The guy on the phone was excellent. But I have had intermittent connectivity issues since June 28. Three techs have come requiring me to take 3 days off work. 8 am to 5 pm cuz Cogeco cannot assign a slot here, despite it being 2023. The issue is not in my house or in my cables. It is a network issue according to tge tech who came the last two times. But Cogeco has not fixed it. They closed the October 19 work order yet I had no follow up and the issue is not fixed. It is also affecting others in my area according to what the Cogeco rep said last night and according to what the rep said in the summer and in October. Yet six months later the issue is still there. Will be switching to the dreaded Bell in the new year if this is not resolved and I don't receive follow up. I am extremely pissed off. I have lost $600 revenue for the 3 lost days I had to book off, and another $200 last night in dropped calls because COGECO network kept disconnecting. Is Cogeco going to reimburse me $800 and fix the problem and actually follow up with me. Oh and 5 hours wasted time calling Cogeco and dealing with techs. Extremely frustrated.
