As the cancellation is registered all the future EMIs are on hold and would not be banked. As you are aware, your membership was enrolled on 04/03/2024. The Member Application Form with the contractual terms has been duly agreed and signed by you after having submitted appropriate and requisite KYC documents. Moreover, your membership was validated by yourself on 19/03/2024 which must have walked you through the nuances of the membership, verified the enrolment benefits and the credentials of the Member Application Form. Neither were any incongruities raised about the matter of concern nor was the offline conversation or the email from the Sales Representative notified immediately upon your membership enrollment. Please note membership document contains the required information about cancellation of Club Mahindra membership we would request you to refer the same and connect with us accordingly. We would like to draw your attention to clause of the membership Terms & Conditions which states that, 60% of the total membership cost is towards Admission Fees which is non-refundable. The refund is applicable in the remaining paid amount on proportional basis post deducting - holidays taken and other gifts availed.
You have paid a total of Rs. 210932/- till now for your membership. Since this amount is less than 60% of the total amount, there is no refund applicable.

Recommendation: Please stop buying the membership from club mahindra - its scam
Club Mahindra is using the predatory “non-refundable fee” trick. Initiate a legal notice for misrepresentation and unfair trade practices. File an escalation in consumer court to get all your money back. Do not be scared by their rehearsed alibis.
