Horible customer service!
Horible customer service! 5 out of the 8 windows were measured wrong and they want to blame me saying it was my fault! Definitely not, I didn't measure anything or gave them any sizes because that's what the salesman did. It's ridiculous how they tried to blame me for what they did wrong, very unprofessional. Now they don't want to finish the job, my house has plywood up on the windows that weren't installed because now they don't want to finish the job. Hopefully court solves everything, don't recommend them at all.

I bought 2 new windows from Window World of Fort Wayne. It took a lot longer than the contract said to get them and have them installed. The windows are warped and won't latch properly, so they always sound like they're open. I've called Window World multiple times, but they keep giving me excuses. I've given up on calling them now. The windows are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, so I need them replaced. I also have water damage on the inside trim because of leaking.

I paid half down, $988, for two new windows to be installed and holes to be cut out of my walls. However, the installer put in the wrong size window. After 6 weeks, they finally installed the right window. During the first visit, they also cut a hole in my wall for the electric, but they never came back to finish the job. Now, I have wires hanging out of the hole. I have been going back and forth with them, trying to get them to complete the job. It's just a $0.98 plate that is needed, but they keep ignoring me and only care about getting paid.

Window World installed windows in my home back in August. However, just a few months later in November, one of the windows stopped latching properly. I reached out to them on November 11th, and they assured me that they would add me to their schedule for repairs. I've called them numerous times since then, and each time they've given me the same response.
It wasn't until mid-March that I finally received a call from them, stating that someone would come the following day. However, to my disappointment, the service man called me on that day and informed me that he couldn't make it. He assured me that I would be put back on the schedule.
In frustration, I decided to leave a review on their website, expressing my concerns. Their reply simply stated that I'm on the schedule. Frankly, I find it unacceptable that it would take them five months to address a warranty issue. It almost feels like they're hoping I'll just give up.
Overall, I am disappointed with the level of service I have received from Window World. The delay in addressing my warranty claim has been frustrating, and I hope they can rectify the situation soon.

The crew came through in November, but they couldn't squeeze in six outside screens for the first-floor windows. Turns out, those screens were made all wrong. Fast forward to January 2022, and a different installer showed up with new screens, but guess what? They were still messed up too. We've been trying to get answers on when this job will finally be done, but it's been crickets. Just recently, the sales guy who sealed the deal with us had the audacity to text us saying he's blocking our number because he's sick of our nagging. Can you believe that? It's a real shame how this company operates. They seem to think that us customers just asking for what we paid for is some sort of harassment. This whole ordeal has been dragging on for over six months, and we're fed up. We ain't putting up with it no more.

My boyfriend tried calling them yesterday (on Monday), and they were supposed to confirm the installation date with him, but they couldn't commit to today. Now they won't answer our calls and won't give us a new installation date. They're keeping the windows I bought hostage and won't give me a date for installation. The women in the office seem to hold a grudge and don't want to deal with unhappy customers.

In May , the new front gutter fell off my house. I contacted them every week to get it repaired. After 8 weeks, a contractor they sent fixed the gutter, but he told me that all the gutters were installed incorrectly. The water from my roof was pouring over the top of the gutters instead of going into them. They didn't fix anything. After making more phone calls, a second contractor came and put the gutter back up without the gutter guards. However, they didn't reinstall the fascia or reattach the soffit. I've been calling them every week, but they're not taking my calls anymore. I've requested to speak with someone in management, but they haven't returned my calls. I've only been able to speak with Jasmin, but it's been 30 days since my last call. My gutters are still not fixed, the fascia is still not installed, and the gutter guards are still in my front yard. The wood is exposed, and winter is approaching, but I can't find anyone to finish the job properly. The drip edge is still under my siding instead of being over it, even though I've mentioned this issue every time I called. As a result, water is coming in behind the siding. All I want is for my house to be finished. I paid in full, expecting the job to be done correctly.

Finally, she admitted that she didn't know anything about the screens in question and mentioned that she would talk to her manager. This whole thing has been going on for 8 months now. We never signed any completion papers, and the job is clearly not finished, even though the company collected their money from the bank, which gave us a loan, back in October. I have no idea how this happened without our signature confirming that the job had been completed. Overall, we were satisfied with the quality of the installers' work. However, when it comes to customer and sales service, this has been one of the worst experiences we've had in our memory.
