Rebooking tickets
I am about to local an attorney as this is not ok.
I have bought many many tickets through cheapo and now officially confirmed you are fraudulent.
Got disconnected again from an hour hold.
Chat is fraud. I have over 10 screen shoots of no response after hours waiting.
My tickets should be rebooks le from Finnair as all 3 passengers got Covid and I notified you numerous times. I have the chat proofs.

I booked my ticket via cheapoair. There have been few schedule changes and understand it’s by airline. With recent change layover is to big which was not part of initial itinerary. So I reached cheapoair. They did not provide much option so I reached air Canada. Air Canada provided better option which they put on file too for cheapoair representative. Since I booked ticket via them air Canada cannot amend it. After talking to cheapoair rep. For last 4 days they are not taking any action. Every call they keep me hold for hours and say we are trying to contact air Canada. Not sure whom they are contacting as I can reach them in few hours max. I need help to resolve this at earliest.

first I tried the chat option to change the date, they left me waiting for 30 min and they didn’t get back to me, it was very bad and I already give very bad feed back about it

Flights booking
I booked my flight for 4 Persons. After booking the flight. I left the house. I checked my email and when I didn’t see any confirmation number. I called the customer service. They told me after you booked your flight they realized it is not available but if I want again the same flight with the same times I have to pay $900 . This is not respectful. They put me on hold for 52 min. This is unacceptable.
I called the customer service after having a problem with booking. They put me on hold for more than 40 minutes without any help.

Scammer you can not get a transfer to another airport in Tokyo your just screwed!
I was ripped off yesterday 5/23/22, by cheapoair for over $2,000.00 usd I purchased a ticket from Chicago ohare to Tokyo then was supposed to transfer to another airport there then fly to Manila. Once at the ticket counter and talk to the agent I was told I can not get on the plane because there is no was you can transfer to the other airport, so I was like ok what if I just buy another ticket here from the airport I am flying into then fly from there to Manila... she is then told me no, I cant not I have to buy a new ticket all over again.
Desired outcome: They need to take down the transfer to another airport flight I was not the only one this happened too, I want a refund and a apology.

Purchased tickets from their website, happy with the price however when I checked my account I see double charges for the amount. As they only have an online bot for customer service I cannot see how this will be rectified any time soon.

My credit was expired without prior information from your system
According to the conversation with your call center today, she has just insisted that the valid credit has a one-year period and my credit was expired. I wonder that I have never been informed the expiration period of my credit with refer to our communication via emails.
The only information I got is that the special promotional offer which is clearly not the credit date is one year. And you clearly said on the email that “contact us when you are ready to rebook”. And we do need to rebook now not one year ago. Is that our problems that we call you now because we need to rebook now not one year ago that we were in a lockdown and not knowing when we ever had the chance to go abroad ever again?
Please clarify how you informed the period of expiration date and how you response to my right of this booking.

Someone’s reached me on the email but when I called back four time, no one has any idea why I called. Credit Card Charged but No tickets issued even after 12 days - Cheating
CheaopAir Charged my credit card, but not issuing the tickets. I have booked a round trip British Airways flights for my relatives from HYD India to CLT USA between June 30th to Nov 21st. The tickets were booked on May 8th. Cheapoair provided a confirmation receipt over email. Attached the same. How ever when i searched on british airways to reconfirm the reservation only part of the iternary is available. Some tickets are not issued as promised. Iam trying to contact cheapoair many times over past few days, however cheaopair claims the agent who helped me book the tickets can only fix this issue and no one else from cheapoair could help. Its been quite few days with no response. I believe they are not acting in good faith help resolving this issue. I was charged money however entire tickets are not being issued and they are not ready to resolve this. I also contacted british airways, they say i cannot reachout to british airways directly as tickets are booked thru cheapoair. I beg your attention resolving this issue. I was charged for the tickets, how ever tickets are not being issued.

Changing a Booked Flight

My original Flight from YYC to SFO via YVR changed by the Westjet Airline. News booking goes through Vancouver where we must do some Covid related certifications plus Immigration work. Time available at transit is too short and we ask for a direct flight from YYC to SFO next day. We were asked to pay a fee that costs more than the original price.
Had I booked directly via the airline, I would have been better off.
Desired outcome: Flight from YYC to SFO direct next day (June 26). There is one at 10 am.
Satisfactorily resolved in time at no cost to me. Many thanks for getting back to me.
Cancel flights
My flight booking got canceled without notice,. 07/05/2022. I tried to reach out to cheapoair customer service, however there us no customer service email or phone number. The email they keep sending me is norepinephrine email. They claim to have called me, however I haven't received anything. I want a full cash refund as soon as possible. If I don't received my money back within a week, I'm going to sue cheapoair!

I booked 4 flights through CheapOAir on 4-1-21. (Booking # [protected]) On 4-26-21 I was notified that my flights were "changed", (cancelled), and we were put on later flights, which did not meet our itinerary needs. Called CheapOAir and talked to Luis, who put me on hold for @ 30 minutes while he talked to airline. Came back on and said I could cancel and receive a full refund, which would be credited to my credit card within 1-2 billing cycles. After no refund and several inquiries over the next several months, learned the refund request was not filed with airline until June, and subsequently denied. Was promised an escalation and would be resolved by supervisor. More than a year later, Zam now says either wait a year (which would be over 2 years total) for a refund or accept a credit for future travel; as long as same 4 travelers and same airline. 2 years (with no guarantee I won't be told something new in a year) or the credit offer is not a solution as I paid for all 4 tickets and the 4 of us do not normally travel together. I was promised a refund but have nothing but a run-around for the last year.

I know how you feel, My mother's flight is not until july 2022 back to u.s they sent me e-mail saying part of the flight is cancelled and I ask for any options all the cheapoair agent emily said just for a full refund that will take 1-2 billing cycle, and lied to me about rebooking, So I called AIR CANADA and the agent honestly told me that it is solely CHEAPOAIR's responsibility to rebook us without any charges whatsoever and she even put a note on it for rebooking, Now cheapoair agent first told me that I have to pay for the difference again? So I mention talking to airlines so he transfered me to so called change department specialist which I was on hold till 80 minutes to end with survey question without even talking to anybody from that department. CheapAir Cancel for any reason Service
Hello,
We added 'cancel for any reason service'. Withing 24 hours cancelled flight but was charged $196 for 'cancel for any reason' service. But it was not made clear that 24 hr cancellation policy does not include all services paid.
There is ambiguity in the language of cancel within 24 hours.
All cost should be refunded, if cancelled within 24 hours!
We will not use CheapAir again. We donated $196 to their bottom line.

Booking
We booked tickets with this company for 2020. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled due to covid. Instead of refunding the money, the airlines gave us a credit for the tickets. The limitation of the credit was to use it for the united airlines only. In order to avail the credit, we booked the tickets using the same agent(CheapOair) and airlines(United). They charged more than the available market price to book this ticket using the credit(United Airlines). We had no choice but to pay the extra amount to avail the credit and buy the ticket. Our reservations were confirmed for all four tickets in January 2022.
We were excited about the plans and we started planning for our trip. We did some partial bookings in India for this trip already.
Now, out of nowhere, we found that out of four, two tickets got canceled without any notification or consent in March.
Now, when I am trying to reach out to them ( Cheapoair and United Airlines).
I am going in circles waiting for a supervisor to talk to me and resolve this issue. After long waits, the call drops and no one reaches out to me to resolve this issue. I am frustrated with this whole experience.
Desired outcome: I want them to reinstate my two tickets which they canceled without my consent. I want my travel plans to be as before without any compromises. I am punished for their mistake so they should fix it ASAP.

Very angry with the service that I gotten from this morning call (8:05 till *8:52 a.M.) to asked for assistance, due to I never flew with frontier, so I needed to get info for assistance for disable person. The worker was nasty, rude, got loud, and he hung up on me several times (as he did call back twice, and hung up) I called again 8:31a.M., a younglady whom I spoke with, she said maybe they had a bad day, she apologize, and what did I need, again, explaining, how bad I was treated by the first call, and I asking for a supervisor, she then hung up, also, when I called this morning the youngman asked for my confirmation and booking, when I gave it to him he could not find me, I was given the first time booking, which I repeated back, [protected] booking, confirmation e5556y, that confirmation was wrong, hollie helped it was e55s6y, a booking number [protected], as she helped me to confirm 2 wheelchair assistance, whiich that is what I was calling for from the beginning. I bought a ticket through CheapOAir round trip from Cebu to JFK on EVA airlines for my family of 5. Because of Covid the return flight was canceled so I was stuck in the US and could not return to the Philippines for my kids schooling. There were not available flights for several weeks so I needed to put my kids into school here in the US. I made my international reservations 4 months ago to a good deal.2 weeks later my connection got canceled, I called cheapoair to check , they kept telling me cancel the flight and you will get full refund. When finally I agreed to cancel my good fair ticket and get the full refund they told me that it’s impossible to get the full refund. You’ll get part of it. So I didn’t cancel, after two months I found another connection I’m the one who called to inform them. Unfortunately I had an issue with my son middle name switch 2 letters.so I kept calling them to change the name and they told me that they can’t change I need to contact the airlines the on other side told me that cheapoair need to because I booked the ticket through them they need to change them. it’s been back-and-forth forever and now they’re telling me again to cancel my flight.
