts of that body so that I contact them personally. This is cruel and disheartening

Unable to Withdraw Funds
I was asked about a transaction that i withdrew from CEX in March of 2022. It was in the amount of $170.00. I have processed so many transactions, that I do not have that confirmation any longer and the wallet that I sent it to is no longer around or in use.

No educational materials
As a new trader on CEX.IO, I'm struggling to use the platform without adequate educational resources. My account was close without any full explanation
I was a customer and an account holder since 2020, I recieved an email couple months ago requesting my identity verification and the verification of a card ending with 1629. I verified my identity and mailed support because the card I had in my possession ended with 1624, continuously I was told to verify my identity even thou it was resolve so I went a spoke to a customer representative who reassured me that they'd got this issue I'm facing sorted out however I recieved an email stating that I will no longer be offered the service from this platform inwhich I had a few crypto coins I couldn't access because the platform didn't gave me the go ahead it was limited so I told them thst I'll live with the losses is minor just close the account. I think it was unfair for me as a customer and I would like to create a new account, I didn't even get the chance to explain what took place I wasn't in breach of any policy either I ask for them to explain to my why they wanted to deactivate my account and I did not get an answer I definitely need to speak with someone in management.

Hello, I have problem that cex prevents me from withdrawing funds (not deposits). I have over 2500 euro being stuck in the platform for weeks, which has prevented me from trading. The cex team asks me for detailed information about all my transactions, including my wifes and my marriage certificate and detailed info on external platforms im using.
