Chard Chard Snyder multiple times denied claims for pregnant women OB care, even when we provide payment receipts. Getting a receipt from a doctor didn't work. They want you to get a hold of your insurance company and have them explaine why these services are necessary. Worst HSA. I will talk to HR about discontinueing our contract.

Recommendation: Avoid Chard Snyder!
