These guys are awesome! They got my loan done real quick. I'm telling all my buddies about them. I'd definitely go back to CIS Home Loans if I needed another loan.

Services, Inc. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. The whole process has been a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away if you value your sanity!

My experiance was fast and simple. From the start to closing, it was a walk in the park. Approved and funded in 13 days. The loan officer I worked with was hands down the best. Ive bought and sold 7 houses in 6 years and this was the first time using them. I couldnt recommend them enough. For me, they went above and beyond. Great communication and explained any and all questions I had.

This company was terrible to work with, they were unprofessional and I regret giving them my personal information. The loan officer and *** were a complete nightmare. They told me I was approved, but then denied me the day before closing without a real reason. They made me pay off things that didn't need to be paid off and gave me and my realtor the runaround. I don't recommend CIS or *** to anyone, they are scammers and shouldn't be trusted with personal information. They also tried to hide hidden fees by doing a rapid rescore, which *** kept insisting I needed. Please stay away from both of them, you will be disappointed.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. We started the loan process in June and got immediate approval. We submitted all the documents they asked for, signed and agreed to the amount and interest rate. But they kept saying they were waiting for our appraisal to come back. Now it's September and the loan has been denied after we were already approved. They asked for the same documents all the time and getting them to communicate an update was like pulling teeth. They told us on August 25th that we had 3 debts to pay off and then they would set closing. We paid those off immediately and they told us it was okay to turn in our vacate notice to where we were renting because they saw no reason the loan wasn't going to go through, and that again they were waiting on the appraisal. The appraisal finally came back good. We moved out of our rent house into a travel trailer to wait for closing and the start of our home because our rental guy doesn't do month to month renting and we didn't want to renew a whole year and have to pay two house payments. Anyway, I called on Monday and had to beg someone to put me on the phone with the lady at CIS HOME MORTGAGE. She said, "Oh, I'm sorry, your loan isn't being funded." So now we have no loan, no home, no nothing, and just two weeks ago spent $4500 to pay off the debt they said we needed to in order to close.

This company is the worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. They are so unprofessional. I had a contract on my house that was for sale. This company got all the right paperwork. I was supposed to close on the sale of my house on June 30th. At 4:30pm on June 29th, they called me and said the financing didn't go through because they needed some HOA paperwork. I had to extend the closing to the next week because of one missing piece of paper.

The next week, they said we were missing an employment verification and we had to extend the closing again. A week later, they said we had to extend it again because of the buyer's credit score. This happened 5 times because they kept saying we were missing different documents. They had the loan for 57 days! That's ridiculous. On the last day we could extend the closing, they told me at 4pm that they weren't going to approve the loan. They lied to me about what documents were missing the whole time. They also said the buyer was pre-approved when they hadn't even pre-qualified them until 30 days after they got the paperwork. They wasted 2 months of my time. Don't work with this company. They're a scam and shouldn't be in business.

I been getting calls from this company for months now, saying my mortgage ain't getting paid on time. They set up the draft and everything, but it ain't working right. Every month, someone from their team calls me up saying I'm late on my payment. I ask them how to fix it or for someone from their info team to call me back, but it never happens. My credit's good, and I don't want it messed up because of their mistakes.

I had a bad experience with CIS Financial Services, Inc. On February 9, I sent a payment of $2900 to CIS home loan from my bank Wells Fargo. The payment was received on February 16, according to the bank. On February 24, I called the bank and they assured me that the check was delivered. However, CIS homes continued to state that they did not receive the payment, so the check was canceled. The fees and threatening to report me to the credit bureau are unnecessary. When I contacted CIS homes to talk to the bank, their response was that they don't talk to banks. It was frustrating and disappointing.

This company is terrible! They don't put my mortgage payments on my account and I have to call them every month to track my money orders. They even make me take pictures of my receipts! Even though I tell them every month, they still act like it's my fault. I always pay on time, but they still say I'm late and my credit report shows it. They cashed my payments before my due date, but they still say I'm late. I have to spend so much time on the phone with them just to get them to do their job. I'm a busy mom with a disabled child, I don't have time for this! This company needs to get it together!
