Chatzy review: Account

Yesterday I was normaly loggin in on my chatzy account, today it says me when I was loged out and tried logging in "no personal password has been defined for this account yet." what trash is this I was using this acciunt for 4 years already, what more details do you want the only thing when I get on "forget passwrod send mail" is this [censored] " we are sorry - an error has occurred on our server. We have logged the error and will fix it as soon as possible.
