I placed an order with Chicwish on January 24, 2025, and requested to cancel it on January 28, 2025, while the order was still marked as “Processing.” Despite their policy allowing cancellations for unprocessed orders, my request was denied.
Chicwish initially claimed that my parcel had already been shipped. However, this turned out to be untrue. The USPS tracking number they provided shows “Label Created, not yet in system,” which means the package was never handed over to USPS. This misleading information has caused significant frustration.
I’ve contacted Chicwish multiple times, but they refuse to process my refund, leaving me with no product, no valid tracking information, and no resolution. Their lack of transparency and failure to honor their policies are unacceptable.
