My power to my house went off last week Monday 17th Feb 2025. I reported the incident with Ref No. CP 3297317. Technician came out on Monday 21 Feb 2025 to diagnose the problem and advised that the cables at the pole burnt out and would need to log it with "Test Branch". It is now over a week and nobody from "Test Branch" has been out to assist. Nobody at the call centers or any of the technicians or area managers seem to know who or where is "Test Branch situated so that they can assist.
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE FOR TEST BRANCH TO COME OUT AND REPAIR THE CABLES AND RESLOVE THE ISSUE.
