In spring of 2022, my AC began to fail.
I had purchased a Choice warranty when I bought the house that included coverage of the HVAV system.
I called them repeatedly to address the problem.
Choice, made 3 appt's for their techs to meet.
They never showed up.
I finally hired my own HVAC compnay.
Thery decided it was best to replace the system, which I paid for out of pocket.
I have been trying to get Choice to reimburse me ever since and they ignore me.
