Facilities and Concession Help
On August 27 went to Theatre the concession cashier Danielle wad extremely rude and stated that line started from the left. The sign clearly stated to enter where we had entered and there was only one person already in line being serviced with two cashiers open, so there should not have been any issues either. As we were being waited on by the other cashier, Danielle continued to be rude rolling her eyes and making obnoxious comments. I probably would not have written this but when we went to Theatre 4 the seats smelled horrible, it was disgusting a combination of vomit and bodily excrements. Possibly, someone became I'll but it was 11:00 am and the theatre should clean the facilities better. I will not return to this theater.

Stay away
I bought a car from the Triplex less than a week ago. They made empty promises and lies to my family and I. Unfortunately I did not read reviews of this place until AFTER I bought the car and had some problems with it. One of the promises the sales manager made to me was that he'd give me a three month warranty...well turns out he never did and now they will not answer or return any phone calls. They will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable/trust them, and then they'll scam you! I warn you now, stay away from this place! I will never do business with them again, and I will tell everyone never to step foot in the Triplex.
I'd be happy to address your concerns, specifically the promises made to you.

Long drive for nothing
I found a great deal on a late model van and after speaking to several salesmen, I made an appointment to see the Van. I live almost 100 miles from the dealership, so I got an early start. checking my messages on the way I had received 1 from 1 of the salesman making sure I was on the way. I called back and confirmed. after a 2 hour drive I arrived and was told the van was sold the day before.I was saddled with what was explained was a new salesman. As I tried to leave I was told that they had several other vans that would be great for me. BUT after waiting over 2 hours I had yet to test drive anything. You may ask why I waited but I had driven 100 miles and was trying to make the most out of it. FINALY I was given an 08 van totest drive, The sales manager said he would make the long day up to me with a GREAT deal. well when he showed me the great deal the van that was a year older than the 1 I came to see was priced $1, 500 more. Great deal yeah. well I finally tracked down the keys to my van they had appraised. the sales manager stopped me in the parking lot a was furious. He could not believe after all his hard work I was not going to buy a van from him.So if you have to drive more than 3 miles and want to buy a vehicle for a reasonable price.. STAY AWAY
Old people (Mean)
I totally agree with you. I'm so tired of old people being nasty for no reason. I work in retail and when someone comes in to complain, i'm supposed to find out the problem and direct it to the right person. This older woman came in the other day and said she had a complaint. I asked her what it was about and right away she got pissy with me and said "i don't want to repeat it twice, get me a manager!" fu lady! There's no reason to get an attitude with me. I get treated like crap all the time by these stupid old people who think once they reach a certain age they can bad mouth anyone. All i did was ask you a question about your complaint to direct it to the right person - don't jump down my throat! Why don't you learn some respect? Just because you have a hemorrhoid up your ### doesn't mean you can take it out on me. I didn't put it there so quit ### about everything and learn to deal with life. You can't have everything your own way!
bad sales practices
Bad sales practices Wow, this is going to be a long one... lol First I called [protected] I got nate the great. when I spoke with him I told him I saw that the jeep dealership was on a list that was given out on the news with charles foulke jr. as the owner and I was calling regarding purchasing a jeep and I am looking for old stock 2008 that I could...

My husband and I bought a van in May from Cherry Hill Triplex. We signed paperwork stating the terms of the loan (payment amount and # of months financed). Six (yes six) weeks later we get a call from the dealership saying come in to resign papers. Told me payment was going down and for less months than originally. LIE Got there & payment was higher. So, basically I hired an attorney and we are going to battle it out. Funny how I have been driving a van for 6 weeks and still not financed. Do not go to this dealership. They will lie and keep lying and then threaten. My attorney told me that Cherry Hill Triplex has been cited by Attorney General for doing the same thing to other customers. I won't quit until I win!

Very disappointing three hour dinner
"Farm to Fork Week" at Mirabella Cafe, 210 Barclay Shopping Center - Rt 70
East, Cherry Hill, NJ.
A group of 12 friends decided to go to "Farm to Fork Week" at Mirabella Cafe. We made the reservations 2 weeks ago. What a disappointment! A few of us were really looking forward to the Stuffed Jersey Zucchini Blossoms. Well, at 7 PM on the first night of "Farm to Fork Week" at Mirabella Cafe, they had run out of the Zucchini Blossoms. Therefore, we ordered something else. I decided on Pan Seared U-10 Sea Scallops, or I should say Sea Scallop. There was only one scallop!
For the second course, two of our party ordered Goat Cheese Ravioli. After waiting for an hour, the other members of our party were finally served their salads or cold Tomato & Crab Bisque. We were told the ravioli would be coming soon. Apparently, they ran out of the ravioli, and decided to bring them a salad instead - this was after everyone else had already finished their second course. By the time they were finished their salads, two ravioli showed up which were split between them.
The third course finally arrived; everything was delicious. Even though some food was cold.
Fourth course was delivered before the dirty dished were removed from the table. I guess that was because by 10 PM we were the last people in the restaurant! Again, they had run out of something! Blueberries were missing Zabaglione.
This was a very disappointing three hour dinner!
Joe contacted us the same day I e-mailed him and he was VERY cooperative. Apparently, he had three chiefs not show up that night and he offered us gift certificates to make up for the inconvenience we had that night. We are extremely pleased with his fast response.
absolutely agree. Joe Palombo is a rude self centered egomaniac. I have witnessed him dress down his staff and line cooks with foul language. If he spent more time actually cooking, he may get a clue about what really goes on in his restaurant.
He is more worried about his catering and special events than his day to day business. Overbooking is common place and I have had a friend get the same treatment from him when they questioned the quality of the food and the extended wait time even with a reservation.
Stay away.
I too had an extremely unpleasant time at Mirabella Cafe. What was meant to be a really nice Mother's Day outing turned into a nightmare due to poor planning by the restaurant. They overbooked and set up long tables like a firehall to fit everyone. As a result it took forever to serve everyone their meal and the Doo Wop group who perform acapella decided they did not want to go on until everyone was finished eating so they would not have to deal with clinking glasses and silverware. HELLO - where is the customer service here. Apparently the owner, a very rude and unprofessional man, doesn't care about the customer only about his own agenda. Well, he won't have to worry about customer service because there won't be any.
We ate at Mirabella. It should be renamed "Belly ache". The food was awful, and when we politely complained to the owner. He blew a gasket. The man was totally unprofessional, and disrespectful and stormed off like a little kid. This restaurant was not one I would put on "my to do list."
