I went with Chicago Window Guys (CWG.com) for installation of a new bow window and 6 smaller double hung windows. The team at Chicago Window Guys was great to work with and their pricing was well below the other well known companies. It took a little longer than planned with the manufacturing of the windows, but that was true for every trade during 2021. The installation guys were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. Overall, I am very happy with our new windows.

I had a very good and pleasant experience manufacturing and installing a couple of custom windows in my basement with the help of the Chicago Window Guys. The team at Chicago Window Guys was very professional and friendly and provided me with a competitive quote and a decent turnaround time for the windows. They were right on time and were installed nicely. The technician that did the work was also very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This was our second time using the Chicago Window Guys. Everything was simple for us, from the quote process, scheduling, and day of install. Someone from his office called to set up the install, the employees were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to tear out the old and install the new. We are thrilled with the product and would highly recommend. The windows brighten up the room, the fold-in cranks are a huge plus, and the finish/trim work was very good.

We had a door / storm door replaced for the front and rear of the home as well as the front bay window. The finished product exceeded expectations! The Chicago Window Guys and his crew were professional and installed my products to perfection. I could not be happier with my new doors and window. We needed new windows replaced in our home. We called several companies and decided to go with John and the Chicago Window Guys. John was able to provide us with the best quality window with the best price and his lead time was far better than all of the other companies. From the initial consultation to the installation everything was professional and detailed. John was in contact throughout the whole process and the installers treated our home like it was their own. We could not be happier with John and his team and have recommended them to others already.

We had a sliding patio door replaced by Russ and his crew. First of all the installation was first class. Done in about four hours, you have to look hard to even know you just had something like this done they cleaned up so well. Russ knows his stuff, extremely professional. The product they sell sells itself for the price and installation. Its real cold out as I write this, I move my hand around the door and no drafts, open spots, etc. I suggest if your in the market for doors or windows, collect a quote or two then call Chicago Window Guys, after meeting with them you'll know they are the premier company in this field. They are not the cheapest dollar wise, however the total package of quality product, installation and attention to you is knowing your money was well spent.

Chicago Window Guys and his team are quite unbelievable. We have hired a lot of contractors over the years. And never bought and installed windows. It was a big job - three levels, 36 windows, replacing a two-panel sliding pool deck door with a four-panel deck door that required cutting into our house frame, replacing a support beam and make a larger opening, moving substantial electrical, replacing a two-panel french door with a new oversized single panel exterior kitchen door and a new front door system. We were very nervous and had no comparison of what to expect. From every interaction, from Chicago Window Guys first sales meeting to the final door and window going in, it was 110% professionalism, enthusiasm, hard work, safe behavior, and of the highest quality materials and workmanship. We dont normally leave reviews, and certainly nothing like this gushing piece of prose. But it is thoroughly well deserved of Chicago Window Guys, his measuring team, the manufacturing team and, most of all, the installation team. The estimate was very competitive with two other estimates. One was stupidly overpriced and one was close. Chicago Window Guys wanted our business and gave us a great deal to close the sale. We had a couple of minor setbacks (one picture window was delivered the wrong size and the kitchen exterior door was delivered to the wrong specs). We feel its a true measure of a company and management as to how they react in the face of missteps. Chicago Window Guys and his team didnt flinch. They said they would make it right and followed through with the finishing touches perfectly. The final result is truly outstanding. Our home is far more pleasant to live in, we feel it has increased in value because of Chicago Window Guys and his teams work. And friends, family, and neighbors have all commented the minute they walk up what a magnificent improvement it has made on our home. Chicago Window Guys is an old-school sales guy in that he loves what he does and does what he promises. We cant recommend Chicago Window Guys highly enough and wouldnt hesitate to hire his guys again for anything. Seven stars if we could give them.
