withdraw my money and transfer coin
My user id is up [protected]. I send money to cex.io and bought ETH and want to test it transfering coin to bittrex. Transfer requested more than 40 hour before, and still not reached. Filled two letter to cex.io support and only response was their letter stating they got my complaint and I should be patient. Want to test it can I withdraw my money from cex.io. And showed that it is not possible too...

unconfirmed transactions
I was transferring my BTC to my wallet and was expecting the transaction to take only a couple hours after it was confirmed on the website. Once confirmed on the sites I still haven't received my amount for 0.[protected] BTC as I was looking to see why my transaction remains unconfirmed the website has placed my transaction into a chain along with 6 other accounts that still haven't received their BTC yet either. If this prolongs any longer and I do not receive my BTC I will file a complaint for fraud to the UK cyber fraud department. And from there file more complaints and warn en mass to not trade or invest with cex.io under any given circumstances.
If anything I say we go public and ruin their reputation and let everyone know not to trade or exchange with them. First off it’s stealing and second they’re not even making an effort to at least reimburse us.

On December 4th 2017 I've successfully transferred 3.000€ to CEX's bank account. I have all the needed documents from the bank.
But until today, I haven't received the money to my CEX account. I've written many mails to the support and help center, but the Compliance Team hasn't responded and the Financial team endlessly writing responses about how sorry they are that it takes so long and the Compliance team should contact me ASAP.
I haven't received any response.
Meanwhile, my money is serving their needs and I don't see how I get it back.
How can I get help from legal authorities? Police? Lawyer? Any official authority in London that can help me?

On the 29th of November i submitted my first request for assistance as i had lost my phone and with it my 2FA which now restricts me from doing anything on my account.
I have tried all of the fixes they suggested in their standard mail and eventually the final step was to go through a major verification process so that their support team could reset the security.
I have mailed a number of times following up on this, tweeted them and still nothing.
I now have BTC sitting in a wallet that they are holding ransom by their pure lack of willingness to help.

Hey I recently withdrawed 230 dollars from cex.io to my bank on the CARD which said instant withdrawal and no Compliance Officer approval. No money yet. It is starting to look like fraud. I will wait another day and if payment if not received I will start the legal procedures in order the take my money. Also

A lot of people's ETH transfers have been locked in a limbo with no solution. It's impossible to cancel the transaction from user-end so funds are permanently locked with no access.
Customer support is terrible and unwilling to cooperate. There are no phone numbers to contact their support.
I'm starting to think that they are trying to scam people out of their investments. I'm canceling my account as soon as the problem is resolved as they've lost me and a lot of people's trust in their system and customer service.

Like others i have had no customer support and have been left hanging . Trading relies on impeccable timing and the longer i wait the implications become more serious. I would like my funds back asap and a customer support person to help with the situation until it has been resolved .

I made a bitcoin deposit at Friday evening(2017/11/29 21:22:33), one hour later it had three confirmations but the status of the deposit is still pending. This is not my first problem with this website and once again I do not get any answer from the support. The value of the bitcoin changes too fast atm to just wait one month or more again. If I do not get any answer and solution much faster than the last time, I am going to inform law enforcement.
