Club Mahindra holiday resort in Munnar
On 20th Jan of this year I visited the Club Mahindra holiday resort in Munnar and 1st Dec in Goa. Both the resorts are excellent and entirely different. The Munnar resort gives the feeling of heaven whereas the Goa resort gives a very adventurous feeling. It is one of the most beautiful places I had ever been to. Services, cleanliness and hospitality in both resorts are excellent. We were going to see different places of both the cities but after entering the resort and with the excellent activities of resort we cancelled our program and decided to enjoy our time in the resort!. Truly Memorable!

Yercaud trip was our first time family trip to a Club Mahindra associated resort. To tell the fact, it was one of the best experience of a holiday. Right from the services provided to the ambience, everything was perfect for relaxation. The antiques of the heritage resort, even in the unnoticed regions, uniquely designed rooms covering, scenic beauty, activities conducted bring people closer. Be it the morning trek or the night bon fire, gave a touch of an excellent unforgettable holiday!

Club Mahindra gives false assurance & commitments at the time of selling
I have been given a complimentary holiday offer (vide certificate no. [protected]) for 2 nights 3 days at the time of taking membership of Club Mahindra.
One of their staff from Sales department, Mrs Manashi Basak has assured me to provide 2 rooms for two nights 3 days at Fort Raddison, Raichak, West Bengal. Accordingly, I have registered my request on 10th Oct’09 at MRC through reference no. 392067 for a reservation on 20th and 21st Nov’09 at Fort Raddison, Raichak and I was assured that with in 48 hours I will receive a communication on my reservation status.
Again on 15th Oct’09, I got in touch with MRC to check status of my reservation request since I have not received any communication from MRC. Then a person from Member Relationship Centre (MRC) has come out with a different story and communicated to me that 20th and 21st Nov’09 are coming under RED season of Fort Radisson and I need to shift my reservation request by a week. Accordingly I have requested for 27th and 28th Nov’09 night. This time too, I was given same assurance that within 48 hours I will be communicated. But I never received a communication from MRC.
However, I have not left my hope, again on 20th Oct’09 I got in touch with MRC and a person called, Adhi has come out with another story and said, he can’t give any assurance since Fort Radisson does not belong to Club Mahindra. However, he has assured me to revert back within 48 hours.
Ultimately, today morning I have realized it while talking to MRC people that Club Mahindra is no way different than any other small organization who runs Holiday resort time sharing business and gives false assurance and commitment to their customers at the time of selling. Since I have such a bad experience with Club Mahindra at the beginning, I can’t think of 25 years of long association.

I am LATA P.KISHNANI, Membership id 1452924, a member of the so-called prestigious time-share company, MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS.Let me share my experience with them, so that you are fore-warned before you venture to dig deep in your pockets and lose your hard-earned income.
Just like you, my husband received a call from one of the sales personnel of Club Mahindra, informing him that he had won 2 days and three nights holiday voucher and to get it, he would have to attend a presentation.I knew it was a sales gimmick.But, as both my husband and I are travel enthusiasts( we have seen almost whole of India, except a couple of places, i'll come to that in due course), my husband said that there was no harm in going for it, for if we liked it, we could go for it.
Once we reached there, we found many other couples there.We were greeted by a Mr.Jatin who gave us a form to fill through which he could make out if we were ideal to be a Club Mahindra Member or as, I REALISE NOW, WHETHER WE WERE THE FOOLS.From the form, he could make out that we were travellers, taking almost two holidays per year .He told us about the various resorts and the facilities, saying that the resorts were 5* or 7*.But the amount was huge, keeping in mind the fact, that we have already been to almost the whole of India and we had no idea about the sort of services they provide.My husband said that instead of making a direct down payment, we should have something for trial, but they had nothing of that sort.Now, in the form, we had mentioned that we planned to visit CORBETT NATIONAL PARK in the month of JUNE and Kerala in the month of DECEMBER.KINDLY NOTE THE MONTHS.Now, Jatin brought in a so-called senior for the kill, a Mr.Rajiv.Now, Mr.Rajiv, he said, "o.k., keeping in mind your requirements, I am giving you an offer.You pay us .Rs.35000/, for becoming member of the RED SEASON/ STUDIOand we'll give you a 4 days, 5 nights holiday which you can avail for visiting Corbett in June and we'll give 7days' holiday with RCI, national or international, which you can use to visit Kerala in DECEMBER.You just have to book the holidays 48hrs prior to you visit.Plus we give you six air tickets.You can go for your holidays and if you like the experience, you can continue with the membership or discontinue it thereafter.
We liked this, as it would give us feel of Mahindra Holidays and it seemed to be worth it.Now, because, we had planned to go for these holidays with a friend of ours, we persuaded him to take up the membership, too.His name is SUBHASH MANGWANI, a resident of AGRA. So SWEETNESS PERSONIFIED, YOU COULD GET DIABETES, both Jatin and RAJIV landed up AT 12 midnight to collect the cash for my membership and a day later, the cheque for Subhash which I filled up from my a/c.Now, while they came to collect the money, when my husband gave them 35000/-, Rajiv said, saccharine dripping, Sir, actually the charges are 50, 000/-but because we made you the offer at 35000/-, we'll give you the refund within 3 months of RS.15000.My husband was zapped.And then, very sweetly they explained, we'll put referrals in your name and for that you will be refunded the amount.For a moment, my husband was confused but then they asked him to trust them and as they had the backing of Brand Club Mahindra, my husband kept his fears and distrust aside, and paid them in full.Same, I did while giving the cheque for SUBHASH.Here, as we were 7 people in all from both the families, they increased one more free ticket.
NOW THE TRUE STORY OF THE FARCE AND SCAM CALLED CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS STARTS!
So, now our money is gone, we are all excited about our upcoming Corbett Visit.And then, I received CM membership kit with all the offers and membership details.I almost fell off my bed, when I read that the holiday offers were not a part of the membership that we had taken but special offers WHICH WE COULD NOT AVAIL IN THE MONTH OF JUNE AND DECEMBER.I immediately called my husband and informed him of the same.He called up Rajiv who very coolly said, sir, hum kara kar de denge.Jo promise kiya hai, woh fulfil karenge.My husband told me kara kar de dega.Now, when we asked him to book us up, according to red season package, you can book your holidays even 48 hrs in advance..Now, we know booking and getting a reservations are as far of as heaven and hell.Anyways, so we told him, how many times, we called him and he did not pick up the phone, you will have to check our phone records.One day, Icalled him continuously for 2 hours with no response and then a switched off phone.Khair, Saturday sunday, bhool jaiye, weekday mein, instead of booking us two rooms, he booked us into a 1B/R apartment which he said, our two families could share without xtra charge, for two days instead of four, at Corbett Hideway, We took it and when we reached there we were told we would have to pay for the extra members and that we would not be given xtra beds in those charges.We landed up at cottage 33. and we found a dirty, untidy and a torn sofa-cum-bed with no a/c + a b/r.
We tried to carry that sofa into the room and it came apart.So much for 5*.
We now called Rajiv as it had been more than 3 months, and not a penny had come back from that promised 15, 000/-and frankly, now I was worried.And we were told refferals have been mentioned, check on the site.Forget about other referrals, even Subhash's name was not there.Could they explain, how they got ana Agra resident to become member at Pacific Mall, with the form filled up in my hand writing?!?
Now, we were running after them and they refuse to pick up phone and every time we have to talk to them, we have to come to the Mall.
And, now, let's come to the RCI holiday.We called RCI AND TRIED TO BOOK HOLIDAY FOR JUNE 2010 AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE ARE NO AVAILABILITiES IN WHOLE OF SOUTH-EAST ASIA EITHER IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER OR JUNE.It's off-season in June in Bangkok.Although, Rajiv had told us that he would get a holiday booked for us but now, we knew better than to trust him.
As we were going through this harrowing experience, where we not only lost our hard earned money, (Rs.30, 000/- as we took only 35, 000/- from Subhash) but also our peace of mind & a terrible experience at Corbett,

I have been cheated by club Mahindra s sales person rather to say by their sales strategy.
The sales person lied on several terms of condition of club mahindra and also hided a lot of information at the time of selling.
Firstly he has told us we can get back our booking money if we don;t like the vacation. He has never mentioned that it should be within 10 days from the date of realization of the booking money.
Secondly we told him we need one day time to think. He lied us that "Today is the last day of the offer". This is very common lie by the club mahindra sales person. Many sales person of club mahindra from various cities frequestly lies about these. So I think this is the strategy of selling the product of club mahindra.
Thirdly I have taken this offer because of RCI. Atleast 10 to 15 times we have told this to the sales person what are the extra charges apart from the main cost. Do we need to pay anything for RCI. But the person cheated by hiding all this information.He also told me that ASF is valid only for the year when you will avail holiday.
Fourthly They have not given me any welcome call. Welcome call is a call where the member get to know all the details from club mahindra once more. They have not given me this just to hide their lies. The day when they sent us the welcome mail, from that day I am calling these sales person to cancellation. Again he told cancel ho jayega, and you will get back your money. In this way he has wasted my 6-7 days time and then I contacted to kolkata member realtions department. And OH GOD ! THEY HAVE BIG ATTITUDE PROBLEM. SIMPLY THEY DON't KNOW HOW TO HANDLE MEMBER. They will do everything to make you frustrated. They will never answer your call in one shot. You have to call them repeatedly.
Again you need to write their [protected]@clubmahindra.com, but they never give any written reply to ur mail. A system generated mail will come . May be they can call you but you never get ant written reply. SO THESE ONE BIG TRAP. THEY HAVE EVERY POLICY TO HIDE THEIR CHEATING AND EVERY POLICY NOT TO GIVE UR MONEY BACK. BUT THEIR IS NO POLICY FOR THE MEMBERS...
So In the same way I have lost my 15560 RS as booking amt and thaked god I googled and got many more worst scenario.
SO I FELT IT IS MY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARE OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO TRUST CLUB MAHINDRA BRAND.

I have faced the same faulty practice by a person called Piyush soni.He said the offer is for 1 day only and there was no better offer.I was given a gift certificate against paying Rs 5000 cash & a cheque as down payment.The holiday voucher is of no use as the days we need are not useful and the resorts are full.There is no customer service I have been fighting for allotment of resorts since 2 months.Also we are promised a t.v and 1 more voucher to become a member.Even a C.D given at the time of presentation was faulty like the company.I have paid don payment & 1 EMI totla Rs 30, 000/- I hope you all will help me get it back.

i m in a serious problem.There is a company called Club Mahindra holidays...me and my husband Arkadev Chakraborty has given 25000 to that company for the holiday.We have told after visiting that place we will take the decision weather we will go for membership or not...repeatedly we have told the sales person Parvinder and his manager before giving the credit card for swaping for the 2 conditions.
1. EMI will should start after our tour i.e 2nd dec.
2. 15000 cash back.They have told that 15000 we will get cash back after 1 month and EMI of the membership will start from after our holidays...
But now they are saying we wont get the cash back 15000 and also we cant go for the holiday unless we will start EMI from nxt month wgere as our holiday is for 2nd December.
it means my 25000 has forfeited.
sales person and the managers of City center(kolkata) retail brunch is having big attitude problem and they dont know how to treat customers...
they are shouting on us and behaved rudely with me..
please help me out...we are newly married couple...we dont have n e documents so that we can go for legal action...

I want to lodge a complaint against Club Mahindra people .I have given three refrences and according to there business modal they have to pay cash against it with in 40 days .But i didn't get any thing from there side.I have taken there membership in april having id no.1474457 Name:- Ashish Mahajan.
I have taken there holidays and even they booked my air tickets in which i paid my infants charges Rs 2100 for return but they didnt give any ticket .So in the end i bought a ticket for him at the airport worth Rs 520.They have taken higher charges and they didnt even buy the ticket .Its just a cheating with a customer.This is very bad.You peopel are lunching your BPO but giving bad services to your customer.

Dear Pehredar, I am regular viewer of you channel. You doing a good service to the society through this program. You should also cover organization like Club Mahindra, who are cheating innocent people. I my writing to you share my experience with your viewers. I had horrible experience with Club Mahindra Holidays. I had subscribed for Club Mahindra Membership -'Studio White' in the month of Dec 07. As subscription fees I had paid Rs. 29, 161/- and was to pay remaining in monthly installments.
As this installment scheme had interest implication, I wanted to opt for other EMI options to avoid interest. I visited their office to know how additional I have to pay maeke it 50%. Finally they advised me to pay additional amount for Rs. 30, 000 and Rs. 38, 044 dtd 23/04/08, by cheque, to make it 50% and avoid interest. The sales person kept my cheques with him for months without submitting to accounts dept. Club Manhindra Accounts dept. keeps calling me for payment. Club Mahindra management is not bothered to know why did sales person keep my cheque for months with him without submitted it to accounts dept. I got these cheques back on June 3, 08.
Next on June 3, 08, they recommend to upgrade my membership from 'white studio' to 'white 1 Bed Room' type. In good faith, I accepted the offer. After I make payment of Rs. 41, 122/- towards new membership, they say amount from my old membership fees will be locked for 6 months, As if I have committed a mistake by upgrading my membership.
For transferring my money from old membership to new membership, I wrote emails to all managers in the organization. They don't have courtesy to respond to clients emails. I have to personally follow-up with sales and sales only will always gives some excuses. Instead of adjusting money from earlier membership towards EMI for new membership, they continue to collect EMI from my bank through ECS. I found it be totally unethical. While my money is blocked by them, same time they continue EMI collection from my bank.
Meantime I Googled, and found that many innocent people like me have become victim of this organization. I saw complaint from many disgruntled members writing on blogs about their problems with Club Mahindra.
Finally fed-up with attitude of individuals and work culture of the organization, I finally canceled my memberships on Aug 23, 08. Not a single person has bothered to call me and understand reason for my cancellation of membership. It shows how much they care for the clients and reputation of the organization.
I am waiting for refund of my money and repenting for the mistake I committed by becoming member of this unethical organization. I hope by reading this review, poeple will become alert and avoid falling prey to this organization.

No doubt, there resorts are very good but not the people. Club Mahindra employees are extremely rude. The "free" holiday coupon they give along with the presentation after their one hour presentation does come with a "price" and is largely useless. First of all, as soon as the customer says that he do not wish to take their membership post presentation, they will make you feel unwanted and turn rude as if you came begging for that "free" coupon. Secondly when you try to book your holiday with the coupon you will seldom get the desired booking. Keep following up till you can but you won't succeed. Total waste of time and energy.
I my self haven't seen such rudeness in any hospitality industry. Even if you want to go and explore this yourself be ready for the treatment.
At Club Mahindra Coorg, our holiday was an unforgetable experience! The stunning location, the picturesque greenery and the wonderful climate was the perfect setting for relaxation. Every facility made available to us was good and it catered to both adults and children. The fine food and the warm help assistance in all areas and the programs arranged in the evenings were much appreciared. This was our first holiday with Club Mahindra and we look forward to more beautiful holidays just like this.

How do they cheat?
1. Their representatives will ask you to fill-up a coupon with your address and phone number.
2. They will call everyone telling him he is a winner in the lucky draw and ask him to collect a free holiday package from their office.
3. If you go there, they will talk about (all are lies) some alluring offers/ packages with Rs. [protected]. They will ask you to provide one account / card number for this payment. They will also ask you sign on a document for this offer. Now you are trapped!.
4. You actually signed on their membership form with a membership amount of 3-4 lacs. EMIs will be charged to you (you already have authorized them by signing the document and disclosing you card/ account number).
5. You will come to know about this fraud after 1-2 months after receiving the welcome kit.
6. Now the 2nd phase of the trap: If you go for the cancellation, they will tell you as per rule you have to cancel your membership within 10 days after applying the membership. But you can only know that you have been cheated after 1-2 months of applying the membership.
7. Now the harassment and pain. You will do lot of follow-ups, but you will not get the money back easily.
Please spread this awareness and don't get into the trap of Club Mahindra! Don't even fill-up the coupon.

We were called for a marketting move made by Club Mahindra in Jayanagar, Bangalore office and offered a gift for spending more than 2.5 hours listening to the most complicated holiday services one can offer. First of all, there were n number of "if" "else" conditions in the packages they offer and this finally confuses the customer as to what they can expect from the organization. Anyway, we were not convinced with the packages they offered (the amount of which was revealed only after stressful talk for about 2 hours) and we declined the offer. As promised earlier they gave a holiday voucher to us which was valid for 6 months.
Here the story starts... We had our anniversary coming closer and thought to give a mahindra resort a try as we had this voucher with us. We had placed the request for booking before a month from the date of holiday.
Club Mahindra claims to have a 48 hours response time to any kind of query/request for reservation you make. Unfortunately we never got a call or any response from Mahindra. we had to call up at the call centre where they said they don't even see the status of the application when we had received an auto reply two days back. They asked us to wait for a reply from them within 24 hours. We waited... No Reply ... We called up again and we get the same reply which we got a day back. We waited ... No Reply again ... This continued for a week and we gave up on the situation.
We asked everytime to give the answer in Yes/No so that we can plan for any other holiday. But to our disgust nobody was even saying "No". Finally after more than a weeks time a call comes saying that the gift voucher is not valid for weekends ! (There was nothing like this mentioned on the voucher though. We had applied during the Off-Season. Also we checked online and the Resorts were available for non-members in those days.)
Am happy that at least they replied. I wasn't expecting a reply in a decade from them.
My Point is why do they need to cheat people with these fake gift vouchers when they don't wanna go ahead and stand straight on their commitments? We were almost going to sign up for the membership and I feel fortunate that we escaped their trap.
After this disgusting experience i would say, "beware of Club Mahindra ... ! ".

I was also invited similarly to Mulund, Mumbai. They told me that I have won a free holiday package for 2 Nights and I will get the Gift Voucher after sitting through the presentation of 1 Hour. As evident theirs was a most complicated holiday offer and one has to pay for 25 years of holidays in advance. I even doubt whether they will complete 25 years or will run away like Suman Motels etc. BUT ONLY A FOOL WILL PAY ADVANCE FOR 25 YEARS OF HOLIDAYS.
Anyways after the presentation was over the executive very rudely informed us that the Gift Vouchers were not available and we shall collect it within 2-3 days. He refused to give anything in writing.
Strict Action should be taken against such cheap practices. But no newspaper is ready to publish against them as they advertise with the papers regularly.
I went to Asopalav sale but it has not atall new collection.I think they are designing for high profile ladies only.So not for middle class...
Asopalav sale is totally a watse of time...dont go for that...
I visited to Asopalav sate yesterday & I had a very bad experience.I went to Asopalav house which is on the road and it has no parking area. I went there around 3 in the noon and some two cars were parked in front of the Asopalav house.So I parked my Activa with thoase two cars.The guard who was on duty he didnt tell anything to me like its a car parking only for Asopalav House.When I came back after visited and I didnt see my Activa there.I asked that guard, he told me to speak with his supervisor.Sudnealy I saw that they had thrown my Activa on the road .I spoke to that supervisor about this & he told me that it is not my responsibility.How colud we accept this kind of matter where only high profile people are valuable!Today I again visited there with my Swift car and parked at the same place.And asked him if ther eany problem..He said "NO MADAM ITS OK!WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS!This the the way of differance.

I have very bad experience related to after sale service of Club Mahindra. During the selling of Holiday to me, executive of Club Mahindra told me I can do upgradation of holiday anytime. This complaint is to bring in to your knowledge that I had recived a Gift Voucher of 2 night and 3days at your Respected resorts Munnar, Binsar, Manali (optional). As per your call centre's guys guided me to Fax the voucher, I did that 10 to 12 days back on the given no. and I was suppose to recieve a call from the concern department for confimation, but yet I hadn't got any call from your side. Employees of your Respected Call Centre are making me fool till the day I Fax the Voucher, I had called them up sevrel times and they all are giving me the same day time of the call.
Kindly please check this out or tell me the concern department if u can't do this for me.

I advise all those desirous of taking membership of clubmahindra to think 100 times before falling in their trap. their superior advertisements /promised gifts and glib salesmen will make one desirous of becoming a member without realising that once you sign on the dotted line you can forget about your money even if they cheat.
I became a member in march 2007. i was promised a handycam worth rs 19000 and an extra holiday in one of their south india resorts. the price of the handycam i received only rs 15000 and it was printed on the box itself. mind you it is MRP and the model a basic one. when i told them to reduce my fees by rs 4000 or refund me the amount they flatly refused stating that the handycam was worth rs 19000 even thought the handycam box was printed with the MRP of rs 15000. i immediately asked them to cancelmy membership for breach of contract and cheating. they promised to do it and return my instal ments. but inspite of their promises they kept on taking my instalments. my banktold me that unless clubmahindra told them to stop the instalments they could do nothing. then i made ny account zero balance for three months and payment from my bamk stopped. meanwhile they had collecetd rs 75000 from me while promising me that my money would be returned. finally i got a check from them in nov 2003, ie, after 7 months after my cancellation and to my surprise they had deducted rs 25000 without any explanation. despite numerous emails to them the reasons for the deduction they have not bothered to reply me. i am claiming the full refund with 18% interest and i will do everything possible to get my money.

Deficiency in service, dishonoring valid reservation req and failed to deliver as promised!
Following would give detailed information on How Club Mahindra, CL, has cheated us by giving false promises and collecting huge amount of money (approx 50% of total fee which comes to around Rs. 92000+) from us. Deficiency in Service, Dishonoring valid Reservation Req and Failed to deliver as promised are the major concerning factors which I want to highlight below by giving enough information. I am tired of talking to Club Mahindra at all levels (Surej, head of All India Member relations: Karan, head of NCR Member Services: Rajesh, head of All India Customer Service Center: Rajalakshmi, head of Chennai Member services etc...) for the last more than 4 months continuously. Please advise.
1. On April 13, 2007 my reservation request against special offer was dishonored by Reservation Dept citing overdue payments on membership.
2. Whenver payment requests were raised using correct card details, my credit card agency has honored the premium payment request raised by CL. I noted that (after talking with CL collection officer, Ranvir Singh) Club Mahindra raised premium requests by providing incorrect card details resulting in request failure. This fact was also accepted by Ranvir Singh and he promised me that such mistake will not happen again. Ranvir Singh also apologized for collecting two EMIs in one month on one occasion.
Above means, CLUB MAHINDRA PENALIZED US BY DENYING OUR RESERVATION REQUEST AGAINST SPECIAL OFFER FOR THEIR MISTAKE IN RAISING PAYMENT REQUEST (CLUB MAHINDRA PROVIDED INCORRECT DATA TO PAYMENT AUTHORITY).
3. Reservation request was made against the special offer that we received at the time of taking Club Mahindra membership. Special Offer terms say, "Holidays at Club Mahindra Resorts can be availed in blue or White season only. Eligibility of the Holiday is subject to realization of 15% of membership fee." Till this date, we have paid almost 50% of total membership fee.
Above means, CLUB MAHINDRA DENIED OUR RIGHT OF AVAILING SPECIAL OFFER BY PROVIDING INVALID REASON.
4. As per the special offer, we were promised for 4 Kingfisher tickets but in reality we are given 4 Indian Airlines tickets.
Above means, CLUB MAHINDRA HAS FAILED TO DELIVER ON PROMISE. CLUB MAHINDRA CHEATED US BY GIVING FALSE PROMISES.
5. Seeing irregularities in reservation department's operation with respect to reservation request acceptance and Collection Department, I raised the issue to Club Mahindra Customer Service Department on April 13, 2007 (please refer my email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com). Since then I have been writing to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and [protected]@clubmahindra.com including Karan Midha (karan.[protected]@clubmahindra.com) to resolve the issue however I have received poor response from all the mentioned departments.
Above means, CLUB MAHINDRA FAILED TO PROVIDE COMMITMENT TO RESOLVE ISSUES. CLUB MAHINDRA'S RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST TO RESOLVE WAS VERY POOR AND NON-SATISFACTORY. I ALSO EXPERIENCED CLUB MAHINDRA CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE DELIBERATING DISHONORED MY CALLS TO THEM BY DISCONNECTING TELEPHONE CALLS (for example call on Aug 11, 2007 0420pm Representative: Sucheta/Suchandra).
6. Seeing no appreciable efforts from Club Mahindra to resolve issues and at the same time Club Mahindra had been charging EMIs to me, I asked Club Mahindra in writing "All payments to Club Mahindra has been kept on hold till CL resolve the issue." I had given the date June 15, 2007 which was extended to July 31, 2007 giving Club Mahindra enough time to resolve the issue. Resolution date was given to Club Mahindra on May 27, 2007. Even after giving notice to Club Mahindra to hold charging EMI, Club Mahindra continued making payment requests.
Above means, CLUB MAHINDRA CHEATED US BY COLLECTING MONEY FROM US AND IN THE NAME OF SERVICE WE ARE GIVEN NOTHING BY CLUB MAHINDRA. CLUB MAHINDRA HAS BEEN HARASSING US BY CONSTANTLY COMING AFTER US DEMANDING FOR PAYMENT BUT WITH NO SERVICE PROVIDED.
My experience with Club Mahindra (Reservations Dept, Collection Dept, Member Relations Dept (Chennai and Delhi), Customer Care Dept, NCR Service Head (Kiran Midha)) has been very disappointing and has caused huge mental harassment. I am greatly disillusioned by the CLUB MAHINDRA brand name and felt duped by CL's setup.
Considering above, Club Mahindra MUST do following:
1. Offer formal apology for the a) deficiency in service, b) failing to deliver as promised, c) irregularities in charging payment.
2. Provide compensation for deficient service and mental harassment caused to us.

The membership is a bilateral contract. Request for cancellation of membership is an instruction for termination of the contract. Both parties to the contract have this right to terminate it, at any time and no party can force the other party to keep it continued.
The problem of Mahindara Club (MC) is that of over-commitment as compared to their capacity and of denying the dissatisfied members their right to terminate the contract. As MC is not responding to requests for cancellations of membership, under the circumstances, a lawyer specialized in litigations related to contracts can act on behalf of unsatisfied members. Any further comment on the subject for getting rid of the liability of this membership getting back the money already paid?
My membership number is [protected].I took this membership in June 2011.Few days later we came to know that I have to pay Rs.9700per year for maintainance.Your sales executive Roy had cheated us by not telling the hidden costs.Finally, I request you to cancel my membership and ask to return my money paid by cheque Rs.36060 and Advance cash paid Rs.5000, Total amount Rs.41060.Earlier i have sent you two messages but you didnt reply.I are not interested in your membership.I want reply as soon as possible.
