I have been a dissatisfied customer of Club Mahindra and haven't used their services for past 2 years due to non-availability of resorts, poor quality of resorts and amount charged in the resorts for different activities.
The amount they charge as Annual Subscription fees keeps on increasing year after year.

Your company has lost all your value in my eyes be it in proving a holiday as your resort is never available for me as a customer, luxury as you claim as your resorts does not even have a 3 star hotel standards according to me, pricing of food in your resort is out of the world and the policy of charging for activities in the resort is pitiful according to me.
Top of this you want me to pay ASF every year which raises year after year to maintain your resort which I never use.
Above all you have your team who according to me is so unprofessional.
Club Mahindra, I have lost all hopes in you providing a good holiday for me and my family. I feel cheated by the brand Club Mahindra.
I would like to disassociate from Club Mahindra and as written in my last email (which your team had no courtesy to reply on) I would like to cancel my membership with Club Mahindra, doing which I would like to know the refund I will be receiving from Club Mahindra.

If I understand correctly, Club Mahindra is charging me ASF for upkeep, up-gradation and renovation of 100+ of your resorts and also to increase the number of your resorts. Please explain
1. If am paying ASF for the above, why Club Mahindra is letting its resorts to Non Members? My money utilized for the above said purposes would be for a non member to enjoy.
2. What maintenance are you talking about. I will send your senior management pictures of my previous stay for the quality of room and the damage present in the property. Please send me the email id of concerned senior management to send the pictures.
3, If you are collecting money for the above purposes, you should be sending me a report every year on the work done as stated above with the financial.

This is my experience on April 24th 2022 in Club Mahindra Virajpet, Coorg. Several emails have resulted in nothing, and the customer redressal officer on the website is [protected]@mahindraholidays.com . Sending emails to this address is guaranteed to not receive any response.
I am provided responses ranging from 'the online platform that had available rooms had a glitch (how club mahindra had rooms to satisfy this glitch is not explained), to some special FIT rooms are for non members (I happened to stay in the same room as a member). All reasons provided are a bunch of lies. I received repeated calls to renew my membership, but nothing to resolve customer complaints.
Tarnishing the fair name of the 'Mahindra' enterprise, for which I had a high regard. Very Sad indeed !
Desired outcome: An honest conversation on what happened and guarantee that the business model will no longer give to non-members when members need rooms.

I am writing to you as I am not satisfied with the Club Mahindra member experience management for resolving Complaint Service Ticket Number [protected].
I still had 3 days of complimentary days with validity up to 30 Nov 2022. I booked the complimentary days on 12th November 2022 on Club Mahindra app with WL [protected].
However the waitlist was not confirmed by 12 Dec 2022. So I wrote to member experience to assist me to cancel the WL booking and revert the days, so that I can book again on resorts showing availability. (Club Mahindra rooms are always full and waitlisted)
I got a reply from Megha Jadhav on 12 Dec 2022, to cancel the days using the website or App. Once the waitlist is cancelled the days will be re - credited back to my account for reuse.
So I followed the member experience instructions. However the days were not credited back and member experience has been unable to assist me, citing the expiry of the 3 complimentary days.
During the holiday buying a year ago, the Club Mahindra members had made false promises and claims that these days can be extended by them. But now all those false promises and false claims are out.
So I write to you to solve this issue w.r. t re-credit of the 3 days that were given to me as part of the whole package that I bought with Club Mahindra.
The 3 complimentary days were part of the whole deal for which I have paid for.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm not at all satisfied with club mahindra membership services due to the following reasons:
(1) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and family members' holidays. However, I find most of the resorts filled even when I look for dates post 3 or 4 months. All the resorts shows available on other websites.
We are credited 7 days per year. Now we are a family of 5. So they said we have to book 2 STU/BRs per day. So once we select 3 days with 2 STUs per day, they count it as 6 days utilized.
Basically, we all can never use more than 3.5 days in a year or go on holiday when and where my family prefers. However I was not aware of this fact as I was misrepresented by a Club Mahindra sales representative. The relationship manager missed a lot of the things which we are now informed during holiday bookings and he doesn't even respond to our queries now.
(2) I have paid more than 1.7 Lakh to Club Mahindra including ASF but I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through Make My Trip, fee charged is too much.
(3) They say, cost of stay is included under the membership. But in reality
Food is too costly. Per person buffet is somewhere like Rs. 650-750.
Generally other hotels offer complimentary breakfast and reasonable meals, here cost of meal at Club Mahindra is very high. There are almost no other options available for dining except Club Mahindra. Thus, in a day, one will end up spending something like Rs. [protected] per day for a family of 5.
It is my sincere desire to surrender this Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

Dispite of reaching out multiple times on call haven't received proper response of my cancellation request.
After making payment for membership with Club Mahindra on 13.10.2021 due to reasons mentioned on trailing mail I have raised the cancellation request on 24.10.2021 after 11 days and I was told that I have rais this request on 11th day according to police will not give me any refund.

Account Suspension Revocation
Club Mahindra suspended my account (membership no. 108150) for "Security Reason" - in spite of all dues are paid well before due date.
Tried calling customer care but they are incompetent to provide any solution. They just told me to write email to 'Account Security' department. Different customer care officer gave different mail ID at different time. None of those mail IDs were correct and my mails bounced.
Issue is unresolved 20 days after it was taken up. Till it is resolved I can not do any booking. And I am pretty sure that by the time they resolve my issue, they will not give me booking of my desired location and date.
Totally disappointed with the service.

This company is cheat, they keep incresing the annual maintenence fees. Once you dont pay the fees, they dont allow you to book the holidays. Your money 4 lakhs that you pay as membership fees is stuck. You are forced to pay 16, 590 Rs as the yearly membership fees.
It is such a fraud company.

They said that, they will provide us resort anywhere in foreign countries and in India too. But when we makes the payment for year, they are not picking up the phone or trying to communicate with us, Not replying or anything. They just tooled the money from us. They had taken 70000 rupees till now from us. They company club Mahindra's customer care number is also not valid. I request you to please take action towards them so that other people does't got hurted. And please make the payment refund.

Good day. I am very disappointed in Mahindra staff. After the service I have received from them, and this is NOT the first time I have had bad service from the same branch. My father took my XUV 500 in (due to me and my wife cant take leave to do it) on the 18th September 2018. For a service and also to replace new top shock mountings. As I have received my car back on the 19th to be ashamed that this was the service I have paid for just under R4000. My radio screen plastic was pulled off... WHY? I wont know. And the motor was still full off dust. Please keep in mind we just came from a farm on the 15th. Then a problem on mostly all Mahindra vehicles is the light globes dont last long. I am very disgusted in this type of service that I have had.

It is maybe the 10th mail I have sent to the member relation email and Mrs Aishwarya S, if she dares take the time to answer to my email, always answer something I am not asking for. I have received a letter with a 30000 inr vouchers for paying my club fees all at a time and for enrolling people with you... which I regret... I have received only 15000 inr and I Want to receive the 15000 inr missing. I have even given a phone call on Saturday at around 4-5pm and Nitesh replied. Mrs Aishwarya was supposed to call me on Monday the 13th which she didn't.
I am though willing you to check all the emails I have sent, check the answer given too (a shame! For a company like ours) and my phone calls. Then please change my relation contact I do not want Mrs Aishwarya to represent me anymore and I want to receive the 15000/ inr missing.
Do the necessary asap.

why asf amount is charged? member id 2729802
My Complaint is related to the ASF amount is being charged to the customer. I had raised a query to Member Relations Club Mahindra on 15-Sep-17 to understand what is this ASF amount, why it charged despite of paying heavy amount of membership and how is it calculated. Why it was not disclosed by the sales rep while selling this memebership?
In response to my query on 23-Oct, I received some calculation formula to calculate this ASF. The overall calculation is based on a base amount, for which no one has an answer how it was decided initially to reach to final figure of 14711.00. And now they have even stopped responding to my emails.
There is one more concern I have related to RCI membership. Last month I have come to know that we have this RCI membership only for 2 yrs. This was never disclosed by you sales rep while making the sales.
On top of it, on 15-Nov-17, I received a call from RCI explaining about the usage and RCI booking. The representative from RCI said for every booking we have to pay for 7 days to RCI. Which means if we are utilizing 2 days out of 7 days holiday by doing an international booking via RCI then we have to pay 9200/- (approx) as a conversion fees for complete seven days. And if again we are doing another international booking via RCI for 3 days out of 5 remaining days, then again we have to pay this 9200/-.
This is very surprising as it was never disclosed neither by your sales rep. nor by the call made after sales. I am completely bedeviled from all these surprising and hidden items. I would never recommend any of my friends to go for Club Mahindra membership.
Looking at these type of incidents, I have lost confidence in Club Mahindra. I would like to know you, how could we close this relation?

Unfortunately I am member of club mahindra (Id – 2674036)
When I took membership it was promised me to give 8 days complimentary. It was promised by so called regional manager mr. Juber.
However when I got membership, I got only 4 days. Which can be utilized at any resort except lonavala
After escalation to many places, I got vouchers for 4 days, so I was expecting the same service, that is voucher can be utilized at any resort except lonavala
I used two days voucher & remaining 2 days I extended recently & I came to know recently that this voucher which I extended doesnt give flexibility to book any resort, I can book only 35 resorts.
At first place promise was not kept, I got less days, second I got voucher but the resorts are limited.
My question is, is this voucher was given to me as a charity? As a favor? My expectation is, I paid for this & it was promised to me, so I expect it.
I see its complete lake of commitment from company like club mahindra. Lot of my time is wasted in escalation & explaining basic duties/expectations to your employees.
I also want to check what actions club mahindra has taken against mr. Juber? The way he treated customer after taking membership is very surprising. Tier 3 hotels provide much better customer service & commitment than club mahindra sales team

The RM came from Club Mahindra and showed me the demo in month of Feb 2017 and committed to arrange a 5 days complimentary stay in Puducherry (Pondicherry) and I decided to enrol for the membership. He said I have to make payment of down payment immediately. I asked for a day to decide they said it doesn’t happen like that. He also got his manager to speak to me to convince me to buy immediately. He used to call me at midnight my credit card details. And after sharing my card details and paying the down payment of 34700 they sent me the membership ID which showed the 5 complimentary days in the App. After that I asked RM to block the rooms as committed. He had said he'll block the rooms and I have to pay three EMIs together to get the rooms booked/blocked. I agreed. After that when I try contacting him he doesn’t take the call and respond to my sms. I send a mail to him and his manager but no response. His manager had spoken to me at time to taking membership talking big words to convince me to take the membership. Now no response from him at all. I raised a request with the member relation team for refund of the down payment and they too don’t respond. I have stopped the EMI and now they send message for paying EMI. Please do the needful to refund my down payment.
My membership ID is 2746584. Mumbai branch made wrong commitments and after me paying the downpayment they did not book holidays for me. When i asked for refund they say there is no option of refund in their policy after validation. BEWARE. Chek refund policy if they approach you.
Saw many posts appriciating the chennai team in the facebook page. Here in mumbai i faced very bad service. my membership ID is 2746584. The sales man made lot of commitments for geting my membership. After payment was made they didnt keep their commitments. No response from mumbai office and member relation team. The thing is there is no point in sseing those property photos when you dont get help in making bookings. Maybe they service the red and purple color customers. Others pay and dont get service. I planned as per their commitment and paid money. But they didnt keep the commitment. So had to book via makemytrip in another hotel.
Or maybe mumbai team is not servicing customers.
Club mahindra team please resolve this issues. I have been contacting for many weeks now.

after posting in social media and complianr board they called me and said to provide the contact number of the sales person who made wrong commitment. i gave them and they tried to conference the person but was not able to. if the company itself cannot get hold of the staff how will the customers get service. they also say cancelation is not possible after validation. which service is this that refund is not possible.

I had posted earlier about wrong commitment from clum mahindra andheri office. They did not even assist to book the complimentary days of stay. So i have not used the service/product at all. When asked for a refund they say no refund after validation call. Now they say not eligible for refund. Looks like only people who create problem for them are eligible. Like police case, going to their office and shouting etc.

After posting my compliant in face book and other compliant boards/ sites i got a call from booking office of club mahindra telling they will help. But they did not help. He took number of the sales person who made wrong commitments and said he will conference tbe salesman to know what happened. But the salesman didnt come on call. Said some excuse. If the company itself cannot get him to speak how will customers contact him for service. The issue is still unresolved.
Please arrange to refund my membership fees.

This is very disappointing being such a reputed company!
I (Prakash shah) got call on 06th feb 2017 from club mahindra that i won 2 free nights, in order to avail that i need to visit there center so as per the given appointment time i visited them on 07th feb 2017 at 5.00pm, rahul raj mall, surat, gujarat and met one lady named alpa.
As per conversation, she told that we won 2 complementary nights in lucky draw perhaps on the contrary i haven`t filled any such lucky draw form and i am sure they got my details from some survey or cellular company.
Though they asked me to join membership which will give me 7+5 nights free and so i have paid rs. 24, 465/- through my hdfc card.
On asking they informed that you will get some otp than you will get free complimentary night... Which never happened but as they told that you book travel tickets for the dates booked and we will get free night so i booked tickets for 28th may costing rs.9, 200/- which all gone in vain as i had`nt received free nights as informed.
After that they informed me to pay amount in 3 emi`s to avail free nights and if paid more 3 emi`s then i will get more free nights in october but i feel its god graced that i hadn`t paid any amount after this otherwise all will we wasted.
For getting membership your people were calling me n number of times and now if i am facing problem that you people are not responding at all as per trailed mail it has been 10 days am expecting revert from you.
Its really bull # to get the membership of your brand who dosen't have any concern for the customers.
