They took my escrow in Nov 2021, but they still haven't paid my house insurance. It's been 3 months already!
We refinanced our home but have issues with the lender and excess funds.
We refinanced our home through a lending service and used a closing company. They sent us checks for creditors we don't owe. Despite daily attempts to contact the lender and closing company for weeks, there's no response. We're facing repayment of the $7050.00 mistakenly included in our loan.

I've been trying to get in touch with them about my closing and I've called their number like a million times, left messages, and even filled out their online contact form. But no one has bothered to hit me back yet, and this is a time-sensitive situation we're talking about here. Not cool, man.

Closings USA did my home refinancing closing in October . My loan number was *** and the lender was ***. They sent checks to my leaders and leftover funds were supposed to be sent to me. I got a check for $239.53 (Check number ***) in September , but I couldn't deposit it on time. I've been trying to get a new check from them by phone and email for over six months, but they haven't replied. They never pick up the phone or answer my emails. They did a good job during my loan closing, but it's been too long to reissue a check or call me back.

I did mortgage refinance with a company on 03/30. On 4/12, the company sent me final settlement statements. On 04/13, Closing USA sent me separate final settlement statements. However, I found two issues. 1) The payoff amount was $460416.45 in the final settlement statement from the company. However, I called my previous lender and was told that the payoff they received was $460326.69, with a difference of $89.76. 2) The "Due to the borrower" was $2710.58 in the statement from the company, but was $2020.36 in the final statement from Closing USA, with a difference of $690.22. The total difference was $779.98 ($89.76 +$690.22). I called Closing USA. No one answered the phone, I left voice messages, but did not get a call back. Then, I emailed Closing USA, but failed to receive a response. I hope that ComplaintsBoard.com can help me to get back the money Closing USA owes me.

I refinanced my home loan in Aug-Sep 2020 and covered November Property Taxes at closing. However, my township didn't record the payment, leading to a delinquent notice in December. The township tax department confirmed no receipt of funds from Closing USA or the refinancing company. To avoid penalties, I settled the taxes directly. The refinancing company indicated Closing USA LLC should handle the tax payment. Repeated calls to Closing USA LLC went unanswered. I also sent an email on 01/08 with all documentation and the payment receipt, yet received no response. My $3,433.39 is with Closing LLC, who remain unresponsive.

I talked to an escrow dude and he said that I'm short because of a missed payment. My closing docs say that I paid $4597.86 (section F) for property taxes, but I got delinquent notices in 2021. My lender paid it in June (with penalty fees) and now I'm short on cash. I've tried to contact Closing USA to find out what's up and where my money is, but they haven't gotten back to me. I need to fix this before the end of the month or my mortgage will go up or I'll be broke for the holidays.
