Keep billing my mother who has passed away. Try to contact them but they never return calls
I was a Clark Pest Control customer for several years. I always paid annually for my service. In December, my family moved to Colorado Springs, CO. due to a military station change. I called to inform them of the move and cancel the service. I am being told that they continued service and are billing me for I believe the months of January and April. When I returned the customer service call, the representative told me that there had been a change of ownership/management and apologized that the cancellation had not been processed. She said she would escalate the situation to her supervisor. The supervisor just left a message telling me that the technician spoke to "My Husband" and he said that I would pay the bill. There is no way that could have happened. 1) I have been legally separated from my husband since 2009 and he didn't live in the home 2) The house was sold in February so I'm not sure who he is referencing.

As of August 29, I connected with a service rep who indicated that she could not cancel my service entirely. There is a minimum contract of 12 months, which we have completed, and now I wish to cancel the service. I am concerned they will continue to charge us.

Hired Clark pest control to do some repairs on my house that were "caused by organisms" as they put it. Work was done on my patio cover parts of my roof was extremely poor. They charged 4 thousand dollars to replace boards that were rotted. I started to do some painting and began to notice that the patio cover was coming apart. Materials used also of poor quality. Boards falling and some were not even secured. Appears like they hired a bunch of meth addicts to do the work. I now completely question if the other repairs and fumigation they said were necessary were actually needed. For the amount they charged me, the patio cover should be solid and secured. Material top notch and coated correctly.

I *all for a manager (***) and it took 5 days to get a hold of him .He never *alled me ba*k I kept bugging the offi*e until I got a hold of him , my bill was $155 in*luding $5 late payment and I explained the whole issue , he gave me a $40 dis*ount and promised it was the last issue I was going to have with them . I payed my bill that day $115 and now I'm getting billed the dis*ount he gave me and threatening to send me to *olle*tions.

I am a current paying customer for about 5 years now, of a pest removal service that has failed to deal with my pest problem
I am a current paying customer for about 5 years now, of a pest removal service that has failed to deal with my pest problem. I have of an ongoing Norway Rat issue in my front yard. I have contacted every one of their techs they have assigned me (4 as of now), their individual managers, their offices (they have moved my account to another office) and although everyone is professional and they all say the right things that they will resolve this, they fail repeatedly. This has gone on for years! I have sunk so much money into this company and given so many hours and dollars only to be patronized and left with Large Rat Burrows in my yard and the Norway Rats themselves. I have filled in the Large Rat Burrows at least 4 times... and have sat in my yard at twilight running a hose from my idle car into the burrow again at the urging of Clarks staff. To me this is a health issue and a liability issue and an inconvenience that I simply need dealt with once and for all.

So I called Clark's Pest Control to do a spraying service for mites. So the guy came over and sent me a contract that had false information on it. I called and told them the contract was false. He marked I had 2 attics I have 1. He marked I have a fish pond i do not. He then said I have mice not true it is mites. So it has now been a week and they keep sending the wrong contract i will not sign false information . They are lying on the contract and by the law incorrect. I have tenants being allergic to these things and actually caught them to prove it an there answer was we have to mark some animal down but have no mites so they have to put something else down. So they are actually stating false information and asking people to sign it. They are not helping me and I have complained and they are not doing what they said they will they have still not shown up and still keep stalling, The fact that they lie and a then want people to sign is so wrong & illegal I would fire them.

Overbilling practices. I am receiving bills for services dates of 6/24 and 8/13 each in the sum of $143.00. Clark Pest is wanting $291.00 to include a finance charge. I have requested from corporate itemized statements of my account over the past year as they have been overbilling for services not performed. To date I have not received. I have placed numerous calls to Sid the manager whom has not returned any of my calls. No weed service has been performed, yet they continue to bill me. I have over-paid. I requested a change of technician when he failed to properly service my yard and left within 15 minutes, yet billed 45 minutes, Sid since terminated this technician. ( I have cameras all around my home - well-document.) I was a very happy customer with my old technicians *** and ***, however since this time I have not had a qualified technician, I have overpaid, I have not received proper services per my contract nor is Clark willing to address billing issue. I've since terminated Pest-Away, which this department needs help. I was very happy with the mature men in the termite section when my home was tented and also the department that assisted in removal of gophers. Sid is not reachable, fails to properly train his technicians or at least my last few and i will not pay for services not received.

In November we requested service with Clark Pest Control to remove a gopher problem. The paperwork signed indicates it is an ongoing service (every other month.) We were told by the technician we could call and cancel at any time. (And we have been able to do this in the past when we used Clark a few years ago.) A week or so later (now December) when the technician came by to check the traps (one was tripped) we noticed we no longer had ongoing evidence of a gopher so told the technician we no longer needed the service and he said he would relay that to the office. In January Clark evidently came by anyway because they left a bill for $97.00 on our door for "services". I called and spoke to someone in the office who said that this bill was an error, because she could see a note on our account from December saying services were ended at our request and she would remove the charge from our credit card, as well as delete our credit card from their files, and ensure no billing going forward. Clark did NOT remove the charge so we disputed the item with Citicard who resolved the dispute in our favor and removed the charge. Clark has been mailing us paper bills for the service in January despite multiple phone calls to the business re-stating we had ended their service in December and asking them to stop sending bills. The last phone call a few weeks ago was with a man (the owner?) who got angry on the phone, and said we didn't "end" the service, we only "suspended it" one month then shouted, "You owe me man!" and slammed down the phone in my ear. The fact is we ended the service in December and when we were billed in January, someone in the office verified that the service was noted as ended in December via phone at request of customer, and promised to remove the erroneous confirms they knew the service was ended (as did the fact they removed our credit card from their files.) While they did NOT remove the charge as promised, they DID remove the credit card as they are no longer auto-billing us on our credit card, but they began sending paper bills. Today we received yet another bill for a service in January we cancelled in December, and they have additionally added a finance charge for an "overdue bill." They have not visited us for pest control or billed us for additional services since January so it is clear they consider the service ended now but refuse to acknowledge they should not have sent someone in January, nor billed us for this visit despite someone in their office acknowledging a note on our account to cancel in December at our request.
