Choice Home Warranty review: Don't repair as contractually obligated!!

Choice Home Warranty is the worst company to do business with. Turns down a repair on the heating system, a covered system stating parts failed because unit wasn't flushed causing buildup. As if they could be 100% sure of why a part fails. I sent them an invoice showing flushing and maintenance was done a year and a half ago. Response, how do we know it was done correctly? They are a scam company. Won't pay for repairs under any circumstances. I wouldn't buy a policy from the company at any price, because they wont repair anything. They really are just taking peoples money and not doing what they contractually promised. Bait and switch may be an accurate description.
